“I was drunk, You got me angry last night, I went off boundaries to force you to sleep with me, But I didn’t use the right words to ask you about it, I’m sorry okay”He said more softly and I stared at me for a while.
Who could believe that the ruthless Mafia boss is the one apologizing to me?
“It’s fine, I never said I’m angry”I mumbled staring at his tattooed chest, My eyes not leaving the beautiful tattoos.
“Let’s take care of your hand first”He dragged me to the chair and made me sit down, He rushed to take the first Aid box and applied all what he needed to apply on it.
“It’s all done”He clapped his hands and took me to the bed.
“Take some rest, Then, I will take you to your hostel later in the evening”He mumbled before kissing me deeply and I reciprocate as if I was expecting it, I moved closer to him but he pulled back immediately.
“Get some rest”He winked and I nodded before going to sleep.
Later in the evening, I woke up feeling refreshed and the pains lessened drastically.
I looked around but Enea wasn’t in the room, I wore my dresses and took my bag hoping to meet him in the living room but I found Liliana there, looking sullen and drained.
“Hey, are you fine?”I asked worriedly walking closer to her and she nodded.
I stared down at her laps and realized they are messy smeared too.
I sighed knowing that Tyler was the one who did this to her.
What is wrong with these men for God’s sake?
“Are you sure you’re okay?”I asked holding her lean shoulders and she nodded.
Lilian lost weight badly due to what happened to her and it has been so hard to regain her former shape, She’s been having nightmares too, The doctor isn’t doing anything concerning it either.
“Do I know the guy from somewhere?”She asked feebly pointing to the stairs and I knew he was referring to Tyler immediately.
“Not really, He was just a friend to Enea, You guys were not really close”I lied and she nodded.
“You really need to wash yourself up, You’re looking messy as ever”
“I will, Thank you”She said softly before walking towards her room but I ran up to her immediately.
I held her hand and pressed my lips together, Ever since Enea told me that Liliana got hurt because of me, I feel so guilty and ashamed of making her lose the baby.
Tyler wasn’t even taking the aggression on me, He acted matured but I choosed to be the one to his things from them.
I feel so ashamed of myself.
“Is there a problem?”She asked after long minutes of silence and I shook my head immediately.
“Not really, I just want to apologize for all what I’ve done to you, I’m sorry for making you this….”
“Alessia!”I heard a blaring voice from the stairs and turned out to be Enea.
“I will be in my room then”Liliana says quickly and rushed to her room to avoid Enea seeing the mess Tyler created.
“I wanted to apologize, I feel guilty”I sobbed and turned to him, He pulled me into a light hug and smiled.
“You don’t need to try too much, She will be fine”He coaxed and patted me before taking me to the car.
ENEA POV
After dropping Alessia at school, I branched at the gorcery store to get some fruits for her, After selecting some inside the basket, I went to the cashier to pay but surprisingly, Kenny was the sales girl there.
I scoffed in shock and surprise as she finally raised her head to look at me.
“Really?”I asked with a chuckle and she pressed her lips together.
“Brother…”She tried touching me but I swatted my hand away.
I guess Gray was too busy to keep tabs on her these days, ever since she left, I instructed Gray to assign one of the boys to guard her and watch what she’s been up to.
She started attending classes and her grades went up rapidly, I guess she’s becoming wise after all.
“Did he focred you to do this?”I yelled and a tear slipped down her eyes.
“Trust me, He knew nothing about this, I only told him I applied for an online class and came down the street to use the free wifi, He didn’t forced me to do this, I only want to be responsible after all”She whimpered and I sigh.
“Doing this won’t take you anywhere, I told you already to go to Batista and start living with him, I told you I don’t want to see you around me anymore!”I roared and she ran away from the desk and rushed up to me.
“I’m sorry, I promised not to let this repeat itself again, Hayden learnt his lessons already, He found a job, And he’s been doing fine, I started attending all my classes, I stopped going to clubs, I’m changed, trust me, I don’t want to go to Batista, He will ki*ll me!”
“Stop making me guilty for what you did”I replied rather in a softer tone and took a deep breath before talking again.
“Come to the mansion with Gray tomorrow’s evening”
“Thank you”She sobbed in relief and I walked out of the store hurriedly.

LILIANA POV
After washing myself up in the bathroom, I found him sitting on the bed checking some documents out.
I moved to the ward robe timidly to look for one of my light dresses.
I found one almost immediately, I took off my towel and wore the dress carefully.
Thankfully, I no longer feel pains in between my laps, He prepared a special bath himself to make me look good.
I walked up to him but the moment he realized I’m getyinr closer, he closed the documents almost immediately.
“Is there something you’re hiding from me?”I asked staring at the documents in his hand and he shook his head.
“No, I won’t hide anything from you and you know that”He said uneasily and I nodded.
Shortly, His phone rang after and he quickly pick it up.
“Is there a problem?”He asked rather harshly on the phone and he turned to me.
“I will be right back”He whispered and dropped the document on the bed before walking out of the room hurriedly.
After he left, I sat on the bed and grabbed the documents, Surprisingly, It was my final hospital results showing the series of test and how fast I’ve bene responding to treatment.
I chuckled and wondered why he was hiding it from me.
My eyes went to the last paragraph and got confused.
“The womb is fine, Foetus successfully evacuated, The gun shot wounds successfully removed, The blood pressure returns to normal”I read it loudly in confusion.
“Gun shot?, womb?, foetus?”I repeated again and suddenly, I felt a sharp pain in my head
It was so excruciating that I went blind for a moment.
“Tyler!”I yelled painfully but no one heard me.
Unfortunately, I lost my balance and slumped.
