Chapter 395 It Really Hurts!

Book:My Husband Hates Me Published:2024-5-1

Dorothy was so drowsy after her time with Credence. She was so tired that she couldn’t even open her eyelids. She could only hum.
Her soft “Hum” slipped into Credence’s ears and made him tremble. He embraced the woman in his arms even tighter. His eyes were deeper than the sea. He very slowly and clearly spoke each word of his next sentence. “Melanie won’t live past this week!”
Did he drive all the way to the hospital in the middle of the night just to tell her he was going to take action against Melanie?
Did he have a falling out with Melanie?
What was the reason for them falling out?
Upon hearing this, Dorothy’s heart beat faster and heavier. She gripped his p*nis harder…
Credence let out a painful and satisfying grunt. He was caught off guard. He spoke in a hoarse and sexy tone. “Harder, baby, harder!”
Dorothy was so tired that her forehead was sweltering, especially her arms. They were so sore that she hardly had strength left.
She looked up, gritted her teeth, and silently stared at him. She couldn’t take it anymore. She loosened her hands and felt the sting of pain. She was in so much pain that she hissed and gasped for breath. “Credence, that’s enough. I don’t want to move anymore. My hands hurt.”
Credence was about to reach the peak of happiness. Yet, her release caused his desires to be suspended in the air. It felt as if he was holding back a mouthful of blood in his throat. He couldn’t let it out, nor could he hold it in. It was suspended in the air and was extremely uncomfortable.
He lowered his eyes and stared at her petite face. His eyes were as dark as ink. He said, “Honey, come on, help me with this!”
“I’m not helping, go to the bathroom and do it yourself!”
Her hands really hurt!
With the faint light on her bedside, she could see some of the skin in her palms were badly scratched and had turned red, luckily there wasn’t any blood.
She knew that Credence had a very strong endurance. He would often torture her so badly that she wouldn’t have any strength to even toss and turn around. Sometimes, she would not even be able to get out of bed for an entire day.
But back then, she loved him more than she loved herself. She didn’t think that spending time with him was that difficult. On the contrary, she wanted to be with him. The longer they were together, the better. As long as he was satisfied, he had no reason to look for Rosalie.
She was so stupid back then!
She would never think that way ever again.
Even if she couldn’t let go of Credence, she mustn’t let Credence’s own thoughts and feelings supersede her own.
She had to consider whether her heart was willing to accept it or not.
If she was willing, then she would satisfy him once. If she wasn’t willing, then she wouldn’t even give him the chance to touch her hand.
It wasn’t just because of her pregnancy, it was because she couldn’t risk the child getting into any more accidents. She thought things through as well.
There was a lot more going on in her life than just loving Credence.
Belle’s condition couldn’t be delayed anymore. There was also her child that was about to be born, they needed to be taken care of.
Her children needed her more than Credence did.
In one person’s, there was a lot more than love. You would need a lot of spiritual sustenance to avoid falling into the decadent life of a failed romance. Where you could never leave the neverending whirlpool of sadness and sorrow.
Belle and her unborn child were her spiritual sustenance.
As a woman in her thirties, it was high time for her to grow up.
There was no need for her to waste so much time and energy on feelings or mulling over if Credence loved her or not.
If she had it, she was lucky. If she didn’t, then so be it!
Dorothy couldn’t help but lose control and yell at him. She felt so much better after that. She let out a sigh of relief. Without looking at Credence, she lay back down on the pillow and slowly moved her hands to her abdomen, she continued to stroke her belly over and over again.
Her baby was almost four months old, but it hadn’t moved yet. Dorothy was quite anxious.
After all, when she was pregnant with Belle, she started moving inside her belly when she was only three months old.
However, the lead doctor had told her that it varied from individual to individual.
Some expectant mothers would feel it earlier, some might take a little longer.
Dorothy endured the anxiety. She touched her swollen abdomen for a while. She still did not notice any movement around her. She sighed and was about to withdraw her hand…
“Ah!”
Suddenly, she cried out in surprise.
In that instant, Dorothy felt the palm on her right hand being fanned every so gently. It was itchy, but it didn’t hurt.
She felt the child inside her womb kick her palm a couple of times, and her belly bulged up and down.
How naughty!
Dorothy’s anxious heart finally calmed down. She forgot about Credence and his insatiable desire. Her eyes and expression softened, and she placed her hands on her abdomen, she was reluctant to move away.
Credence did not notice this at all.
Seeing how uncooperative Dorothy was, he reluctantly went to the bathroom to take a cold shower.
As he was putting his pants on, he heard her scream out. He thought that her hands must be in great pain, so he quickly put on his clothes, rushed inside, and switched on the crystal chandelier. He took out the medical box and went to her bedside. He took out some medicine, gauze, and disinfectant. He was prepared to bandage her wounds.
As soon as he stretched out his hand, Dorothy pushed him away in disgust. “Don’t move, I can feel the baby moving.”
The baby was moving?
Credence looked down and fixed his gaze on her plump, fair belly. He stared at it for a long time, but he did not notice anything strange.
Dorothy held her belly for a long time, but she didn’t feel any more movement. She was still satisfied, but somewhat sad that the child didn’t move around more. Suddenly, she turned her head and met his eyes. She couldn’t help but get angry at him. “It’s all your fault. You scared the baby. It’s not moving anymore.”
After that, she supported her bulging belly and flipped her body over angrily so as to face away from him.
Credence was still in a bad mood after being scolded earlier. He was still holding on to the medicine and gauze in his hand. He silently stared at her flushed face, and he raised his eyebrows into a charming arc.
Ever since she got pregnant, she had so much more pride, and she would lose her temper very often. She’d show the real women that she was to him more often. She wasn’t timid anymore.
Dorothy had a look of resentment on her that she had never shown before. Credence’s heart pounded violently.
He raised his eyebrows and held her hands. He lowered his head and gently massaged the medicine onto her hands. His eyes were full of pity. “Sorry, I must have really hurt you just now.”
With the medicine on her skin, it began to hurt even more. Dorothy opened her eyes wide in anger and stared at him. “I told you it hurts. But no, you just wouldn’t listen.”
After being glared at, Credence’s hands stopped, and he smiled. “You are right, It’s my fault.”

