Xavier’s POV
“But you are here now. That is what matters.” She said as she looked into my eyes to reassure me. I just sighed. I did not know what to say.
She suddenly hugged me and rubbed my back and said it was not my fault. It was comforting and soothing. I start to calm down.
I hugged her back tightly. Like she was my oxygen. I placed my face at the crook of her face and took her scent in. She was rubbing my hair smoothly making my wolf purr.
I was not able to control myself. I placed a small kiss below her earlobe. She shuddered when I kissed her neck. I smiled at the effect I have on her.
I started to kiss down her neck and everywhere else in her neck where I could find place. Slowly I kissed at the crook of her neck, where I would mark her one day.
When I kissed her there, “Xavier,” she called out to me. I froze. I looked at her face. This was the first time she had said my name.
The way my name rolled out of her tongue, it just beautified my name. I wanted to keep hearing my name coming out of her lips.
“This is the first time you said my name!” I said to her with a smile. She starts to think about it. When she realised that, she started to blush.
Seeing her blush made me go crazy. I cupped her red cheeks and started to lean in. She did not stop me nor did she backed away, which encouraged me.
Soon my lips found hers. It was heaven. I wanted to continue kissing her forever and ever. Her lips tasted like vanilla and felt like rose petals.
Electricity was running down my veins. My heart was beating as fast as a bullet train. I kissed to show her that I will always be there.
Soon I was kissing her at a fast pace. I wanted to show her how much I love her. I hold her tight to keep her close with me. I wanted to show she is my everything.
She clutched my shirt with her tiny fingers. That is when I realised she was not kissing me back. I got scared and was also sad. Did she not like that or me? I started to pull away from her.
“Did you not want me to kiss you?” I asked as sadness engulfed me. “No! I-I,” she stuttered. “What is it?” I asked as I was worried that she doesn’t like me
“I-I don’t kn-know how t-to ki-kiss. Y-You a-are my fi-first ki-kiss.” she said as she blushed and looked down.
I was shocked. I am her first kiss? This is awesome. I was literally doing a happy dance in my head. I am her first kiss. WOOHOO.
I took her face and made her look up to me. “Don’t worry, I will teach you everything. I am your first and will be the last.” I said as my eyes got darker. Just imagining it made me hard.
“Why does your eyes get darker? It even got fully black just now.” She asked me. Guess I gotta answer her.
“It gets black when I am angry. It also gets darker or black when I or my wolf feels lust. When that happens, it will be a bit shiny.” I said to her.
she blushed and nodded her head at me. Then she starts to yawn. “Are you tired?” I asked her while raising my eyebrows. She nodded her head at me indicating that she was tired.
I got her off of me and went to the closet to get her something to change. As much as I love seeing her in my clothes, I need to get her something more comfortable.
I returned and gave her my shirt and a boxer. Everything in my closet is too big for her. She is so small. She took them from me and went into the closet.
I was waiting for her outside the closet. When she came out, she started searching for me. I smiled at that. I went behind her and hugged her.
As she turned around, I pecked her lips, which made her blush and turn around. I just chuckled at her and guided her to bed.
I tucked the comforter out and helped Bella get into bed. After making sure she was comfortable, I went to the other side of the bed.
I started to take my shirt out to get ready for bed when I saw Bella covering her eyes. I chuckled at her behaviour.
“You can see all you want. I am all yours to look.” I told her amused. She just shook her head. I let a sigh as I started to laugh. I did not want to take off my pants as I did not want to make her uncomfortable.
I climbed the bed and was in front of her. I took her hands and uncovered her hands. As her eyes opened, she looked at me. I was staring at her.
“In the near future, you will be seeing more than just me shirtless.” I said to her. She just tilted her head as confusion was evident in her face.
“How innocent are you?” I asked her in a soft voice as I gazed at her. She just shook her shoulder and grinned at me innocently.
I started to lay down while pulling her close to me. “Are you sleeping here?” she asked me. ” Of course I am.” I said while smiling. “Ok” is all she said.
Yes! She agreed. I was scared that she might push me out of bed. But she didn’t. Even if she did, I would have still been sleeping next to her. No way am I sleeping somewhere when I have my gorgeous mate here.
“Good night baby girl” I said as I smiled at her.
“Good night Xav.” she said as she slept.
Xav. I like it. She just gave me a nickname. While looking at her, a smile crept up my face. She was so beautiful, innocent, kind, loving and pure.
She looked peaceful when she was sleeping. I started to think about myself. How am I destined to be with a girl as exquisite as her.
I am a ruthless and bad person. I get angry easily. I have darkness surrounding me. Yet it feels like she is the one who brought brightness to me.
How a person like me is fated to be with her. Only the moon goddess knows the answer. But no matter what, I will never ever let her go. Call me selfish, but that is who I am.
“I promise that you will forever and ever will be mine.” I said as I hugged her tight and went off to sleep.
