Nate rushed Beatrice to the hospital with Rayver and Axel. The three of them are now waiting for the doctor who assisted them and who is now giving medicine to Beatrice inside the emergency room. Nate’s heart was beating so fast, and he couldn’t make himself calm as he knew that the life of the woman he loved was in between life and death situation.
“My brother called me and told me that they already captured Eille and brought her to their clan’s jail to file execution for her,” Rayver said as he put his phone back in his pocket. He looked at Nate, who seemed like he was not listening to him, so Rayver took a deep breath and handed Nate a bottle of water he bought from the hospital canteen.
Nate turns to look at the bottle and looks at Rayver’s face.
“Don’t worry, she will be alright,” Rayver said. Nate accepted the bottle of water and started drinking it. They’ve been waiting an hour since the doctor-assisted Beatrice from the emergency room.
“Nate.” Nate turns to the man who calls him. It’s Isaac together with Athena and Craig.” How is she?” Isaac asked as he learned about what happened to their encounter with Eille.
“I… I don’t know.” Nate answers and looks to the emergency room’s door. “We’ve been waiting for an hour now and… I wanted to see what is happening from the inside.” Nate said. Isaac turns to look at Rayver and Axel.
“The Sun Face group caught Eille already. They’re filling an execution for her now, and Amadeo asked me if you want to talk to Eille before they execute her?” Isaac asked, but Nate didn’t answer as he couldn’t think straight.
“If something happened to her, I couldn’t forgive myself for not saving her,” Nate said in his mind.
“She will be alright,” Athena said, so Nate turned to look at her. “I saw seconds ago that she will be alright.” She added. Athena’s unique power is to see the future 3 minutes before it happens. Within that, a doctor came out from the emergency room. He took off the mask and the gloves he was wearing before he signed something from the paper he was holding.
“Who’s Nate?” The doctor asked, so Naate turned to look at him and immediately stood from his seat.
“I am Nate.” He said as soon as he stepped closer to the doctor. The doctor took a deep breath and smiled bitterly at him.
“We’re sorry to inform you… but we did everything we could to save Beatrice.” The doctor said so, so Nate suddenly stuns to his place.
“What do you mean?” Nate asked while looking into the doctor’s eyes.
“We are sorry for your loss.” Nate grabbed the doctor’s collar, and Isaac became alert and pulled Nate away from the doctor.
“DO SOMETHING! YOU ARE A FUCKING DOCTOR!” Nate shouted in anger and couldn’t hold his tears anymore.
“Doc!” A nurse shouted from the inside, so the doctor turned his head and looked at the nurse.
“The patient is alive!” Nate heard what the nurse said, so he suddenly pushed Isaac away from him and ran inside the emergency room. Some nurses are stopping him, but he’s strong enough to take them away from him and walk closer to Beatrice’s bed.
“Let him go,” Isaac said to the nurse, trying to talk to Nate.
“How that happened? Her heart suddenly stopped beating earlier, and she was dead for almost 30 minutes.” the doctor said and looked to the nurse and its assistant.
“Check her blood pressure.” The doctor said and started to examine Beatrice again.
Nate smiles as he holds Beatrice’s hands and kisses them while tears flow down his eyes.
“Don’t scare me like that again,” Nate said, closing his eyes.
“Nate, we should let the doctor do their job of checking Beatrice alone,” Isaac said, so Nate nodded, stood up, and exited the room with Isaac.
“I told you, she will be alright,” Athena said as Nate came from the emergency room. Nate wiped his tears and looked at Isaac seriously.
“I want to talk to Eille before they execute her,” Nate said, so Isaac looked into his eyes, and by that, he knew that Nate would surely hurt Eille using his hurtful words.
Isaac nods to him and starts to call Amadeo.
On the other hand, Eille was smiling like a psycho to Gina, looking at her thoughtfully.
“STOP SMILING LIKE THAT!” Gina shouted and slapped Eille’s face, but Eille just laughed at what she did and gave her a playful smile.
“I will fucking chase you to hell once I’ve found out that you’re hurting my son!” Gina said.
“Then, let’s die together,” Eille said. She’s in front of Gina, and her hands and feet are all tied up with metal. Her body is also tied to a chair, so Eille is sitting right now.
“I couldn’t believe that you did this to my son and to me, I trusted you, Eille,” Gina said. Eille’s smile slowly fades and changes to sorrowful-looking eyes.
“I didn’t want to do that, but Beatrice made me do it. The devil inside me made me do that. Nate made me do that. You let me do that.” After she said those words, she laughed so loud that everyone outside the room could hear her.
“You’re crazy,” Gina said while looking at him disgusted.
“I do, and Beatrice and Nate made me crazy,” Eille said. Her eyes started to form tears, which caused Gina to be confused as to what Eille was really feeling right now.
“You don’t understand my pain. No one understands my pain!” Eille shouted. Gina just looked at her.
“You will pay what you did to my son in hell,” Gina said and stood from her seat.
“Yeah, and I will wait for you in hell,” Eille said, so Gina turned her back to her and was about to exit the room when Eille said something.
“Thank you for being a nice friend to me,” Eille said. Gina didn’t turn to look at her once again. She closed her eyes and kept her calm so she would not cry as she remembered good memories from the past with her.
Minutes after Gina exits the room, Nate arrives, which causes Eille to smile as she sees Nate’s dark aura.
