He stared down at her, with burning sensation in him, a strong of wave of excitement, rushed through him. He couldn’t help being happy, holding her in his arms, everything is just like a dream, coming through for him. What more can he ask for, seeing his true own, standing in front of him.
He felt his demon quivered in ecstasy, as he craved to take her, but he tried as much as to control him, he didn’t want to rush things, he wants to take his time, to savor every inch of it, he want to make his first night with his mate, a memorable one, he wants to feel her scent, he wants to get intoxicated by her scent, he don’t just want himself alone to enjoy their first night, but he want to make the feelings mutual, he is determined to make the night, a memorable one, for the both of them.
Staring deep into her eyes, a smile formed on his lips unknowingly, he know he’s being crazy, but he couldn’t help it, he didn’t want to doubt it anymore, that he’s really in love with the person, standing in front of him, he can’t hold or deny the feelings, which keeps consuming him. For the past weeks, which she’s been mad at him, he had felt like a crap, he felt those days, to be the worst days of his life, but then, he just couldn’t force things, he know he just needed to give her time to recover.
“I love you Octavia.” He said, after staring into her pale blue eyes, for what seemed like forever, trying to take in the beauty. He couldn’t help wondering, what good he had done, to deserve her, she’s every man’s dream, she’s endowed with beauty, a golden heart, and a strong warrior, what good had he done, to deserve her, is what he know he can never know, coz there’s absolutely nothing he had done.
Meanwhile, Octavia stared at him blankly, processing what he just said. She couldn’t believe that the same man, who tortured her with each day that passed, is standing in front of her, prophesying love to her, she couldn’t still believe that the man, who was hell bent on killing her, could turn out to be her mate, how could fate be twisted more than this? Staring into his beautiful golden eyes, all she see, is love, desire, mixed with pure lust, and slowly, she found herself, giving in to him, as much as she want to resist him, as much as she want to push him away, she couldn’t bring herself to doing it, she has already found herself, developing feelings for him at the spot, his innocent face, and everything, makes her forget all the pains, as she was determined to savor every moment with him.
“I… I… I love you Khalid.” The words, which sounded heavy in her mouth, finally forced its way out, as she felt her heartbeat increased. It looked like it’s really difficult to say. She pursed her lips, and turned her face away shyly, blushing really hard, as it dawned on her, that she just confessed her feelings to him.
“Octavia… I know words alone can’t say how sorry I am, for everything that happened…, I know I’ve really hurt you, and no amount of apology, that can make up for all that happened, but I’m giving you my words now, I’ll protect you with my life, I’ll make sure you don’t call out to me without seeing me, no harm will ever come to you, as long as I’m alive, and I will love you with my life, for the rest of my days on earth.” He said sincerely, as he stared deep into her eyes, like he’s trying to see through her soul.
Meanwhile, Octavia kept staring at him, as a smile slowly crept its way to her face unknowingly. She could never imagined that in her entire life, she would ever get to witness a day like this, she never thought a day like this, would ever come in her life, and now that its right before her, staring at her, she could only embrace it, and make the best out of it.
“Take me please.” She hushed shamelessly, as she stared at him in the eyes, with burning sensation, almost taking over her. She had read in books, how werewolves do mates, and she just couldn’t help anticipating for what it’ll be like, mating with the handsome man, standing in front of her.
That’s all he needed, as he pulled away, and scooped her in his arms, before walking over to his king sized bed, not breaking eye contact with her. Once he got to the bed, slowly, he lowered her on the bed, as he made her lay on her back, before getting on top of her. He still couldn’t believe that he’s going to be mating with his mate, he never imagined a day like this would come in his life, considering how he never bothered about finding his mate, but everything changed, after he found her, she changed everything in him, she made him realize that he really has a soft side, she made him realize that he’s not entirely a beast, as he’s always thought of himself, he could only be grateful to her, for bringing out the best in him, in these few months of being in his life.
Meanwhile, she laid on the bed, staring hard at the ceiling, as she kept assuring herself that everything is fine, she kept telling herself that she’s ready for this, and soon, she found herself calmed and all relaxed.
He leaned in on her, and claimed her lips, and slowly, his hand trailed down from her face, to her twin peaks, as he curled it in his soft warm hand, fondling with it, as a moan escaped her lips.
His breath quickened, as he felt his demon, trying to take over him, but he tried as much as to keep him in check. Pulling away from the kiss, he stared deep into her eyes, trying to seek for permission.
“Are you ready for this?” He asked, even if he know he can’t hold it in anymore, but he still felt the need to ask her, as he didn’t want to do this against her wish…
