PALACE (the king’s region)
It’s very sunny as birds were flapping their wings happily in the bright blue sky, pups were running about, chasing after each other in excitement and their giggling sounds filled the air.
Women were busy with their normal daily chores, the sounds of warriors who were training at the training ground could also be heard, guards were also patrolling the streets and checking on vendors.
It’s so lively and colorful everywhere.
But the colorful atmosphere suddenly vanished, when the bright blue skies unexpectedly turned dark and very dark clouds began moving about furiously in the sky.
A very frightening and sharp lightening flashed, accompanied by a deafening loud thunderbolts that hit a few people and killing them on the spot.
Wind started blowing which swayed trees in different directions, the wind was so strong that it made people lose their balances and swept them off their feet, especially pups -only a few people could withstand the wind.
Frightened gasped filled the air as everyone was running about to look for shelter, pups who got separated from their mothers were crying helplessly under the heavy wind but fortunately, the patrolling guards came to the rescue and carried as much pups as they could.
Meanwhile, the guards at the dungeon were unaware of the commotion going on outside, they were drinking, playing cards and enjoying themselves.
Although they could hear the screams but they ignored it, because they were so engrossed in the game.
Suddenly, a very dark and thick mist covered the whole dungeon, everywhere turned pitch black making it difficult for them to see, but the mist only last for a very brief moment -it left just as it came.
But just when they were about to go back to their game, one of the guards uniform strangely caught fire and they started trying to put out the fire.
It seemed as if the more they’re trying to put out the fire, the more the fire was being ignited.
Until Edward rushed into the scene and snapped his fingers, then the fire stopped at once.
He left them and rushed towards a cell, he pushed the door open and rushed in.
He inhaled deeply and puffed out some air when he saw an empty cell, with broken chains on the ground.
“Fuçk!” he exclaimed and ran his fingers through his hair.
Heavy footsteps were heard as the guards rushed over immediately they heard Edward cursing.
“Your Excellency?” they called questioningly, bowing their heads.
“Where’s he?” Edward asked them pointing at the broken chains.
“Huh?”
They raised their heads and looked inside the cell only to see the broken chains, they started looking at each other with confused frowns.
“How did this happened right under your noses?!” he growled.
“We.. we.. we don’t know” one of them answer.
“You don’t know” he huffed. “How ridiculous? What should I say to His Majesty? How do I report this to him? Huh?!” he growled in their faces.
They bowed their heads and looked at their feet as they were feeling abashed of the incident that just took place, Edward pulled on his hair frustratingly and paced to and fro, thinking of how to explain this to the king.
“If I were you guys, I’d voluntarily punish myself before the King gets back”
He glared at the broken chains once more, then sighed deeply.
“Quick, everyone search, he mustn’t have gone far!” he ordered.
“Yes, your Excellency” the guards chorused.

Arabella’s point of view.
(Still at the park)
I grinned excitedly and happily waved at Wymond, but he scoffed in return as he continued glaring daggers at the poor theme attendant who’s helping me buckle up the safety belts on the rollercoaster.
He didn’t wanna let me on it, but after much convincing and uncountable kisses he grumpily allowed me -though it looked as if he’s regretting it now.
Aha! Too late buddy.
“Sweetheart” I teasingly called him. “Are you sure you don’t wanna ride with me?” I asked as I wagged my eyebrows at him.
“No” he answered grumpily.
He glared at the theme attendant one more time, then averted his burning gaze to the safety belts and took a deep breath.
“I’ll stay down here and catch you, in case you’re falling off that thing” he emphasized on ‘catch you’.
“I’m not gonna fall, don’t jinx it” I scolded him.
He folded his arms on his chest and sat on a bench, then leaned back.
“I’m gonna shut down this park if you fall off that shît” he said authoritatively.
The theme attendant turned and looked at him with a frown, she must be wondering why an old man like him is speaking with so much authority -if only she knew he’s the King whom they fear.
“Hey, let’s be on a low key” I tapped on my chest. “Low key” I added.
“You’re all set” she said.
“Thank you” I told her and watched as she left.
I looked at both sides and saw some adults and pups were also ready, they’re waiting excitedly for our adventure to start.
“I’ll be fine” I assured Wymond and blew him a kiss, but the rollercoaster has started moving before he could reply me.
