Present time.
“Good morning.” Erelah greeted me with a smile as I went down to the second floor of Damon’s house, from behind her Achaz was looking at me who was also smiling and wearing an apron.
“Cousin, Let’s go, you eat your breakfast,” Achaz said smiling so I just nodded and walked towards the table where the food was ready. I was suddenly devastated as I remembered the last meal Achaz had served us before.
“Achaz and I cooked that,” Erelah said smiling and spooned the soup they cooked. Achaz sat next to her so I looked away.
“Where is the one with you?” Achaz asked.
“Left early,” I replied then smiled at Erelah when she finished putting soup in my bowl.
“Are you leaving too?” Achaz asked so I looked at him then looked at Erelah who was looking at me and waiting for me to answer.
“No,” I replied then started eating.
“Ahh, then, Erelah and I are going out.” I looked at him because of what he said. I caught another glimpse of Erelah who was also looking at her.
“Where are you going?” I asked, Achaz smiled at me and then looked at Erelah who was looking at me.
What Erelah knows is that Achaz is one of the Alter that Damon has, she doesn’t know that Damon is also an Alter, and she also doesn’t know Chai. Erelah knew very little about Damon’s situation.
“In the park, we’re going on a date,” Achaz replied then took Erelah on her shoulders who was surprised by what Achaz did, Erelah smiled awkwardly and then looked at us.
“Ahh is that so? All right.” I said just then continued eating, I could still feel Erelah’s stares at me, I looked at her, she was looking at me hesitantly. I ignored it, instead, I just drank water.
We have to follow everything that Achaz wants, otherwise what happened before will happen again.
I know it is dangerous for Erelah to go with Achaz but it is more dangerous if we do not follow what Achaz wants. I will only secretly follow them later when they leave.
I stood up after I had consumed my food. I smiled at them. “Your cooking is delicious, I’m going upstairs,” I said goodbye and then turned away from them.
Erelah POV
My heart was beating so fast due to nerv, ousness, I watched Gazer climb to the top. Why am I afraid of Achaz? I’m sure Achaz is kind, even kinder than Damon but why am I nervous?
I was surprised when Achaz suddenly pinched my cheek, I looked at him looking at me.
“My girlfriend’s so cute.” Smiling, he said, I swallowed and tried to smile at him. It’s wrong for me to say I’m his girlfriend.
Damon, I didn’t know that Damon had an Alter, I thought he was just joking so I rode.
“Are we leaving later?” I asked, he nodded in response then started to cut off what the three of us ate.
“Don’t you want us to date?” He asked then looked at me, I was suddenly nervous he thought so I immediately shook my head and then smiled at him.
“Of course, I would.” I just said and then helped him to clean the table.
A few minutes later, I sat tired on the sofa and leaned my back on the soft pillow on the sofa, I closed my eyes and then took a deep breath. Achaz and I had just finished cleaning and he helped me finish my work.
I was startled when suddenly someone lay on my thighs, I looked at Achaz who was smiling while his eyes were closed lying on my thigh.
“Let’s rest first and then we’ll leave later.” He said while closing his eyes, I just swallowed and then didn’t say a word.
I suddenly thought, I suddenly miss Damon, his ugliness, and his complacency. I’m more used to Damon teasing me than his Alter Achaz who is too sweet to me.
A few minutes later when Achaz told me to fix myself, I lazily went to my room here in Damon’s house, Achaz gave me this room. He said I’ll just sleep here instead of going home and just coming back.
Even though I didn’t feel like leaving, I still adjusted myself and lazily followed Achaz. After I got ready I went down and from the stairs, I saw Gazer coming up.
Our eyes met but he immediately avoided and walked uphill then passed me. I just gasped, Gazer was also weird sometimes.
“Erelah, Let’s go??” I looked at the speaker at the bottom of the stairs, Achaz, his form suited him, he became even more handsome because of his good looks. I smiled at him then went downstairs and nodded.
“Let’s go,” I said, smiling he took my left hand then we left the house.
We went to an amusement park first, and a lot of people especially the young people who are there, I smiled and looked at Achaz. My smile slowly faded as I saw how he stared at people.
He had a bad look at the people passing in front of us, the smile on his lips gave a creepy feeling even more so I held his arm so that he could look at me, his bad look disappeared when I smiled at him.
“Are you okay?” I asked, he looked at my hand holding his arm then nodded slowly.
“Where do you want to ride?” I asked then looked at the rides here in front of us. He didn’t answer so I looked at him again.
He was looking at people again so I looked at the people he was looking at, there was nothing wrong with them.
I turned my gaze back to Ahaz.
“Maybe, if Chai is here he’ll be happy with what he sees.” He said so I kept quiet.
Chai? Who’s that?
