Logan Brown nodded repeatedly and Elena Bush double-checked before she was reassured.
As expected, Zach Stone arrived a short time later and Elena Bush was hiding in her room.
Zach Stone knocked on the door and was greeted by an iceberg when he opened it, instantly forgetting his original intentions ……
Logan Brown’s cold eyes narrowed slightly, “Zach Stone, are you …… breaking my house’s code again?”

Zach Stone’s forehead broke into a cold sweat, almost forgetting about it, and he shook his head, “No way! No way, I came in yes, yes! Harvey was the one who opened the door for me!”
“Really?”
The man didn’t believe him and looked behind him, empty.
Zach Stone was instantly chagrined and snapped under his gaze, “Well of course, Harvey just opened the door and then went to his room, I didn’t say anything when I asked so I thought I’d come over and see if anything had happened to you?”
He glanced around the room as he said that, but couldn’t see Elena Bush anywhere.
Logan Brown shot a stern eye past, unmistakably sharp, “What are you looking inside the house for?”
“Looking for my sister-in-law!” Zach Stone gave a jolt, “Sophia misses her sister-in-law, so she asked me to see if I could pick her and Harvey up.”
“Sophia said that?”
“Then of course, I can’t lie to you about this!”
Logan Brown was unbelieving and had a skeptical look on his face.
Zach Stone looked sheepish for a moment and ducked around.
Logan Brown’s gaze was awe-inspiring, “Zach Stone, what the hell are you doing here!
Zach Stone couldn’t hide anymore, so he took one look inside the room and yanked him out.
“What can’t you just say?”
Logan Brown knew what he was doing, but he was playing dumb.
Zach Stone bristled, “After all, it’s your baby boy!”
“What did Harvey do to piss you off?”
“Oops, not me, it was my sister-in-law!”
“What?”
Zach Stone gave Logan Brown a quizzical sweep, originally thinking he was putting on a show, but now looking at him he couldn’t be more sincere, leaving him with no method at all.
“Let’s put it this way, your son just called me and has told me all the ins and outs.”
Logan Brown looked cold, “That’s our family business too, what are you doing getting involved?”
“That’s my godson, can I just sit back and do nothing?”
Besides, maybe he’ll be his son-in-law!
“Suit yourself, it’s just a small matter, it’s worth the trip.” Logan Brown waved his hand as if he was leaving.
Zach Stone sat down on the sofa, “It’s not a small matter, you know how important family is to children, and now that my sister-in-law is angry, we should try to make her feel better, right?”
“My wife gets your turn to coax?” The man flashed a stern look.
Zach Stone then reacted that he had said the wrong thing, and was busy slapping his mouth and shaking his head, “No, that’s not what I meant ……”
Zach Stone explained and cried, wondering how he could have agreed to this job, which he was afraid Logan Brown couldn’t even handle, not to mention Elena Bush.
“Logan Brown!” Zach Stone gritted his teeth and stomped his foot, “I don’t care about you and your wife, but I can’t ignore the fact that it’s about my godson.”

Logan Brown leaned in nonchalantly and waited for his idea.
Zach Stone was scratching his head for a moment, he had come here with the intention of meeting Elena Bush before making a decision, but now that he hadn’t seen the man and didn’t know how the man would react, he didn’t know what to do.
There was a moment of silence before he got up and said, “Well, I’ll go and see Harvey first.”
“Hmm.”
The man nodded, not meaning to object.
Zach Stone, relieved at the words, fled and disappeared from his presence.
When Zach Stone went to find the little one, Harvey immediately jumped out of bed and jumped into his arms, “Godfather, you’re finally here!”
“Can I not come?”
“Of course not!”
“That’s right!” Zach Stone snapped his fingers and looked at his godson, whom he hadn’t seen for a few days, with a heartfelt kiss and a hug.
Harvey pushed him away with a burst of disgust and a stony face, “Godfather, I called you here to help me, not to take advantage of me!”
Zach Stone immediately let go in a surrendering gesture, “Fine, fine.”
“So what do we do now?” Harvey had a worried look on his face, the thought of Elena Bush’s angry face instantly putting him in a bad mood.
Zach Stone sighed helplessly and crouched down in front of him.
His hand fell on his shoulder and he said, “Harvey, you did do something wrong this time anyway, you running away from home would be intolerable for any mother, let alone one who loves you so much.”

Logan Brown answered the door unhurriedly.
The door to the master bedroom had just been pushed open a crack when the next moment the little one burst in and stood straight up in front of Elena Bush.
Under her watchful eye, Harvey bowed squarely and said, “Mommy, I’m sorry, I was wrong ……”
