“What exactly happened with Shannon?” she couldn’t help but ask. Despite Ranita not saying much, it was hard to believe that there was no connection between her and Brendon, considering how much they resembled each other.
Olivia had some guesses. Four years ago, Brendon was the ex-husband who had caused Ranita so much heartache.

Seeing her mood, Olivia changed the topic and brought up Gauss Technology. “The project is going smoothly, thanks to Mr. Terry! I didn’t expect him to be from Kurima Foreign Studies University. If I had gone to college earlier, maybe I would have met Mr. Terry sooner…”
