Alpha Khalid POV
It’s been a while since I last visits the woods in the afternoon, and I kinda miss the fresh air I get from there. I’ve been busy, mobilizing my armies, and getting them ready for the war, that’s gonna happen between my pack and midnight pack in a few days to this. Poor Ivan, he still doesn’t know what’s coming ahead of him, I’m sure he’ll be so shocked when he finds out that I know about everything from onset, I can’t wait to see the look he’s gonna have on his face.
Teleporting to the woods, I closed my eyes, and inhaled the fresh air, it’s really been a while, and trust me, the afternoon view of the woods, is very cool. I decided to take a stroll for some minutes, before going back to the palace. I’ve been really stressed out lately, and the thought of that mysterious girl, keeps adding to it. I’ve been to the woods on several occasions, to search for her, but unfortunately, I never got to see her. I know it’s crazy doing that, but what would you have me do, when my demon kept yearning out for her. I’m really frustrated.
Walking farther into the woods, making sure my mind is at alarm, not that anyone dares to cross my path though, but you know I still gat to keep my guards high. After walking for a few minutes, I felt a presence, bringing me to an abrupt halt, as I paid more attention to the scent, which filled my nostrils.
Trailing the scent to where it was coming from, I was welcomed with the back view of a lady, standing elegantly.
“Who are you?” I asked, as I stared keenly at his back, waiting patiently for her to turn around, so I can see her face.
She stopped abruptly, and slowly, clenched her fist, as I felt the atmosphere tensed, I could tell she was nervous or something. With her wobbling legs, she turned slowly to face me, as I was welcomed with the most beautiful creature I’ve ever set my eyes on, her long hair, cascading down her shoulders, her long eyelashes, were the most perfect ones I’ve ever set my eyes on, her pale blue eyes, were the most perfect sight to behold, her cute alluring lips, were what any man would kill to have a taste of, her pointed nose, which my fingers itched to touch, I know this is crazy, but there isn’t anything bad, admitting that someone is good looking, yeah?
For some reason unknown to me, I felt a strong wave of excitement, rushed through my demon, as he danced in jubilation, pleased at the sight before him. He kept struggling to take over me, and take her at the spot, but I had to control it. I don’t know why he’s acting like that, I mean, he had taken so many beautiful ladies, why is this particular one different?
Staring deep into her beautiful eyes, all I saw, is nervousness.
“Don’t make me repeat myself.” I said coldly, as I managed to get my demon on the track again. He can’t lose control because of her.
She stared back at me, with a mixed expression on her face, a confused and scared expression, she kept looking at me like she knew me from somewhere, when I have never in my entire life, set eyes on her….

Staring at the man, standing before me, I couldn’t help, but get nervous. I know I’ve seen this face partially before, I know I’ve seen the figure somewhere before, but I can’t just seem to wrap my head around it. I tried recalling the figure, and that was when everything became clear to me, yes, I’ve seen him before, I’ve seen ths figure, he’s the same man back in the garden, he’s the same man, I’ve been so curious to see what his face would look like, he’s the same dangerous man, whom his name dances on everyone’s lips everyday, he’s Alpha Khalid, the most heartless man that ever walked on the phase of earth. Oh I’m doomed!
As I stared at his golden yellow eyes, which were as dangerous as danger itself, I couldn’t help, but picture my fate in my mind. I know this is gonna be the end of me, I know I’m doomed, I know he won’t spare me, not now, and not forever, I know he’s going to kill me. I should’ve listened to mother and father, now not only have I put myself in trouble, but them as well. What do I do now?
“Don’t make me repeat myself!” His cold voice jolted me back to reality, and as I looked into his beautiful, but yet dangerous eyes, all I see, is death. I couldn’t help, but admire his cuteness, I know it’s crazy, I know I shouldn’t even think if admiring him, especially in this situation, but I bet you would do same, if you were in my shoes. How could someone as handsome as this, be this heartless?
I opened my mouth to talk, but words failed me, as I felt my tongue, tied to my mouth, my heart pounding heavily against my ribcage, his dangerous and intimidating aura, kept consuming me, as I felt my legs, wobbling on the ground.
My mind wandered off to my poor parents, as my eyes suddenly became watery, it hurts to know that I’m going to be leaving them like this, it hurts to know that I’m never gonna see them again, it breaks my heart, that I’m not gonna see and hug them for the last time, before I’m finally united with my dark fate. Tears slid down my cheeks, as I bit my lips, not knowing what to do, you wouldn’t advise me to run, would you? Running away, is what I wouldn’t even think about, knowing he would catch me, without moving from the spot.
After what seemed like forever, a strong and violent wind, blew on me, sending me to the ground, and the next thing, I found myself in a strange place. Ok this is the end of me…
