“Clover,” Vlad said when they met on the porch. It looked like he was excited, but she was annoyed. As much as possible, she didn’t want to see him and didn’t understand why Jessie had to give his title back to him. She certainly saw how strong he was, but that’s all there was to him. Nothing was particularly remarkable about him, and it would be prudent if he kept his hands off the pack.
“Your Highness, Vlad, you should address me properly,” she told him.
“You know I am your mate,” he replied.
“Was. Don’t forget you rejected me.”
“And I regret that, but I still want you. Me and my wolf want you. We are not happy with Monique because I didn’t love her. I never let her mark me because of that. Isn’t it the same thing for you as well?”

Cindy walked straight to their bedroom and started thinking about herself. After her conversation with Alder about her childhood, she couldn’t help but wonder why she didn’t or couldn’t remember anything. She started to believe that her mate was correct when he told her that someone must have erased or blocked them. This was to either save her or just because I didn’t want her to know anything.
In their bedroom, there was an office table in the corner. She asked Alder to put one in since she wanted to monitor her business, which she entrusted to Adam, the director, who didn’t like Mike and Lin as well. And then she remembered that she had an aunt that she and her dad used to visit. She stood up and was about to go to Alder, but the door swung open even before she walked.
“You and Vlad talked again,” her mate said, looking at her with jealousy.
“How come you’re still super jealous of him when you knew he rejected me and already had his mate?”
“Because he is your first mate,” he replied.
“So?”
“There is a possibility that you still feel the bond with him since you have not marked me yet. You are both unmarked, Clover,” he replied in a concerned manner. Cindy sighed and felt guilty. She wanted to mark him at that very moment but stopped herself. The first thing she wanted to learn was about her childhood and confirm if she was indeed a witch or had witch blood so she wouldn’t regret it later on.
“You are my mate now and no one else. Stop worrying because I am not going to leave your side, and you have to put up with me for the rest of your life,” she assured him. He walked closer to her, and when she was within his reach, he pulled and kissed her. It was very sweet for Cindy since she had already accepted him as hers and knew he felt the same. She likes how their bond strengthens over time.
Alder tore her shirt before unclasping her bra. With his eyes on Cindy, he grabbed her exposed tits and gently massaged them. “Open your eyes, my love. I want to see lust and desire in your eyes. “Then we have to see her. Where is she?”
“Here, in Alaska.” Alder smiled, thinking they didn’t need to travel far to see his aunt.
“When do you plan to see her?”
“I still can’t remember exactly where I was here in Alaska. I had to think about that first,” she replied, and then she remembered she was naked. “I am completely naked, and my shirt is ripped again. When will you learn to be patient?”
In response to her question, he said, “I will not do that once I see how wanton you are. I just left their training because I saw Vlad leave, too,” he added, and she rolled her eyes at him.

She walked back to her workspace and saw a reminder pop up when she turned on her laptop. Lincoln will come over to help her install the security system in the Blue Moon Pack. This was delayed because the people who would be working there extended their school to finish everything they needed to finish after graduation.
After checking her finances, she felt glad everything was running smoothly. Even if Adam managed her business, she was the one who made the call on critical matters. Then, she made a plan to establish a college in every region. This is so that packs like the Blue Moon Pack will have somewhere to go for their students. She knew how significant education is, and she wanted to plant it in every young pack member’s mind. She compiled a list of everything she needed to accomplish her goal. As she waited for Alder to finish the training, she couldn’t wait to tell him what his goals were.
