“Why didn’t you talk about Ariana?” Dracula inquired.
“They’ll use her to defeat us and I don’t want her dead” Brooklyn replied and Dracula cackled.
“Yea, because you love her, if they ever plan to use her, I’ll save her and win her over but let’s wait for the right time when they’re desperate” Dracula suggested with a devilish grin.
“I’ll be back soon”
“Off to see your mama, she wouldn’t support you” Dracula called out as Brooklyn left.
He teleported to Fiona’s house and walked inside, saw his mom watching the television, a bandage on her neck.
“Mom! What happened to you!?” He inquired, rushing to her side.
“Nothing huge, the demon I fought tried to cut my neck but the cut isn’t deep” Fiona explained with a shrug.
“Stay with me mom, I don’t want you to fight”
“I can’t, I have to help Austin and we can’t let evil rule the world” Fiona disagreed.
“It has always been Austin, you don’t care about me. I’m glad I released Dracula” Brooklyn flared and Fiona stood up.
“Yo. you.. you’re.. released.. Dr.. Dracula? He’s never going to make you alpha, he’s going to use you” Fiona cried out with tears.
“Join us mom, this whole thing would stop when Austin drops his pride and forfeit his position”
“No, never! No alpha has ever done that, we would fight till the last of our breath” Fiona replied with determination.
“He might get killed, he should forfeit for the safety of everyone”
“I’d rather die than let evil rule over me. You stick to Dracula and I to Austin. I’m sorry but I’ll fight against you without reasoning about you being my son, this is war” Fiona declared and with a heavy heart, Brooklyn left.
Brooklyn teleported to Austin’s house, he was bittered when he saw Ariana sitting on Austin’s lap.
“What do you want?” Ariana demanded hotly as she stood up and put her hand on her waist.
“I missed you so much, have you recovered? Do you feel pain?” He inquired, his heart racing.
“Save your words, I know who you truly are. Traitor” She called out as Austin held her hand.
“Did he tell you everything? About the sacrifice, closing of portals?” Brooklyn implored cautiously and sighed when she stared at him with confusion.
“Just leave Brooklyn, you’ve caused more than enough trouble” Austin ranted and Brooklyn smirked.
“You still have the chance to come with me. You would be my Luna, the most admired woman”
“Admired for being evil, no. I’m mated to Austin and would never think of any other guy except him” Ariana declared harshly.
“The silly bond can be broken. If you value your life, come with me. I’ll protect you, you’re not safe with Him”
“I value Austin’s life much more than mine. If he gets killed, what’s the essence of living. I love him and I’m willing to be with him even in death” She replied, undaunted.
Austin kissed her head. He loved her reply. “You’ve heard it yourself, now leave” Austin growled.
“You would regret this. My door is forever open to you when you know the truth”. Brookyln asserted and left.
She sighed and fell into his arms. “You were brave” He complimented.
“I’ll do my best to protect you”
“Not just me and our babies too, it’s high time we started making them” Austin replied, kissing her earlobe.
“How many kids do you wanna have?” She challenged, facing him.
“Let’s have 16… No little, we’ll build a new house with 20 rooms and have 19 kids” He replied excitedly and she hit his arm.
“You already have plans of cheating and having 6 additional wives” She grumbled.
“Chill babe, you’re the only one who would give birth to my kids”
“Do you wanna kill me?. I want just two kids” She replied, folding her hand.
“But babe, you birth 2 quadruplets, 2 triplets, 2 twins and one last child. Very simple” Austin let out and she gasped as his hand touched her breasts.
“How about I give birth to twins once and the last child while you birth the remaining 16 kids” She responded, removing his hand forcefully.
“You’re afraid! How would a luna be scared of producing little alphas” Austin taunted.
“Say whatever you wish, I’m exhausted. I need a nap” Ariana yawned.
“A nap or a quickie, I know you’re too shy to ask but how would I help you if you don’t voice out your needs?” Austin teased and she burst into laughter.
“Okay, my needs are food and water and no sex for the next two weeks” Ariana declared and Austin chuckled.
“I love my luna’s playful and funny words” Austin replied as he buried his face in her neck.
