Everyone has been paying homage to the surprisingly new Alpha of the Night-wolf pack. Shane Moss has sent the information through very secretive manners to Alpha’s that he has interest in and is ready to create a relationship with. He is ready to create an alliance that would be never before seen in the history of werewolves. An alliance that would not just unite werewolves but if possible few people from the human territories who have the same enemy just like him.
And those who do not have the same enemy like him, would have to join when they see the might of his army. And then he would have to destroy Alpha Jax and bring down his whole pack, just so he could get his mate.
So far, he has done pretty well, but nowhere near where he wants to actually be. He does not even have half the might of what he plans on having. But he has done pretty well.
But he is surprised that a diplomat from Alpha Jax’s pack would come to greet him on behalf of their Alpha. It’s insulting to him. How did Alpha Jax know of this? How did he hear about his ascension?
“Oh! Thank you. I greet your Alpha too. He is a great man,” Shane Moss told Beowulf, the council member who had been elected to come to the Night-wolf pack.
“He appreciates you too. And that’s why he would love to host a banquet for you at our pack, if you do not mind,” Beowulf said as a gesture of friendliness. An act peculiar to their pack. They send gifts and host banquets in honor of a new Alpha. This is to make the new Alpha feel important and trusted. It has been done over time. Times without numbers and it always works. Whenever it does not work, such Alpha and its pack would have to suffer the consequences.
Shane Moss does not believe Alpha Jax knows about this. He knows if Alpha Jax truly knows about his ascension, he will not send this diplomat and expect to get an answer. Shane Moss originally planned on beheading Beowulf and sending it back to Alpha Jax. But he cannot for two reasons, he does not have enough army yet, should Alpha Jax decide to attack. Secondly, it’s obvious Alpha Jax did not send him here. He would let go of the Man. But he needs to reply to the man in a way that would require a report to Alpha Jax.
“You see, tell your Alpha I accept his generous offer of inviting me to your pack for a banquet. Tell him I know he would have lots of gifts for me when I come. You should also tell him that I, Shane Moss, will be coming for my property. For the only thing I truly ever own is with him. And I will come for it, and I will collect it from him,” Shane Moss said, and he dismissed Beowulf.
