The next day was Saturday.
In the morning, Allyce woke up early and felt the man next to her get up and go into the bathroom, so she peeked out and looked into the bathroom before getting back under the covers and going back to sleep.
He wanted to wait for Severo to leave before getting up.
Because now he doesn’t even know how he’s going to get along with Severo.
He has a lot to do, he definitely needs to get out.
She had guessed correctly that Severo was going out today.
With the presidential elections just around the corner and Gabrio not dead, he has a lot to do.
What he had not guessed, however, was that Severo would take her with him.
Allyce hid under the covers and waited bored for Severo to come out of the bathroom.
Severo also left shortly afterwards.
He stood in front of the mirror, slowly and methodically buttoning his shirt as he said aloud, “Stop pretending and get up.
Allyce, who was hiding under the covers, was in a bad mood when she heard this.
He only lasted three seconds before reluctantly crawling out from under the covers.
He sat sickly against the bed and his eyes fell on Severo’s erect back.
He had buttoned up his shirt and was fixing his cufflinks, even if it was only visible from the back, which gave off an unapproachable vibe.
Allyce lay still on the bed as Severus straightened his cufflinks and turned around, looking at her with a deadpan expression. “You have ten minutes.”
With that, he strides out.
Allyce looked at the closed door and scratched her hair in some discomfort before getting out of bed.
How could I come downstairs in ten minutes, washed, made up and changed?
This insensitive, stinking man!
Allyce grumbled mentally, but caught herself and went downstairs.
When she came downstairs, Severo was standing in the middle of the corridor waiting for her.
When he heard her coming down the stairs, he didn’t even look up before saying: “Five minutes late.
Allyce tossed her bag nonchalantly on the sofa next to her and said in an unpleasant tone, “Yes, I’m five minutes late, what do you want?
Severo’s face changed slightly as he sniffed, his dark eyes narrowing slightly as his displeasure became evident.
“I’ve told you before what happens when you don’t listen”.
Allyce snorted, “Severo, what do you take me for? Do you really think I’m just hand luggage for you to do whatever you want? To give away when you want, to mock when you want?”
He said, approaching Severo, reaching out a finger and jabbing him hard in the chest, squinting his beautiful eyes and saying loudly, “I am a living, breathing human being, I am mine, not your object, and you have no right to do anything with me whatsoever! Do you hear me?”
She is too submissive with Severo these days and it gives her the feeling that the child is spoilt and then gets lawless and does what he wants.
Old Severo couldn’t have said such things even if he was angry.
Allyce finished, looked at him and walked over to a side couch and sat down cross-legged.
Once seated, she leaned back with her eyes looking straight ahead in a relaxed manner.
The next moment, he changed position again and stretched out his legs.
Don’t ask him why he does it, because his legs are shaking.
Not that she hadn’t said those things in front of Severo before, but it was the first time she’d spoken to him like that since he’d changed his temper and she’d basically gone along with it.
It would be impossible to say that he was not weak-minded.
However, when he was done being puffed up, he felt that he was actually quite reasonable, so why should he be puffed up?
Severo is obviously not right.
Severo turned his head and swept his gaze back and forth over her, ending with an idle, “When will you come back to me when your legs stop shaking after talking to me like that?”
Allyce froze and, without waiting for her response, Severus took a big step towards the door, taking a few steps and stopping, not looking back. “Follow me.”
Almost unconsciously, Allyce got up and followed her.
Walking to the car, she couldn’t help but slap herself hard in the head again, why should she do what he said?
“Ah …”
He cried out in pain and hurriedly put his hand to his head, actually tapping the place where he had hurt himself.
The bodyguard opened the car door for her: “Madam, please get in.
He covered his head and reluctantly climbed into the car and took a seat in the corner furthest away from Severo.
Severo was answering his phone, and when he saw her get into the car he just turned his head to look at her and continued answering his own phone.
Allyce leaned out of the side of the car door and continued to cover her head.
“What is it?”
Severo ended the call a while ago, turned his head to see her covering her head and asked her in a whisper.
Allyce buzzed, “It’s OK”.
Then it was time to lie down and take a nap, ignoring him completely.
But just because she ignores Severo doesn’t mean he agrees.
Severo tugged and frowned, “I asked you what was wrong!
There was a hidden anger in his voice.
Allyce pursed her lips and couldn’t pull away from him, so all she could say out loud was, “I’m up early and I have a headache, okay?
He tried twice more and found that he still could not free himself.
I don’t know why this man likes to hold on to people so tightly, isn’t there a way to use more force?
Severo’s face sank and Allyce, seeing this, instantly lowered himself, swallowed saliva and said: “It hurts a bit, I accidentally bumped myself when I got into the car earlier”.
Only then did Severo let go of her and held her head to look at the wound.
In fact, the head wound recovered so quickly that it could not hurt without touching it, and usually felt nothing, mainly because the wound was already shallow.
Wrapped in gauze again, Severo could see no more.
“Go to Victorino’s house. That was his order to the driver once he had released Allyce.
Allyce looked at him and with a tentative thought, called him, “Severo. ”
Severo turned his head to look at her and gestured with his eyes for her to speak.
Allyce asked carefully, “You seem, a little worried about me …”
This, according to her, was not her mistake.
Severo had never done anything to hurt her, no matter how badly he treated her, and he had treated her with considerable concern.
“Oh? Is that what you think?” Severo looked at her with a slight tilt of his head, as if he had heard something interesting, a look of interest.
He had such an intense gaze that it made Allyce’s heart flutter.
He stepped back and did not speak.
Severo raised his eyebrows, with a hint of mockery in his voice: “I’m good with meat too, I care about everything to do with it, but if it doesn’t behave, I’ll give it away anyway”.
“Is … like that?” Allyce frowned, unable to believe that was the sort of thing he would say.
Severo looked at her and stopped talking.
