Granny Joanne, Lena, Ashley, and Ethan my brother from my adopted parent all came to congratulate me. Ashley was sorry for all she had done to me. She regretted every act of going against me instead of standing by my side. It’s forgiven but never forgotten.

” I miss all our conversations,” Mel said
” We have a lot of time to talk about that ”
” But I thought you’ll be going back to your place since the visit is over,” Melissa said with furrowed brows.
” My mate surprisingly is a member of this pack, who would have thought ”
” Are you kidding me?”
” I’m being serious here. He had always wanted to come back to this pack but because of the love I had for the former pack he wanted to stay for me ”
Melissa, was so happy hearing this ” So this means you’ll be staying here in the pack?”
Lena nodded ” Yep and I’m very happy ”
” Me too,” She said excitedly
“I can’t believe this is moving just as we wanted it ”

” So how is your relationship with the Alpha, Have you guys kissed yet?” She whispered excitedly
Ethan who wasn’t far from them cleared his throat
Mel chuckled, she knew he wouldn’t like the conversation. That’s one thing with having an elder brother.
” I think I best leave. I’m sure you two have a lot you want to say” Lena said ” we’ll talk some other time ”
She left them alone. Ethan who has been on the loose for ages came forward staring at her with an emotion she can’t explain. He seems to be sorry because he should be. He has been so far from the family when they needed him the most.
” Please forgive me, sister. I swear it hurts to be far away from you guys. I always want to come home but my zeal to be big won’t allow me ”
” Are you now done with your travels?” She asked simply
He nodded ” I promise, I’m here to stay for good. The Alpha promised me a space in his worrier camp”
” Can you fight?” She asked staring at him with a look that said are you kidding me
” Of course. I didn’t go far away for anything. I’ve learned all that needed to be learned about combat and so much more ”
” That’s good then. Glad to finally have you home with us ” he said pulling her in for a deep hug ” I miss you so much ”

Mel was having this nervous feeling in her chest. She was informed that her mom was now in the pack and she can’t wait to see her.
Mel knocked on the door and she heard a loud voice telling her to come in. It was Raphael. He promises to be with her till the very end. He’s been so sweet to her and she loves that side of him.
She didn’t see the lady first. The lady saw her fast and before Mel could see what she looks like, she was already engulfed in a hug. An unexpected hug.
” I can’t believe you are finally here with me!”
Mel didn’t say anything. She allowed the lady to have her time. She also has a lot to ask her regarding how they threw her away because they don’t want her.
The lady was now shedding hot tears ” You have no idea how much have wished for this day. I’ve longed to see you, my child ”
Mel couldn’t contain her anger so she snapped ” You threw me away. Why the hell did you have to do that to me!”
The entire room went silent.
” I don’t even need any of you right now. I have another parent who loves me a lot like theirs so why should I even forgive you for what you did to me ”
The older lady couldn’t believe that her daughter would think she threw her away because she didn’t want her.

” There was a war at the time. We had an attack and you got stolen from us that day. Your dad and I tried to look for you but we couldn’t. We asked for help around but there was non”
Melissa began to cry upon the revelation. She listened attentively to all her real mom got to say. There is so much her real mom went through just to look for her.
She can’t believe she just shouted at this heartbroken woman who had suffered throughout these past years just to look for her. She hates herself for yelling at her.
” You see dear, I cherished you every passing day. Your father and I always celebrate your birthday. We always believe that one day, we’ll find you. I knew deep in my heart that you are still alive ”

Melissa broke down in tears. She was so sad and happy at the same time. It felt so good to have two parents that love her. She felt so lucky to have these people in her life. Her life seems even more complete and she can’t wait to have a beautiful moment shared with them.

Raphael was glad everything came to an end. He approached Melissa from where she was seated. She had her hand clasped together.
” what are you thinking about?”
” just my life,” she said simply.
He joined her ” Can you share it with me?” He asked
” Yes of course. I’ve never thought of coming to this height in life. I thought I’d be a maid forever”
” No you won’t,” he said with a smile
” I know right ” she chuckled loving the atmosphere.
” Do you know what ?” He said and she furrowed her brows.
” What?”
” You don’t need to think about anything. All you need to think about now is our future ” he said and her heart warmed to that.
” Just you and I,” she said staring at him
” Us alone ” He whispered and lean for a passionate kiss. It was a beautiful beginning for them and they can’t wait to see where this journey will lead them.
