Amy turned her face, pressed the button for the ninth floor, and then retreated to the corner of the elevator. With her right hand on her temple, she rubbed it vigorously.
Lucas, this person, gave her the feeling of being all smiles on the surface but cold-hearted to the core. It was terrifying!
Mark was waiting outside the door. He glanced at the suit on her and calmly opened the door for her before turning away.
As Amy entered, she turned to look at the room number. She was in 910, and next door was 912! After a moment of thought, she hung her clothes on the door handle of 912 before entering her room.
Sunlight streamed through the window as Amy turned over. She had almost spent the entire night in a restless state, her mind filled with thoughts of Lucas.
There was a light knock on the door, and she lay there for a while before getting up to answer it. Peeking through the peephole, she saw Lucas standing at the door, looking down at the floor.
Expressionless, she opened the door. “Didn’t sleep well?” Lucas raised his eyes to meet hers, his voice low.
Indeed, he looked refreshed, completely satisfied after their encounter. Dressed in a gray long-sleeved T-shirt and white trousers, the seemingly ordinary colors exuded a strong aura on him.
Amy bit her lip, stepping aside to let him in. “Your good night’s sleep is all that matters.”
“Where would you like to go today?” Lucas glanced at the crumpled sheets on the bed.
Amy stood in place, softly saying, “I just want to sleep.”
Lucas’s lips gradually curled into a wicked smile, giving Amy a tingling sensation.
After a brief pause, he approached her, slowly reaching out to embrace her slender waist. Her waist was soft and delicate, and he didn’t hesitate to knead and massage it, making Amy’s heart flutter.
“We can continue in bed; that works too.” He finally smiled, his fingers playfully lifting her silk nightgown, revealing nothing underneath.
“I didn’t mean that.” Amy quickly tried to cover her chest.
Lucas continued to smile, and Amy decided not to explain further, letting her hand drop.
“Amy, you’re so obedient. It’s not as fun anymore.” He lowered his eyes, looking at her fair chest with the bite and finger marks he left the night before. When he was with her, he didn’t hold back…
Seeing her frown, Lucas laughed.
“Why are you laughing?” Amy blushed, fists pushing against his chest.
“Amy…” He embraced her, whispering in her ear, “Guess where I want to go today?”
“I don’t know.” Amy thought for a moment, shaking her head honestly.
“You see, you’re so honest. That’s why men can deceive you.” He raised an eyebrow.
Her heart pricked at his words, and she quickly thought of Neil holding another girl. Could it be that Lucas was dumped by that girl, and he was taking it out on her?
This couldn’t be right! Who would reject someone like Lucas and choose Neil, a piece of trash?
“Change quickly.”
Lucas casually picked up a piece of intimate clothing from the bags still on the sofa and threw it at her.
Her face turned a bit red. The intimate clothing was made of silk, adorned with vivid peach blossom patterns, exuding a charming ancient charm. Moreover, it was incredibly seductive.
“Shall I help you?” He stood up.
“No.” Amy immediately tried to take the clothes into the bathroom.
“Right here!” But Lucas stopped her.
Amy’s back stiffened, but she didn’t stop, quickly entering the bathroom and forcefully closing the door.
Outside was silent, with no signs of him kicking the door. She let out a sigh of relief, swiftly putting on the intimate clothing. But what about him outside? She was torn.
“Quickly change.” Lucas pulled out a piece of clothing from the bag, tossing it toward the bathroom.
Amy’s face turned a bit red, and she hurriedly put on the intimate clothing-a silk dress with enticing peach blossom patterns.
“I’m done.” She opened the bathroom door and hurriedly stepped out, catching him by the window, gazing up at the sky outside.
She darted out, randomly pulling out another piece of clothing from the bag, quickly putting it on. Suddenly, he raised his hand, making a gesture towards the window, as if taking a selfie. Amy shivered, hastily zipping up her dress.
“Amy, there won’t be a next time. You can’t refuse any of my requests.” He finally turned around, staring into her eyes with an icy tone.
The car drove out of the city, and Amy’s heart continued to pound rapidly. Since leaving the hotel until now, Lucas had reverted to his gentle demeanor. However, no matter how she looked at it, it made her fearful. Wasn’t this the expression the big bad wolf wore when he deceived Little Red Riding Hood into opening the door?
