As soon as the words were out of his mouth, he fiercely reached out and wrapped his arm around Allyce’s waist, confining her to his body, looking at Allyce’s panicked expression, the corners of his lips curling up slightly.
Allyce’s heart was angry and sad.
But before she could say anything, Severo had already released her.
He turned, his gaze fell on the helicopter, and with a casual kick, he glided away.
A line of servants stood at the far end of the room, but they made no sound, chilling as if terrified of Severo.
Severo said in a low voice: “Let them all go in”.
Only when all the servants and bodyguards had arrived, Severus said, “I don’t like this to happen again, do you hear me?”.
“Yes, I hear you!”
Severo nodded in satisfaction after receiving a unanimous response.
With that, he left again.
He went in and out without a moment’s hesitation.
Allyce saw Severo all she wanted, but it was better to see him than not to see him.
When I didn’t see him, at least I had something to look forward to, something to anticipate.
Now, he is left with a sense of confusion and disorientation.
Had he been wrong to believe, or was Severo like that?
He had risked his life to force Severo to return, and he had seen him, but what had happened?
The result…
Allyce smiled to herself, could Severo’s own words be false?
Maybe I really loved her when I loved her, and really didn’t love her when I didn’t love her any more …
…
No mobile phone, but Severo still left him the computer.
Looking at Severo, it looked like he wasn’t going to let her leave.
He hadn’t shown up for three days in a row and Allyce hadn’t even tried to find a way to escape because she just wanted to see Severo for a while.
Now I had to find a way out.
Whether Severo was serious or not, at least she had to do something. …
But before I could do anything, Severo, who had not been home for three days in a row, returned that night.
Allyce stepped out of the shower just as Severo pushed open the door.
The light in the room was blinding and their eyes met in the air.
Allyce startled for a second before looking at him suspiciously: “What are you doing back here?
Severo did not speak, but only walked slowly towards her.
His steps were firm, nothing out of the ordinary.
It wasn’t until he got closer that Allyce smelled alcohol on him.
Out of habit, Allyce frowned and asked, “Have you been drinking?”
As soon as the words were out of her mouth, she herself froze.
And Severo, taking her face in his, kissed her.
Dominant, forceful, with a hint of imperceptible affection.
Allyce gasped and tried to struggle, but Severo seemed suddenly angry and kissed her harder and harder, squeezing her waist so tightly that Allyce could barely breathe.
Severo’s kisses became more urgent, then he lifted her in his arms, took three steps towards the bed and threw her on top of it.
Allyce, suddenly awake, stirred and sat up quickly.
Severo was not sure how much he had drunk, but his face was not strange, except that his eyes were very red and there was a hard-to-understand emotion in them.
Seeing that Allyce was about to run, Severo grabbed her ankle with a quick hand and dragged her backwards.
Allyce’s eyes widened in panic and she continued to kick her feet.
Before, tall men seemed imposing and confident, but right now, Allyce wished Severo wasn’t so strong.
“Severo, why are you crazy!” Allyce felt a little speechless, she didn’t even know what words to find to scold Severo.
Only, the next moment, his gaze lifted slightly and he saw a bright red lip mark on her neck.
She was unable to move as if she had been pinned in one spot.
Severo did not notice her abnormality and began to tear her clothes from her body.
Allyce felt a shiver run through her body and let Severo rip off her clothes.
The man who had said hurtful things to her during the day was now as devoted as if they were still in love.
Allyce’s eyes were as cold as ice and she reached out a long, wooden hand, groped for the lamp at the foot of the bed, pulled it hard and smashed it against Severo’s head.
The first time he hit her, Severo didn’t let go as if he couldn’t feel the pain.
Allyce bit her lip and hit her twice more before Severo fell on top of her.
Gasping, Allyce threw the lamp in her hand to the floor and collapsed helplessly on the bed, wiping her face only to find it wet again.
She pushed the fainting Severo away from her, jumped out of bed, found a suit of clothes and wrapped up warmly, and fled the room.
It wasn’t until he ran into the other room and slammed the door behind him that he fell to the floor, biting his hand and screaming.
It occurred to him that Severo could pick locks and that the door would not stop him at all.
If he woke up later …
Allyce shuddered violently at the thought of how Severo had looked before, carefree.
He went back into the bedroom, fetched a tie and tied Severo’s hands in a tight, dead-end knot.
After checking again, he went to curl up on a side couch and kept a wary eye on Severo.
After an unknown amount of time, Severo slowly woke up.
He looked confusedly at the ceiling above his head, then looked around as if searching for something, and finally stopped when he saw Allyce curled up sleepily on the sofa.
He tried to get out of bed, but found his hands tied.
Allyce had been afraid to sleep, and the little commotion Severo had created had been enough to wake her up.
As soon as she opened her eyes, she saw Severo lying on the bed staring at her, and her face changed, alarm flashing in her eyes.
Severo’s pupils narrowed, his expression indistinguishable: “Have you kidnapped me?”
Allyce pursed her lips tightly and stared at him unblinkingly.
Then he heard his own unusually quiet voice: “Where have you been tonight?
Severo, who never let another woman near him, had lipstick marks on his neck.
And Laurinda before that, and Alonzo.
Everything pointed to Severo’s betrayal.
But a voice in the back of his mind always told him: none of that was true, Severo was not like that.
Severo snorted with laughter: “Do I have to tell you where I’m going? Don’t you know that women who mind their own business are the most annoying?
Allyce only frowned slightly, but her expression looked extraordinarily grim: “You mean you’re bored with me now?”
