“Okay mom I’ll do that”Sia said to carmen over tue phone for the fifth time since she left from home and now she just arrived at cross stones heading to her office, she had a big day and needed to get as early as possible since she was expected to chairs a meeting where a lot of investors knocked at her doorstep wanting to join hands with her in expanding her company and after a few tips from emiliano she had a better view on how she was going to handle the entire thing.
“No problem he can stay there for as long as you want”sia walked to the elevator only to bump into her new Secretary who rushed to press the button and sia nodded at her and entered the lift and her secretary did as well.
“I’ll… take care of him to”this time she remarked with a faint smile because like Always carmen reminded her about taking care of emiliano and with that Sia cut the call and let out a silent sign as she waited for the elevator to reach the floor where her office was. Thinking about what carmen said sia was reminded of the previous night with emiliano and a cold child slept over her body as she stepped out immediately the lift landed.
“Madam everything is ready for today like I sent you an email”her secretary went on and reported as they walked to the office and just as sia pushed the door open she was greeted by Logan elegantly sitting on the sofa reading a magazine with crossed legs and as soon as he heard the door open he looked up and smiled.
“At last”he said with a warm smile and got up from the sofa and adjusted his red suit he was wearing and walked to Sia who was surprised to see Logan at her office so early.
“Logan? what brings you here?”she asked as she walked to her seat and set her purse and files on the table and logan smirked as he sat just opposite Sia.
“Well we had a deal, I asked you to remodel my apartment but I don’t see you doing that”he said nonchalantly and leaned back like a boss and Sia pouted and both burst out in laughter.

While Sia started her day like that Emiliano was confused as he paced like a mad man, he was not in the mood to work and Angelo sitting there was not helping.
“Really dude? you asked your own wife to be your girlfriend? now that’s new”Angelo remarked again with a surprised expression and Emiliano stopped pacing and glared at him with so much anger in his eyes that Angelo immediately shut his mouth and focused on his phone awkwardly.
“I called you here to help me impress her not to question me”he said in frustration because he thought he could trust his weird friend but here he was throwing tantrums at him.
“Yeah I know but seriously you asked her to be your wife hehehehe I’m impressed”angelo said with a chuckle and by this time emiliano gave up getting angry at him as he walked to pour himself some strong liquor however when he recalled about last night he slammed the bottle back on the table and ran his hand in his hair. He was so confused especially when he made a move about something which was hard to for him to do and the woman just left him hanging to make things worse Sia had woken up early and had gone to the office and when he woke up he didn’t see her at all.
“You are a jerk, now leave my office”he aaid in a deep tone that Angelo laughing and he got up and walked to him.
“Well you are Emiliano, the main man I’m sure wooing her wont be so hard considering how women go crazy over you even when you are not trying to impress them”this time angelo was serious because Emiliano was a lady’s man, the women threw themselves at him no matter where he went even when he was having a bad hair day or in a bad state they would follow him and wanted him so Sia wasn’t so different.
“That’s the problem, you don’t know anything… that woman isn’t like any other… she’s a complete different package”Emiliano said with a smirk because like Perez had told him the little ghost kitten was a tough nut to crack and he knew getting in her good books meant going all out in taking her heart and Emiliano knew he was up for a challenge to conquer his own wife’s heart hence asking her to be his girlfriend was the first step.
“I see in that case you are on your own”angelo gave up and emiliano threw a file at him and he dodged it with more laughter just as the door opened and unexpected person walked in looking all elegant, Emiliano narrowed his eyes while Angelo rolled his eyes in irritation.
“Well brother in law that man is incompetent so I’m here to help”Rhea said with a childish smile s she immediately reached Emiliano’s desk and slammed a black small book on his desk that had him wondering.
“I wonder what the little witch wants?”angelo said sarcastically and Rhea looked at him and threw sharp daggers at him that drilled holes if they could.
“You can’t help him so I’m here, dummy”her harsh words were directed at Angelo who arched an irritated brow at her as he crossed his legs.
“Says the fool who like interfering in other people’s affairs”Angelo was beyond irritated as he shot harsh words at he however Rhea wasn’t giving up any time soon as she walked to him and nearly strangled him if not for Emiliano interfering.
“Can you two fight later and not in my office, tell me what brought you here.”
“Bro I came to help you in winning Sia’s heart”saying that she ended him the black book she came with and Emiliano took it with hesitation wondering what was in it.
“And?”he asked suspiciously as he scanned the book not sure how it would help him in being with his wife, how strange.
“That’s a diary, Sia’s diary it contains everything you need to do to impress her”she remarked with a happy face that confused Emiliano even more and Angelo rose to his feet and walked around the office with a mocking smirk directed at Rhea.
“So you want me to read other people’s thoughts?”again Emiliano asked and Rhea frowned at him.
“Yeah, the only way you will win her heart is by cheating so here is your cheating ticket”Rhea grinned from ear to ear as she shoved the book to him and Emiliano leaned back to the chair as he looked at her wondering why his wife had such a mischievous clever and crazy friend.
“Interesting”he said with a serious expression and Angelo was angered.
“You are believing her lies… wow this little thing is good for nothing.”
“Says the stupid man who refused to defend my case when I wanted him as my lawyer”Rhea said in a strong angry tone that had Emiliano confused again.
“Really?”he asked and angelo shook his head while making gestures that Rhea had gone crazy.
“No… this little thing asked me to be her lawyer but bro do you know who she was sueing and taking to court…”Angelo went on and said but Emiliano didn’t know so he kept quiet while Rhea was fuming with rage.
“She wanted to sue a bunch of her neighbor’s cats emil… cats! I’m a serious lawyer not some ridiculous play thing and when i refused she sabotaged my first case by stealing evidence i worked hard to attain”he had never met such an annoying girl like Rhea in fact she was too annoying even when she was just in highschool.
“They used to trouble me a lot so I thought of taking them to court and you deserved what I did to you back then”she said without a care and shrugged and by now emiliano wanted to laugh so badly but composed himself, he really found their fight and pair cute so cute.
“Cats woman cats! you are crazy now let’s go help me chose what to wear to some lawyer party and you my dear will go with me”saying that Angelo grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out of the office as she protested and kicked since she was wearing blue jeans with black crop top with black sneakers.
“You jerk refused to go to prom with me, now let go”that was what emiliano only heard as they left still fighting and arguing and he lowered his gaze and picked up the black book contemplating on whether to open it or not but after some time he thought deep and opened it, he knew reading someone’s thoughts was bad but he was just going to take a small peek and nothing else.
Emiliano read the first sentence on the second paragraph where she started writing and the words broke his heart and immediately slammed the book and oicjed up his phone(“hey how are you doing? Umm… I’ll pick you up from work wait for me”) he sent the text message to sia, he knew what to do hence he would prepare something she would like. Emiliano sent another text to Trey who was not in the building and asked him to arrange something for him and sia and he set his phone down waiting for Sia’s reply and he got back to reading her diary, he found it interesting.
As Emiliano waited for Sia to text back, Sia was not in her office since she was showing her new clients the place and Logan who was in her office looking at her phone and frowned in anger seeing the message from Emiliano. He was lucky Sia had just stepped out or who knew what she would have done.
“Sorry Emiliano… I’m taking her out to have her favorite food… you can wait”he said with so much disdain and switched off her phone as a deadly expression appeared on his face.