“Stop it I’m hungry”
“Fine, I’ll cook for you then we’ll fuck like rabbits” Austin insisted and she giggled.
“Then you would have kids like rabbits” She responded in between laughs and Austin went to the kitchen.
He came back after a few minutes, holding a tray which contained omelette, bread and coffee. He set the food on the table and she chuckled.
“You feed me food meant for babies yet I work more than bees” She grumbled and he rolled his eyes.
“This is what I know how to make best”
“Before I became your maid, was this the only thing you ate all day?” She inquired.
“Yea, this is what makes this body sexy” He boasted with pride, puffing his chest and Ariana gawked.
“Alright, go make additional food so I can have the same body as you”
“No, you’re a lady. This body of yours is beyond sexy, I could prove it to you” He whispered.
“Just eat this food first, it’s as delicious as my sexy body” He bragged and she laughed.
“Oh please, the burger tastes better than your body” She replied and he puffed angrily.

Ariana woke up, Austin’s arm wrapped around her. She carefully raised his left bed. She checked her phone and saw several missed calls from Charlotte.
“Why would she call me in the morning?” She wondered as she dialled Charlotte’s number and later Donald’s since Charlotte didn’t answer.
“Did something bad happen to them?” Her demon panicked and she heard a horn from outside. She ran out and was shocked to see Donald, Charlotte and 3 maids with several bags. The maids and Charlotte looked scared while Donald was restless.

Charlotte and Donald woke up when they heard a maid scream, the voice coming from the kitchen. They rushed to the kitchen and saw a vile-looking demon sucking her blood.
Some maids hid in fear and Donald sauntered into his wolf form, he wasn’t as huge as Austin but was larger than most wolves.
He growled at the demon who attacked him immediately. He tried using his claws but the demon was too fast. He shifted into his human form and launched at the demon who hit him on the ground roughly.
Charlotte stood petrified as she watched the demon hit Donald, making him bleed. With shaking hands, she took a knife and stabbed his back. She stood frozen as the demon growled.
The demon used its sharp claws to scratch Donald’s arm and stood up, walking towards her as it licked its tongue.
With gritted teeth and pain, Donald stood up and used the knife to stab its back, using an iron stop to pierce its heart, dark blood spilling out as it let out a cry and fell to the ground.
“Are you okay?” Donald inquired as he dropped the spoon on the floor.
“What is that?” She panted, shaking slightly and he hugged her to himself.
“Call Ariana or Austin” He instructed as he slumped to the ground and she rushed to his side, sobbing silently. The maids came out of their hiding spots and together they carried him to the sitting room.
They heard loud and distant cries from outside and tensed when they heard any footstep, a maid brought a first aid box and cleaned Donald’s wound.
Panting, she called Austin and Ariana severally but no one answered, she watched him for 15 long painful minutes and sighed with relief when he opened his eyes slowly.
She hugged him tightly with great joy and he winced with pain. Weakly, he rose and went to get his keys. “Pack your bags, we’re leaving this place” He instructed and she nodded as they left to pack their luggage.
Within 30 minutes, he, Charlotte and 3 maids were ready. They put their bags and the animals in the trunk as they entered the car.
He drove out and they gasped when they saw people crying and screaming in pain as beasts chased them.
Few houses were set ablaze as some helpless children roamed the streets. Donald took a bushy route and finally burst out a few metres before Austin’s house.
A beast was chasing their car and Charlotte’s phone beeped when he drive inside. “It’s Ariana, should I answer?” She inquired and he shook his head.
He prayed the demon didn’t follow them and sighed when the gate closed, he parked the car and instructed the maids to unpack.
Ariana ran to them and covered her mouth when she saw his arm. “I’ll explain when we get inside but for now I have to talk to Austin” Donald replied and they walked inside.
They saw Austin’s face swollen with anger as he read the news, he looked up and cocked a brow. “Man, a lot is going on. There’s demon everywhere?” Donald informed and Austin sighed.
“Dracula has opened the portal, I’ve assembled the whole wolves. Brooklyn is behind everything, we would go for war soon” Austin explained and Donald let out a breath.
“What about those outside the country? Doesn’t he have any spell that could help..?” Donald was bombarded as the maids dropped the luggage and waited.
