The sudden news made him weak on his feet and he could barely stand.
“What’s going on! ? Where’s Elena? Where’s the baby? Didn’t you take it?” Edward Ford stepped forward uncontrollably and Logan Brown took a step back.
He gave him a cold sweep, “If you have this time to chase me around here, you might as well spend it checking out that auntie Julie in your family and finding out where she could have gone!”
He had only just learned of auntie Julie’s existence, so how could he know everything in a short time?
Edward Ford looked at him blankly for a long time without responding.
Without looking at him again, Logan Brown tapped Roger Scott on the shoulder and said, “Uncle Roger, let’s go.”
“Wait, you haven’t told me what you know ……”
Edward Ford snarled, but Logan Brown moved just as fast, and in the blink of an eye had gone straight into the lift with Roger Scott, leaving him standing there alone, without any semblance of a response.
“Take my car and go back.” Logan Brown leaned against the lift a little unsteadily the moment he got in, then pulled out his own keys.
Roger Scott gave him a look and couldn’t help but count his blessings, “You said you were really reckless too, to come here alone, and it’s a good thing Edward Ford didn’t have many people with him, otherwise, it wouldn’t have been so easy!”
“Well, I know ……”
The more you worry about someone, the more likely you are to make a mistake ……
It seemed that he had really messed up.
With a ‘ding’ the lift doors opened in response and Roger Scott held him up as he headed out, “What are you going to do now?”
“Find Jacqueline and get Elena and the baby back too!” The man’s eyes were downcast, a flash of cold light that was impossible to look at.
As he spoke, the two men had reached his car when Logan Brown subconsciously paused, “The car has been tampered with!”
“What?”
“Click!”
Zach Stone glanced at him from inside the car as the door was pushed open, “Not bad for you to keep your sanity at this time.”
Logan Brown furrowed his brow, “When did you follow ……”
Before the words were out of his mouth, his eyes had skimmed over to a tightly wrapped baby in his arms and his pupils shook!
“Shhh!” Zach Stone gave him a look, “Get in the car first!”
Logan Brown got into the car without a word and immediately closed the door, Roger Scott sat in the passenger seat and Jeff in the driver’s seat, seeing the man get into the car he wordlessly took the keys handed to him by Roger Scott and started the car.
Zach Stone spoke without urgency this time, “I contacted Jeff as soon as I found out you were at the hospital and asked him to arrange for his friend to pick up the baby, but it was too late when I went to Elena Bush’s hospital room after the baby was settled.”
They couldn’t even have guessed that Jacqueline had moved so quickly, or even that she would have noticed or that this was the time they had ordered to take Elena Bush, but in any case, he had done his best.
“Thanks ……”
And thankfully his head was still clear, which is why he saved the child from disaster, he was still too impulsive after all, which is why he couldn’t calm down in the slightest ……
Logan Brown felt a little guilty and carefully took the baby, looking at the baby who was still sleeping soundly, and surprisingly could not help but slightly redden his eyes.
With a chilly face falling slightly closer to the baby’s delicate cheeks, he said, word for word, “Harvey, don’t worry, I’ll get your mummy back.”

Zach Stone was now uncomfortable and smiled sarcastically, “Actually, there’s no need to thank me, I just did whatever came to mind, and besides, we both know you were just too worried about sister-in-law’s well-being.”
After all, in the eyes of the man in front of him, Elena Bush was everything to him, what he lived for!
The car slid silently through the night and straight back inside the hotel, Jeff, a doctor, could do no more than look after the baby at this point.
Logan Brown was quickly refreshed, sitting in front of his computer, his hands tapping away at the computer, a series of codes popping up, everything looking like it was just running normally in his eyes.
Within a few moments, the hospital’s surveillance had been pulled into the computer.
Zach Stone tsked in wonder and came forward to stare at it together.
“Here!”
He had just shouted when Logan Brown hit the pause button as well, his stern eyes falling on the computer screen, “Jacqueline took Elena away posing as a cleaning lady, and as for the car ……”
Zach Stone scanned the license plate and immediately said, “I’m checking now!”
With that, he opened his own computer.
Roger Scott glanced at the two men and without a word, wordlessly exited the room, leaving them to investigate in silence while he searched his own contacts to try and find some movement.
A sleepless night
Jeff fed the baby his formula to sleep and then walked out of the bedroom.
In the living room of the suite, Logan Brown was still looking at his computer, while Zach Stone had fallen asleep on his back, obviously exhausted.
He turned to the pantry and made a cup of coffee before placing it in front of the serious man, “All right?”
At that, Logan Brown looked up with a start and shook his head, “Yeah.”
The bitter coffee went down his throat, as did his state of mind at the moment, and he couldn’t help but freeze as he watched.
He remembered the first day Elena Bush had married him, the day he had been drinking coffee and still working, when Elena had carefully brought a fine breakfast and then replaced his coffee with milk, telling him not to spoil his body like that ……
At this point, any little thing that he thought of was particularly precious and made him miss the person in his heart more and more …… and wish he could be by her side right now ……
“Logan Brown!” Jeff saw him lost in thought and reached out to pat him on the shoulder, “If you can’t hold it together, go rest for a while before your body collapses, it’s not worth it.”
“I’m fine, I’ll be fine.”
Rather than holding up, he was afraid to sleep at all.
Jeff pulled him up and pushed him straight into the bedroom where the baby was and said in a deep voice, “You can hold out, your body can’t. Besides, take a good look at your baby, you have him, you’re not on your own! So , you have to value yourself!”
Logan Brown’s eyes flickered and his eyes fell on the tiny lump on the bed, his heart throbbing with an involuntary pain that almost took his breath away.
Seeing this, Jeff couldn’t press him too hard, but just lowered his voice and said, “If not for yourself, think of it as spending time with your child ……”
