Back at the party, David started feeling uneasy. It’s been more than twenty minutes since his little woman stepped down and never came back.
Excusing himself, he walked towards Vanessa who was already drunk now.
” Where is Sheila?” He asked straightforwardly.
He was feeling unsettled, like something terrible was about to happen.
” Sheila? She went to the bathroom.” Vanessa slurred.
” It’s been a long, how come she hasn’t come back yet?” David asked with a frown.
Gabriel soon joined them. Looking at David’s worried expression, he could tell that something was wrong somewhere.
” Now that you mention it, it’s been long. She said she was feeling funny and her face was flushed. I offered to accompany her but she said she’ll manage.” Vanessa replied.
” What’s happening here?” Gabriel Inquired.
“You let her go alone in such a situation?” David yelled, successfully gaining the attention of the people present.
Vanessa flinched, frightened by David’s cold voice.
” Calm down, we will find her.” Gabriel said, trying to get David to calm down.
He wasn’t happy with how David yelled at his girlfriend but still, he could understand him. He might react worse if he was in that situation.
Mr Peter hurried towards the three people in alarm.
” Is something the matter?” He asked and Gabriel did the honours of explaining to him their suspicions.
David’s mind was racing a thousand miles per second.
He saw Laura confronting Sheila earlier but because his little woman chose to walk away, he did not bother paying more attention to Laura’s moves.
Looking around the crowd, he did not see any trace of Laura in the room.
He did not need to be wise to know that Laura took Sheila away.
” Block all exits, nobody gets out of this hotel until I find my woman!” David declared authoritatively.
Afraid to anger David even more, Peter relayed the order almost immediately.
” We also need to check the CCTV camera from the washroom. I am sure she is someone around here.” Gabriel said before calling his driver and bodyguard to help the search for Sheila.
David made a call to his secretary, barking instructions before hanging up and walking away.
” Where are you going?” Gabriel was fast to ask.
” Find my woman!” David declared.
” Okay, I’ll check the CCTV footage. Maybe we can get a clue from there.” Gabriel offered and David nodded.
He knew that checking the CCTV footage was a good thing but knowing Laura, she would avoid the cameras.
David walked to the receptionist before kicking the door in.
The woman who was sitting behind the computer jumped in fright.
” Scram!” David ordered.
He did not have the time nor the decency to be civil or polite with anyone.
” Sir, you just can’t barge in here and order me around.” The woman replied stubbornly.
As the receptionist, some information inside the computer was private. How could she let just anybody access them?
” Get lost!” David’s voice sounded impatient, his eyes were bloodshot.
” It’s okay Sam, let him do his thing!” Mr Peter who just arrived instructed.
He knew what was at stake here if anything happened to president Brown’s woman in his property.
He didn’t even want to think about the consequences.
He could not afford to be accused of being an accomplice to her kidnapping.
It did not take time for David to retrieve whatever information he needed.
It was simple, since Laura was responsible for kidnapping Sheila, that could only mean that she had someone supporting her from behind and that person was likely not to be Mr Anderson.
If it wasn’t her father helping her, only one person would do that. Justin!
So when checking the data of the recent bookings, he searched Justin’s name and true to his haunch, she surely used Justin’s name to book a room.
David marched to the stairs, not bothering to take the elevator.
Room 808, eighth floor, that’s where his woman was right now.
Taking two steps at a time, he soon arrived at the room before kicking the door open.
The scene that greeted him however had his blood boil in anger.
His little woman was groaning in pain, her dress half town.
On the ground lay two men, Unconscious and bleeding.
” It’s so hot!” Sheila cried, moving around the bed. One could tell how uncomfortable she was as she struggled to remain conscious.
David rushed to her, scooping her in his arms before hugging her tightly.
Two bodyguards who had raced to keep up with their boss’ strides burst into the room only to find their boss hugging the young miss in his arms.
From the look of things, she was not injured.
Looking at the men lying on the ground, they shivered from the gruesome scene before them.
They had several stab wounds on their bodies and one had a dagger thrust in his eye.
Looking at the young woman in their boss’s arms, they could not believe she could do something like that.
Her hands were bloodied compared to David’s clean ones so it went without doubt that she was the one who badly injured them.
Not that they felt pity for them, they just figured out that they should keep their distance from their soon mistress.
” Clean this mess!” David coldly ordered, taking Sheila with him.
The drug administered to her had already taken effect.
Feeling David’s body on hers, she started grinding herself against him.
“Behave yourself!” David reprimanded Sheila when she started kissing his neck and biting it softly.
” Help me, please.” Sheila pleaded.
” It’s so hot , so painful! Please help me.” Sheila sobbed
Looking at his little woman who was in pain, David could not bear to watch her
He was no fool to not know what was wrong with her based on her reactions.
He had intended to take her home but now, it seems that can’t be possible anymore.
Riding the elevator, he walked to the presidential suite located at the top most floor of the hotel.
The suit was under his name and didn’t need any keys to open. All he needed was to scan his face and he would be granted entrance.
Unlocking the door, he walked straight to the bathroom. He placed her under the shower before opening the tap and spraying cold water on her.
David hoped that the cold water would help her clear the effect but it seemed like nothing was working.
Carrying her back to the bedroom, he helped her strip her clothes before helping her to the bed. He made sure to look away, not accepting to be tempted.
Knowing her condition, he could not bear to take advantage of her. What if she wakes up the following morning and blames him, worse would be her regretting it.
He didn’t think he could bear that from her.
Just when he was about to walk away to call a doctor, the little woman pulled him to herself. He landed on top of her, his hands going directly to her round melons.
Sheila moaned at the sensation.
She pulled him down before capturing his lips.
David almost lost it but gradually pulled away. He could not let his lust control him.
He was the sane one here so he ought to act like one.
” Please, take it away.” Sheila pleaded amidst tears.
The pain was too much for her to bear.
” I’ll call the doctor, okay? You’ll be fine, I promise.” David coerced.
He was torn between helping her and being a gentleman.
Her actions from earlier and the kiss they shared has set his body on fire. He wanted her but thinking about his woman getting disappointed in him for taking advantage of her in such a vulnerable state, he could not bear to do it.
” No, please. Help me.” Sheila cried out in frustration. Her body was burning, setting every muscle of her body on fire. It was uncomfortable.
” Are you sure?” Even though he knew that she was not in her right mind, David still sought out her permission.
Too weak to say anything, Sheila nodded.
” Don’t regret it when tomorrow comes.” With that, he undressed before climbing in bed to join her.
That night, the two people came together and although the circumstances weren’t pleasing, a bond was forged between them.
The two only stopped at the wee hours with Sheila falling unconscious.
David cleaned her up before joining her in bed.
With a Sweet smile, he drifted off to slumber.
