Rebecca was surprised when she saw my expression. I glared hard at her. She didn’t expect me to see the shadow. I guess the shadow was meant to be seen by them alone. I smirked in a way to show her that I wasn’t scared of her no matter what. I pushed her away from me and got up with a flit. I attacked not caring whether she was prepared or not. What she and her master Rosie are doing is wrong. This is breaking the rule.
“Your end is here” I whispered, ” you have demon blood in you”.
We were circling the ring so no one would suspect what we were talking about. My posture was more like I was about to attack same with Rebecca.
She frowned ” I don’t know what you’re talking about”
” Don’t be a sour loser. I saw the shadow ”
She was angry. Rebecca’s fist tightened ” How were you able to see it ?”
I shrugged and throw a punch ” I don’t know. I just saw it ” I threw another punch and she dodged it.
I was about to kick but she came hard on me landing me on the floor. She punched me on the face severally that I was sprouting out blood. I coughed hard. She took me by surprise.

She came at me again but this time, I have the upper hand. I gave a loud blow making her fly in the air then finally landed on the floor with a thud. The strength came from nowhere. Something I always believed that I have some hidden powers which I’m not aware of.
Rebecca was out, she was unconscious. The referee counted to ten but received no response from her then the final bell got rang and the crowd was hailed. I was the winner. I couldn’t believe it. Ashely threw herself at me that I almost lose balance see She hugged me so tight that I felt as if she was going to cut off my lungs, joking. I know she wouldn’t do that but I was having a hard time breathing really.

I yawned, after two hours of having asleep. Well, who wouldn’t want to have a rest after the fight? I’ve never fought like that in my life. It’s as if I’m discovering new things about myself and it feels really good.
A smile stretched my face as I remember the eyes contact I had with the king. From afar I could still feel his aura. He has this way of making people respect him. I was confused. Who has a message for me? This was new. I went to open the door where I saw a guard standing holding a well-folded small envelope in hand.

He hand over the letter to me and I received it with thanks. I pushed the door behind him as I went to sit on the bed. I stared at the letter strangely, who could it be from.
Is it some kind of love letter? I wish.
I opened the folded envelope and brought out a piece of paper folded inside. It was neatly folded. I sniffed the paper and surprisingly the scent looks familiar. Who could it be?
‘ Read it already’ my wolf scolded.
I loose the folded paper and began to read what was written in it.

I was speechless to have a fan. Here I thought the only fan I had in this pack was Jemima. Well, then it’s good to enjoy it while it lasts.
I dragged the trolley to the bed. I stared at the eye-watering dinner. Of course, this was dinner. I picked up the seafood first which contains if peppered shrimps, prawns, and some other things.
The taste was heaven. I poured a glass of juice into the cup and drank from it. It’s been ages since I had something like this. Jemima knows how to pamper me and I couldn’t be more grateful for that.
