I kissed him while talking.
However, he shoved me down so I just felt the chilly floor.
I’d never seen him stare at me so coldly.
“Has Rona forgotten who she is? We’re related.”
If you break up with Daina, I may be your mate, I said maniacally.
“Daina is my partner, Rona.”
I said, “Only I deserve you. You belong with me.”
“Rona, you’re crazy!”
Stephan Buther then strolled by.
I stayed on the floor, feeling if ice had been poured over me.
Elizabeth crushed my dream.
I contacted Oku after leaving Stephan’s villa.
“What’s up?”Oku inquired through phone.
“I’ve decided. Advise me.”
Since Elizabeth wouldn’t let me marry my boyfriend, I didn’t care about our parent-child connection.
Oku instructed me, “Ask Elizabeth out. I’ll do the rest.”
I agreed.
No one could stop me from marrying Stephan Buther from now on.
Dason’s POV:
Today I’m hospitalized.
I told Daina not to pick me up because I want to be alone with Allen.
Daina instantly understood.
Allen picked me up, much to my joy.
I’m really excited to enjoy supper and a movie with Allen.
If things go well, we may do something personal.
I put on a gorgeous outfit and greeted Allen in the ward.
Allen soon arrived in a suit.
When I saw his empty hands, my heart fell. Allen never dated.
I became excited again when Allen admired my clothes.
He must have awful fashion sense if he felt I looked horrible in the dress.
“What’s wrong?”Unhappy, I questioned.
When he looked at my shoulders, I smiled.
Before I could respond, he removed his coat.
Then I felt something warm wrap around me.
He wrapped his coat over me and said, “It’s chilly. You could get sick.”
“You’re injured. Don’t dress so scantily.”
I pouted “fine.”
This werewolf was extremely unromantic, yet I wanted him to adore me for our future.
I smiled flirtatiously to refocus.
“Allen, how about a movie and dinner?”
Allen nodded without looking at me.
“Relax at home.”
Why would Moon Goddess pair me up with someone so dull?
Maybe his beauty helped me overlook his coldness.
Daina’s POV:
Rona invited me and Elizebeth dress-shopping.
I thought it was unusual, but she promised me she’d considered things out and would marry the lycan Elizabeth picked.
She abandoned Stephan Buther?
Elizabeth wouldn’t have had Rona marry Stephan Buther if she preferred someone else.
If Rona could stop loving Stephan Buther, I’d be pleased.
Now I’m free of her snobbery.
At the same time, Rona seemed odd.
“Daina, choose me a dress?”
Rona glanced at the jewellery and wedding outfits with doe eyes.
I regarded her. She appeared innocent, smiling.
She appeared excited about the wedding.
“Okay.”
I helped Elizabeth choose among the new season’s fashions.
“Try it, sweetie.”
“How will we know whether it fits without trying it on?”
“Sure.”
Time passed.
After 10 minutes, I was worried since Elizebeth and Rona hadn’t came out.
“Are you still there?”
I rang the fitting room’s bell.
Silence.
Was anything wrong? I kicked open the door and saw no one.
The store employees didn’t notice Rona either.
I phoned Stephan Buther when things weren’t going smoothly.
“Stephan Buther, your mom, and Rona vanished in the fitting room.”
I breathed heavily into the phone.
Stephan Buther drove to me.
I studied the store’s surrounds and fitting room while waiting for him.
Elizabeth vanished without a trace.
I questioned store employees.
When I enquired about their security video, they told it had been deleted.
After searching the dressing room again, I located an exit.
They vanished thus! If I’d discovered it sooner, I could’ve found them.
Stephan Buther and I had to explore various options.
Surprisingly, Stephan Buther wasn’t alone.
Oku quickly followed.
They arrived at the shop simultaneously.
“Why weren’t Elizabeth and Rona protected?”
‘Daina was waiting outside the fitting room and didn’t know what would happen.’
Stephan Buther shielded me and Oku while he talked.
Oku was right. I’d let them down.
I needed to locate and rescue Elizabeth.
POV: Rona
Oku’s strategy worked. His guys nabbed Elizabeth as planned.
I went along to seem innocent. So it seemed I was abducted.
Elizabeth was locked in a palace cell.
Because she was sick, they prepared medication and doctors.
Heavily guarded. Everyone was stuck inside.
I accompanied Oku’s attendants to meet him after he told me all this.
Is Daina in jail?
Once I saw him, I asked my most important inquiry.
“Rona, you’re so foolish. Did you believe Daina would go to jail with Stephan Buther?”
Yes! We were abducted.
Daina was accountable.
Stephan Buther didn’t blame her. Why didn’t other Rosryals accuse her of not protecting us?
“What did Stephan Buther say? Stephan Buther adored his mom.”
Daina was to blame for Elizabeth’s disappearance.
“Rona, it’s dumb of you to trust him. Stephan Buther has never blamed Daina. You should focus on what to do next.”
Oku leaned back and sipped his coffee as though we were done talking.
At this point, I needed to plan our next moves.
Stephan Buther still protected Daina, which showed he loved her.
I needed to make Daina vanish. Daina must die.
Stephan Buther’s POV:
Daina and I returned to the Rosryal palace after shopping.
Elders knew my mum disappeared. They’re making a fuss.
Daina wasn’t required to attend.
I believed she should confront the elders sooner rather than later because she was to be my wife.
I brought her along at the elders’ request.
Surprisingly, the elders looked ready to blame Daina. They blamed her for my mother’s disappearance.
“Mrs. Stephan Buther is Daina’s responsibility, but she vanished. Take responsibility.”
“Yes. Daina deserves punishment.” Elders were insistent.
“Stephen Buther, rumors say you’re enamored with Daina. Seeing you protect her, I believe the rumors.”
“Does she outrank your mother? You’re degenerating.”
He helped me fight Oku.
The elders had asked me to discover who murdered my father.
The other elders weighed in when the matter was raised.
“Yes. Stephen Buther allegedly became lazy due to a she-wolf.”
“I wonder what Mr. S Buther will do for this she-wolf?”
I had enough.
Old men were so busy putting down Daina that they ignored my mum.
My mother’s absence always seemed suspicious.
