I was scared of what my punishment will be later on this is not what I signed off for ” I’m going to be punished. I need to apologize to the alpha ” I tried getting up.
” calm down, You’ve got nothing to be worried about. It’s not your fault that your heat decided to show up. My brother will understand” she said trying to make me feel good.
I shook my head ” You don’t understand Jemima. I know I’ll be punished ”

I was confused the more ” I don’t get you”

She sat beside me ” I eavesdrop on his conversation with the queen, she was telling him to lie about me and warned him to drive away all the friends I have said I’m becoming more disrespectful all thanks to my new friends and my darling brother promised to do the needful which was why you were his first target.
” Oh wow..” I was surprised with the new ” am I a bad influence?”
” Oh please don’t mind them. This was a planned agenda by Rosie, she is the master planner of it all. She must have approached the queen about it which was why the queen approached her son my brother ” Jemima explained and it’s kind of make sense now
” Could it be because of the coming fight? Is she threatened by our closeness?”
” Yep. She knows I’ll help you out in the fight and if she needs to win for sure she needed to get rid of me so that I won’t be able to help you out” she explained.

I blinked multiple times, I was caught off guard ” No! Nothing happened”

” Nothing happened Jemima. I need a rest right now so I’m heading towards my quarter now ” I tried getting up but a hand-pulled me down.

” You’re insufferable” I rolled my eyes finally gave in to her wish ” what do you want to know ?”
She clasped her hand ” So you’ve found your mate who is he ?”

I sighed ” ok fine . Yes I’ve found him and he is back home at the pack” lies.
She furrowed her brows confused ” how comes he hasn’t marked you? At least that would have helped you from having your heat this bad”
I fiddled with my nails ” That’s because I wasn’t ready for any relationship. I thought I could handle it before I go back but I guess it’s e”

” What about your heat? Will you be able to endure it till then ?”
I shrugged ” I’ll try. Time Will tell”

My wolf was excited with the news while I mentally rolled my eyes at her.

” I don’t know if I should ask you this but does your brother had any past girlfriends?” I don’t know why I asked that but I still want to know.
She was quiet for a while ” Yes. Raphael has been into three relationships, the first two were just for the fun of it. It wasn’t that serious and then the third one is what made him how he was now ”
I know I should be jealous but I still need to know what happened ” why did you say it like that? Alisha is someone I thought my brother will end up with forever not until this tragic event.”
Who is Alisha? What happened between them needed answers.
