Rayver examines his twin as he sips his tea, while Axle is so confused as he looks at the twin. They look like each other from the nose, eyes, lips, and face. Everything is the same! Rayver is a xerox copy of Danver. But according to Rayver, he’s older than Danver. Older than 1 minute.
Rayver, on the other hand, couldn’t express his. He didn’t know where to start and how to start a conversation with his twin. This is the second time he saw Danver again after a year of seeing him in one event.
“How are you?” Danver asked Rayver. He is looking at him seriously with a different aura. Rayver knows this is not what Danvers’s atmosphere was when they were both kids. Danver always smiles at him and makes him smile whenever they’re with each other. Seeing Danver like this makes Rayver miss the old Danver from the past.
“I’m good, how about you?” Rayver answered and put down his tea. He looks back to Danver again and smiles. “It’s been a long time.” He added. Axel felt a strange aura from the twins and a little awkwardness from them, so he cleared his throat and looked at Danver.
“May I ask where the bathroom is here?” Axle asked, so Danver smiled.
“Sofia, assist him,” Danver ordered one of the maids, which she had already followed. Axle signals to Rayver that he will just go, and Rayver nods afterward. Rayver knows that Axel wants them to have a private talk.
Rayver looks back to Danver, who is looking at him.
“I haven’t heard from you since we saw each other years ago,” Danver said. Rayver smiles and laughs.
“What do you want to hear then? That I am already dead?” Rayver asked seriously, but his playful smile didn’t fade from his lips.
“No. But if that’s what you want to think, then go.” Danver said and sipped his tea. “I heard that you become a beta of Nate Vowell. Are you here because he ordered you something?” Danver asked, so Rayver leaned to his chair and looked at him.
“Yes.” He answered, so Danver smiled bitterly.
“I thought you came here to talk to me about private matters from the past,” Danver said, so Rayver laughed and shook his head.
“Why do we need to talk about the past? It’s not that important to me anymore.” Rayver said, so Danver examined his twin’s emotions.
“Then, what do you want to know?” Danver asked, so Rayver took a deep breath and looked at Danver seriously.
“I came here to know 3 things. First is… who’s the person that your organization is looking for?” Rayver asked so Danver’s aura became serious as he look to Rayver.
“Why do you want me to tell that to you? Are you a spy now?” Danver asked, so Rayver laughed as if he heard a joke from his twin.
“Why would I even spy on your organization, though? There’s nothing important to your group.” Rayver said, and he got his tea cup and sipped tea. “I just wanted to know that as our organization wanted to help your group to find what they’re looking for,” Rayver said, looking to his twin after drinking his tea.
“We don’t want to start a war and harm others here, so we’re asking for information to help find what your group is looking for,” Rayver said. Danver thought of what his twin had said. He is hesitant to give details as he wants to avoid getting his twin involved with his organization’s problem.
“Why can’t your organization just wait for the result of our action?” Danver asked.
“Why does your organization declare war with our organizations then?” Rayver asked Daner to examine him for a moment before taking a deep breath. He can’t hide anything from his twin; that’s how Rayver knows Danver, and this time, he knows that Danver will tell him the reason.
“It’s because someone reported that a group of men from your organization took that person we’re looking for.” Danver said so Rayver asked.
“Then, who are they looking for? Danver, we couldn’t understand why your organizations are blaming us. Our Alpha’s are just minding their own businesses.” Rayver said, so Danver leaned to his chair and crossed his legs.
“They’re looking for a child, the soon-to-be Alpha of Montremanor Clan.” Danver said so Rayver frown.
“A child?” Rayver starts to think of something.
“Eille told us that while she’s with that child, a group of men took it from her years ago and even tried to kill her. She also said to us that it was from your organization, man, so our leader started to investigate and saw some evidence that the child they’re looking for is really under the hands of your organization.” Danver said, so he started suspecting something as he heard Eille’s name.
Rayver looks to Danver; this time, he’s sure his thinking is correct.
“Caliber… Is that the name of the child your organization is looking for?” Rayver asked, so Danver frowned after he heard the name.
“How do you know the name?” Danver asked as he watched his twin stand from its chair.
“Eille is playing with your organization and fooling my Alpha all these years,” Rayver said and started to dial Axle’s number to inform him that what they were looking for had already been solved.
“What do you mean?” Danver asked as he stood up from his chair. Rayver didn’t answer him as he spoke with Axle on his phone.
“Where are you? We’re going to leave now. I already know where the person they’re looking for is.” Rayver said to Axle, hung up the call, and then looked to Danver.
“Inform your organization about Eille playing with them. Caliber introduces her as Nate’s child and even causes trouble in my Alpha’s relationship with his Luna. This must stop as soon as possible.” Rayver said and turned his back to his brother.
“Wait, are you gonna leave now?” Danver asked, so Rayver turned to look at him again and smiled.
“I’m sorry for being mad at you for all these decades. I missed you so much. Dan-Dan.” Rayver said before he left the room where Danver left alone.
