The weather was beautiful and Sia couldn’t stop smiling because for the first time she was enjoying the presence of her family since forever. When she was young, she always hated it when her parents didn’t spare any time for her and her sister, but now even Seth had stayed in Canada for longer than she expected which was surprising because the main company was in Mexico and many employees, shareholders were there and Seth hated other people running his company no matter how skilled they were.
“So are you happy now?” Tara asked her busy sister gathering the dirty dishes and taking them to the kitchen. Sia’s behavior was very surprising even to Cristal because her daughter never did any work and barely went to the kitchen, but now she had matured. Cristal was worried about what Sia would do as a married woman but again he daughter had proved that she was indeed a Navarro and Navarro’s never gave and always dealt with any problems in their way.
“Yes, delighted… now everything feels like… heaven”she remarked in a happy smile and set all the dishes in the sink. Tara stood aside with a faint smile and felt like crying, her little sis who was considered immature had surpassed even her. Emiliano only had bad intentions when he married Sia, and she knew about it but even so Sia still stayed with him no matter what whereas she herself had failed to keep her marriage, and hence she was so proud of Sia.
“Now that’s my sis”Tara walked to Sia and hugged her from behind and Sia nodded however their little moment was ruined when they heard Logan come in and when they two turned around they saw him bleeding.
“Logan! how did this happen?” Sia dropped everything and rushed to it and grabbed his injured hand.
“N… no it’s nothing… just hand me a tissue to clean this off”he denied as he tried to keep his hand away from Sia but sia was not listening.
“Come with me”saying that she dragged him out of the kitchen and made their way upstairs, Tara clenched her fist because she knew Logan was faking it. Emiliano, who was with Seth discussing business matters, watched as his wife dragged another man, but his facials remained as blank as ever.
“I think taking out Crawford isn’t a bad idea, I heard he has swindled many people”Seth said but Emiliano still had kept his eyes to the stairs wondering what his wife was up to and most importantly why on earth did she choose to go against him.

Sia cleaned Logan’s hand and bandaged it, and Logan couldn’t keep his eyes off her. He was feeling happier because finally, he got the attention he wanted and now Sia was taking care of her. Throughout dinner, he saw how Sia was busy taking care of Emiliano and hated the way the two were caring for each made his blood boil.
“You are beautiful sia”Logan whispered to Sia who was still sitting beside him applying healing cream and Sia just nodded without a care.
“It’s done”she said and put away the first aid box and got up to leave, but Logan with speed grabbed her hand and stopped her from leaving pulling her to him.
“What are you doing?”sia asked and tried to get out of his grip, but Logan felt irritated and tightened his grip.
“What does he have that I don’t Sia… you used to like me, but you changed so much”he murmured and tried to caress her face but Sia moved away from him keeping a distance from him.
“Logan I’m married to him now… I know what I did was wrong, but it’s best you move on for my sake”she said honestly and walked out of the room and Logan slammed his injured arm against the wall with so much anger that it started bleeding again as blood dripped. Sia was feeling guilty as she walked around the huge mansion but stopped when she saw Tara’s bedroom open heard Emiliano’s voice, Sia wanted to go, but curiosity got the best of her.
“So you are forgiven… but that doesn’t mean I should see your face”Emiliano remarked coldly and Tara couldn’t stop shedding tears as she nodded.
“Thank you I’m so… sorry Emil… I’m ashamed of what I did”she went on and said and Emiliano narrowed his eyes but not with anger, he used to feel anger when he heard or saw Tara but now all that has disappeared all the anger vanished and Sia made that possible and filled the gap he had felt for years since Tara broke him apart.
“You should thank your sister… at least if you wanted to play me in the past… you should have used Sia at least I would have tolerated her to the very end… but oh well”he said with a serious face and Tara found all that funny as she laughed while sobbing and Emiliano gave out a faint smile.
“T… thank you, Emil… please she’s a good girl make her happy”Tara remarked with some joy to herself and Emiliano extended his hand and wiped her tears with his thumb and nodded. To Tara and Emiliano it was just a simple brother-in-law and sister-in-law display of affection but sia who was about to go in stopped in her tracks and awkwardly averted her eyes from there and stormed away.
“Calm down Sia it’s nothing”she told herself but the image ofif Emiliano so close to Tara made her feel weird, but she did everything to push the thoughts away Tara was her sister why was she jealous of her own sister as it is maybe Tara was finally getting along with Emiliano since they didn’t like each other in the past.
Sia was sitting in her old room when the door opened, it was dark she didn’t know who it was and didn’t care but when the person got close it was Emiliano.
“I always wonder why someone who fears the dark would love darkness so much… but it only happens when that person is upset”Emiliano said but Sia ignored him and walked out to the balcony and Emiliano chuckled followed her there, he had to say the Navarro family weren’t so bad after all.
“What’s bothering you?”he asked as he wrapped both arms around her but Sia wasn’t happy as she tried to get him off.
“Let me go!”she managed to push him away hoping he would let her be, but the man held her hand and turned her to him.
“Tell me shouldn’t I be the one to be upset?” Emiliano murmured as he snaked his arm around his waist and slowly pulled her close, the place only had the few lights illuminating the surroundings and sia could barely make out the contours of his face but his face was so close to her making it difficult to keep her breathing stable.
“Get away from me, you jerk, we are not at home”she whispered with irritation but Emiliano moved his hand to her face and brushed his face against her cold skin but Sia was not having it nor would she react to him.
“Your smile, your skin, your lips, your eyes and every part of your belongs only to me”he murmured in a husky voice and traced the contours of her face in a way that has Sia losing her mind, the man was so terrible with his moves, and she was entertaining him.
“Touching someone you are not allowed to, is a big crime… do you know that wifey… your care and concern should only be for me… your eyes are only meant to see me… your hands should only touch me”He whispered as he looked up in her eyes and Sia sucked in her breath, her heartbeat quickened and she was losing it.
“Really”she managed to choke out the word and Emiliano tightened his grip around her waist.
“My wife is only mine, Sia is mine… and she should know when to limit her concerns for other men”he added and by now sia knew logan was involved ‘damn it’ she cursed in her heart because once again she let her niceness get the best of her.
“Let me go now… I can’t breath okay”she cried out because he was affecting her even the simplest touch made her feel vulnerable.
“Oh”he said with a smirk and let her go and she grasped for air, Emiliano watched her for a while and turned around and left the balcony with a huge smile on his face and he mumbled to himself on the way out.
“Mission accomplished.”