In the next ward, Juelz was still worried about Dorothy. He wondered if her stomach still hurt. After lying on the bed for some time, he still couldn’t fall asleep. He kept tossing and turning.
He let out a heavy sigh and jumped up from the bed. He walked past the coffee table, took a few biscuits, and hurried towards Dorothy’s ward.
As soon as he pushed the door open, Juelz’s footsteps turned as heavy as steel.
Belle was sleeping in the hall outside of the room, while the lights inside were brightly lit. The area was silent, only Dorothy and Credence’s voice could be heard.
Credence was hurting her, and she said no, she said it hurt. But he didn’t listen.
These flirtatious words were enough to prove the things that happened between her and Credence a while ago.
Juelz was anxious. He was worried that Dorothy was either uncomfortable or hungry. But when he heard those cruel words that were as sharp as swords, he felt as though his soul had fallen into a cold, deep abyss that was twisted and painful.
It was obvious that she and Credence had just finished commiting the act.
The bags of snacks in his hand seemed to have grown sharp thorns at that moment. It slowly stabbed into Juelz’s palm. The deepest part of his heart began to bleed.
He thought that it would take a very long time for Dorothy and Credence to reconcile. He didn’t expect Dorothy and Credence to get back together so quickly.
The rage he felt in his chest was immense. It was boiling, it lingered in his heart for such a long time, and he couldn’t get rid of it no matter how hard he tried.
He wanted to barge in and confront Credence. He wanted to ask him what right he had to hurt Dorothy over and over again just because she loved him?
What he wanted to do was to rush in and wake Dorothy up. He wanted to ask her why she forgave Credence so easily. Had she already forgotten about the pain she had suffered?
Juelz grit his teeth so harshly, he almost broke them. He clenched his fists so tightly, they turned white. However, he was silent. He turned around and walked out.
As soon as he returned to the opposite ward, his cell phone buzzed.
Juelz threw the biscuits back on to the coffee table and took out his mobile phone.
At the other end of the line, Jeremy’s lazy voice piped in, and it was filled with disdain. “I heard that you’ve been in the hospital hanging around Credence’s woman for half a month? Can’t you see the big picture? As long as Credence is alive, you’ll never get Dorothy! If you really want her, it’s not that difficult. Come to the underground boxing field tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock. I will introduce you to someone.”
