Vivian came out with the scarf belonging to Katty, Katty Landers. He held it up in Ash’s face –
“What do you have to say about this, Mr. Perfect?”
“Listen to me, Vivian. It is not what you perceive it to be. You know how I am with the…”
“With the Landers’?” Vivian interrupted him before he could finish. She was pretty angry and was fuming intensely. “Of course, I know how you are with the Landers’! You would want me to believe otherwise but I know the truth now.”
She was not listening, Ash was going to explain but she was also not letting him do that.
“You have to keep calm, Vivian, and let me tell you what you misunderstand.”
Ash’s words meant little because she was not going to stop with the accusations. In fact, as he spoke, he annoyed her the more, which in turn, got her screaming louder at Ash.
“So Nelly was not enough for you? You cheated on me with Nelly and now you are doing it with her in-laws?” Vivian accused him.
“You don’t know what happened, Vivian. You should let me do the explanation, I swear I have a reasonable explanation for this.”
“There is no explanation you have that I’ll be accepting. You’ve been having sex with the women of the Landers’.”
Women of the Landers’? Vivian accused him of doing it with not just one. She was really upset, it felt like she could grab something and hit Ash with it so he maintained his distance.
“Oh! Wait a minute,” a thought popped into Vivian’s head. “Maybe you were not interested in Nelly when you began visiting the Landers and Nelly at her home. Maybe you would always go there to see whoever owns this!”
“Can you just listen to me and stop with all these accusations of yours?!” Ash screamed.
It was then Vivian decided to listen to what he had to say. She was willing and ready to let him speak now.
“I’m listening, you liar!” She vomited another accusation of calling him a liar.
“The Landers had me kidnapped! The day I couldn’t meet up with our date was not because I forgot or I was busy with work, it was because I was kidnapped by the Landers. I managed to escape and I got that while escaping from them!”
Ash refused to tell her that he went to meet up with Katty, the owner of the scarf. That would have brought another round of suspicion because Vivian would definitely wonder why a Landers would go against a fellow Landers just to help someone like Ash. It would logically mean that there was more to just helping him. Vivian would have insinuated that Ash was having an affair with Katty and that was why she helped him out.
Another reason he didn’t tell her that was because he wanted her to be safe and also wanted to conceal the main motive and intention of Katty. It was confidential and he couldn’t just start going around, telling everyone that Katty was helping him fight against Ivan. He could not tell anyone, including his girlfriend, Vivian.
“Why would the Landers’ be after you?” Vivian asked in a calm voice, much different from the one she used on Ash a while ago.
“They believe I know the whereabouts of Nelly.”
“Nelly Stratford? You mean Nelly, your friend, the Nelly I know?” Vivian asked.
“Yes, she.”
“Do you?” Vivian asked.
Ash denied knowing where Nelly was. The truth was that he didn’t. He was aware that she went to Germany but he didn’t know exactly which City she was in. For a while, he had not heard anything from her.
“I’m sorry for accusing you for what you didn’t do,” Vivian apologized to him.
Ash picked no offense. He hugged Vivian and kissed her passionately on her neck, cheeks, forehead and lips.
“You still have it in you? To be this romantic?”
Ash smiled. “I’m going to have it in me even for the next thirty years.”
The way Vivian looked at him, it was easy to tell that something was about to go down. She bit her lips seductively while winking at him.
“What are you waiting for, spank me, bae.”
Her wish was his command. He hit her butt according to the way she wanted it while he listened to her soft moans induced by the spanks she received on her backside.
“Let’s go inside and smoothen things,” Ash said to her. Then he lifted her from the ground without her knowing, it made her giggle loudly.
“I don’t want to smoothen things. All I want now is a rough ride.” Vivian’s words sank deep into his brain and his manhood was up in less than ten seconds.
In Munich, Germany, Nelly was fitting in perfectly. At her work place, she partnered with Amanda which made the job easier for her.
They would clean the entire studio after the workers were done. Then they would stay back and do some singing with the available megaphone. Actually, it was Amanda who did the singing. She had such a lovely voice, more enticing than that of the actual singers they performed in the studio.
“Did you at one point use to sing in your life?” Nelly was moved to ask because the voice was simply top notch.
“I did, many years ago.” Amanda’s face turned gloomy all of a sudden after responding to Nelly’s question.
“What’s wrong, Amanda?”
“That was when I used to be happy. I was so blissful and I had little to worry about. There was no fear or hate in my heart.” Amanda began to sob even before she finished speaking.
As usual, Nelly was there for her. She was there to reassure her that everything will be fine soon.
“With time you’ll heal. You’ll think you can’t, it’ll be tough. It’ll be a painful process, but in the end, you’ll heal.” Nelly said as she held Amanda close to herself.
“Creak!”
They heard a door in the studio open. It was past 8:00 Pm and they were not alone.