“We’re hopeless, all we can do is fight” Austin replied with agony and Ariana squeezed his shoulder supportingly.
“Charlotte and Ariana would stay here with the maids, Brooklyn wouldn’t dare to hurt Ariana”
“Ariana, show them to their rooms, we have to go now” Austin replied and kissed Ariana’s forehead.
“Can I come with you, I would also like to help you fight” Ariana pleaded with tears.
“I feel sad leaving you. I’ll always love you, no matter what, I’ll come back” Austin replied, cleaning her tears.
Donald’s held Charlotte’s hand and hugged her, he felt pained leaving his child and wife alone in this critical condition.
“I’ll think of you and my child always” Donald said and Charlotte nodded, trying hard to resist the tears in her eyes.
“Your people need you, go” Charlotte shooed and he stared at her.
“Don’t leave the house, we would come to visit when we have to chance. The maids would take care of you, don’t hurt yourself” Donald instructed and they teleported.
Ariana wailed with Charlotte wrapping her hand around her as they sobbed.
“I just can’t bear it. I can’t bear to lose him” She whimpered.
“There’s hope, we won’t lose them. They’ll come back for us” Charlotte cuddled, trying to restrain tears.
Austin and Donald teleported to the shaman’s house, they could hear commotions from outside and they ran outside.
“I know this gathering isn’t one of peace, everyone is shocked to see demons and beasts causing havoc, it’s all Dracula and Brooklyn’s doing” The shaman addressed the quiet crowd and they began murmuring.
“From today onwards, we would fight with all our strength, give it all our best to prevent being enslaved. If anyone is injured, render help so you’ll get help also. We shall fight for morning till dusk and return her for safety and replenishment. Anyone who dies now dies a hero. This is a quest for freedom” Austin addressed and the shaman divided the crowd into 3 parts.
Two parts and a few court members went to the streets while the other part went with Austin, the shaman and Harry to the forest.
They got to the forest and were shocked to see five portals and an ancient altar with words etched around it. Immediately demons appeared he instructed them where to go and they left. He called more and turned to face Austin
“I gave you two days to prepare yet you’re unprepared. Leave the pack for Brooklyn, he’s better than you” Dracula taunted.
“I’d die than run away from my responsibilities. Brooklyn is a coward that’s why you’re his slave and you’re a coward that’s why you make demons fight for you” Austin replied and Dracula growled with anger.
“There’s no point arguing with you” Dracula replied and instructed the demons to attack.
The demons used their claws to fight, guarding their hearts as they aimed for the wolves’ necks. The shaman used his staff to hit two demons and used the knife edge to pierce the heart of the demon that fell.
The demons were outnumbering the wolves and a few fearful wolves fled, Dracula kept bringing more demons as he watched the wolves become weak.
Harry was getting tired as he used his heavy hand to punch a demon, they had been fighting for close to 4 hours and the demons were relentless.
The shaman tried to think of a suitable spell but couldn’t concentrate. The remaining two parts rushed to join them and together they fought.
Fiona attacked Dracula, he spotted himself into 6 images, he had no intentions of killing her but wanted to wear her down since Brooklyn had given him some instructions.
Fiona attacked the first image and he turned to dust, Austin saw his mom and ran to help her. Dracula scowled, he tried to stab Austin but knew with Fiona, he had little chance.
Austin used his powers to make a dark heavy storm which blew Dracula away, he turned everywhere dark, Fiona built a shield around the altar, making the portals closed, Austin and Harry flew up while Fiona built a shield around the wolves who stood together.
Dracula built his shield over himself and Austin channelled his powers at Dracula, using all his strength, Harry noticed that he couldn’t win against Dracula and joined him. The shaman, Fiona and the rest of the wolves joined and together they channelled their power at Dracula.
Dracula couldn’t find the shield any longer and vanished, the force from the wolves blew up the shield as the alter and demons blew to pieces and the wolves fell to the ground with exhaustion.
Ambulances rushed to the forest as red cross volunteers carried the weak wolves to the ambulance while Austin and Harry used the sword to pierce each demon’s heart, lest the reform.
