“Do you know who he is?” Macy asked the woman who was looking on the screen with a surprised expression.
“Is it him? Is it really him?” She asked Macy.
It seemed that she couldn’t believe that the man who had made her life a living hell was on the ground being beaten by a girl who looked barely twenty.
“Yes, it’s your scumbag of a husband,” Macy answered and the woman on the other side of the screen started laughing.
“Oh God. Oh God!
So such a day was to come?
Can I ask a Favour from you?” The other woman asked Macy with a huge grin on her face.
“Go ahead,” can you beat him for all the times he has been hitting me?” She asked and Macy smiled.
“That’s what I have been doing so far,” Macy said and kicked the man who had held her leg wanting to stop her.
“I asked you a question, why haven’t you divorced him? Is it because of the children?” Macy asked again and the woman’s countenance fell.
“No. I can take care of my babies well on my own.
The problem is that he wouldn’t let me.
Before we got married, I was a teacher and I used to do well for myself.
After the second baby, we had a lot of problems with baby sitters and we decided that I should quit my job and he promised to take good care of us.
But he changed once he got promoted.
He started beating me, getting drunk, coming home late, sleeping around and not caring to hide it from me and insulting me in all manner of ways.
He would beat me everytime I would ask for a divorce.
I have no money or the evidence needed and he threatens that if I dare leave him, he will take the children.
I know I don’t have money to fight for their custody and I can’t leave them with a man like him.
He doesn’t love them and all he wants is to use us for his work benefits,” by the time she was done telling Macy that, she was in tears and Macy wished that she could hug the other woman through the screen.
“Today I will give you a gift.
I am sending you all the evidence you need of his infidelity.
That will be more than enough to file for a divorce and sue him for everything he has including the underwear in his body,” Macy started but the man who was still holding onto his stomach is on the ground stood up with a renewed vigour.
” No! You can’t do that!” He screamed as he made as if to take the phone but Macy hadn’t let get guard down.
She kicked him on the chest with her high heeled boot and she was sure that she heard a bone break.
He screamed in pain and fell down again.
“I told you I will break you if you interrupt me.
They again and I will have your heart next,” she said and the man was now sure that he was dealing with a pro.
He regretted approaching her when everyone else had stayed away.
He wondered whether all those men had seen something he hadn’t in this girl.
He didn’t expect his luck with girls to end so soon.
“No please. Of you do that I will lose my job,” he begged from the ground and Macy looked at him.
“And let me ask you, what’s the need of a good job if yiu can’t help your family?
Is your wife a mat for you to step on with the shoes yiu have been all over with?
Blame yourself for not being able to keep your dick in your pants.
Now, be a good boy and stay put and you will make it out of here alive.
Otherwise, no one is to tell what I will do if you anger me again,” Macy said and looked at the screen again.
“Sorry for that.
I had to swat away a bee that couldn’t stay put,” she told the other woman who had nothing but adoration in her eyes for Macy.
“You are simply wonderful.
You are an angel sent from heaven,” she said and Macy took the praise with grace and a very genuine smile.
“Thank you. His luck ran out today.
Now, this is what we are going to do.
“Keep those photos safe though I will also keep a copy.
Tomorrow, I will send the number of a lawyer friend of mine and she will help you deal with this scumbag.
If he tries to touch you or insult you, call me right away and we will teach him a lesson.
Do you have somewhere you can move to?” Macy asked the woman who was smiling like the sun had shone only in her place.
“No. My parents died and their house was foreclosed by the bank and they were the only family I had,” she said sadly and Macy sympathized with her.
“I have an idea.
In fact, you don’t have to move.
He is the one who should move.
Put all his things in a bag or a carton and leave them by the door.
He will pick them up when he comes.
And don’t if you really need to move on, I will help you get a job and that with what he will be giving as child support, you will be good to go,” Macy said and she hadn’t realized that the other woman was crying.
“Why are you crying? Are you okay?” Macy asked with concern because she hadn’t intended to make the other woman cry.
“Sorry. I am just… So… So… I am just ecstatic.
I can’t believe that such a day has come.
You don’t know how much I have suffered.
I have contemplated suicide so many times but my babies keep me going.
Thank you. Thank you miss,” she said and she made Macy feel awkward because she wasn’t sure that she had picked a scumbag this day.
This wasn’t the first man Macy ajd done this to.
Since Andy hurt her and left her for Angela, Macy hated all cheaters.
She was a person who believed in honest and faithfulness in a relationship.
Thus, any cheater was her enemy and she knew that men cheated because they thought their wives weak.
She thus became a soldier for all the women whose husbands would cheat on them and she punished as many as she could.
As such, she had a lot of women friends whom she had helped and she even had a female divorce lawyer friend whom she used for such cases.
She loved punishing those men to make sure that if they ever got into relationships again, they would be faithful to their partners.
She also made sure that the women she helped never again accepted the second place in any relationship.
“No worries. Just take care of yourself and the children.
And never let a man treat you like that again.
You are a person who can stand on your own and not leave your job for him.
Why wasn’t it him who had to resign?” Macy admonished her and the other woman cried even more.
“I was in love and young.
He was an angel and he changed later.
Thank you for this.
I promise I won’t take for granted this second live that you have given me,” the woman cried and Macy just looked at her giving her words of encouragement waiting for her to calm down.
They talked for a while and then hang up after she had sent all the evidence this man had of cheating.
“Whoever takes evidence of their infidelity?
You are such an idiot!
Here is what we shall do.
You will grant your wife the divorce without quarrels or something going to court because of you do, I will take everything you own and count every dollar you should pay her since she left her job.
You know, even house managers are paid, aren’t they?
So, you are to compensate her for all the years she has bewn working at home.
So, I suggest you setlrw amicably.
Two, if you ever get another woman to love you, you better stay faithful because you are now on my radar.
The next time you cheat, I will have your little wee wee.
Any questions?” Macy asked and the man shook his head.
She formatted the man’s phone and then handed it to him.
“Be good now, won’t you?
It was nice making your acquaintance,” Macy said as she helped the man straighten his suit and led him to the back entrance of the club they were in.
“And hey, you haven’t paid me,” she told the man who was so happy to be let go that he was almost running.
He turned ready to argue and then saw the smile of ‘I share you to complain’ that was on her face.
He produced a wand of cash and gave it to her and then splinted to the club.
Macy sniffed the cash and smiled.
“Wah! It was a good night.
New money always smells so nice!” She said and then left the club using the back alley with a spring to her step.
The man seated on a step in the dark smiled, shook his head and then stood up and followed her.
