It was Jason’s Coronation celebration party and many people from the all whole region of the kingdom trooped into the hall where the celebration was being held.
Jason made the party accessible to both the rich and poor so they could join in celebrating his victory. He was the first ever to make a royal celebration accessible to the poor.
It was a thing of Joy for Isabella to witness this day, she wished Robert were alive to see his son become the next king after him. She couldn’t feel prouder, her son grew up so well and that made her happy.
Susan and Jacinta surprisingly came to the party, it was so surprising because not even people expected them to come after what Ariella did to them, but it seems they were stubborn headed.
Where was their Shame?
As Jacinta stepped in, she was the center of attention, she was so dressed beautiful, and it caught the attention of the people. Jacinta dressed like the celebrant’s woman so she could spite Ariella.
But unfortunately for her, Ariella and Jason hadn’t arrived yet, so they didn’t witness her stepping in, but even after she sat down, the people kept looking and complimenting her dress.
Matias wasn’t left out, he came dressed in a sophisticated manner, he thanked God that he didn’t create a scene on the day of the coronation, if not, he would have been so ashamed to come.
Although Matias was upset deep down, he acted so calm and composed, he wasn’t ready to show all his cards. Jason was playing a game with him and this time around, he was going to win, so he needed to play this game discreetly.
Matias was attracted to Ariella and was plotting on how to separate her from Jason, so she could become his, but the problem was that, she wasn’t from this kingdom, he would have sent spies to find out what she loved or desired, so he could deceive her with that.
But her being in Jason’s castle made it completely impossible for Matias to access her. Jason always protected his things firmly, so his castle was a no-go area for Matias.
The only way Matias could get Ariella to become his was to poison her mind against Jason. He prayed for an opportunity to come, And he was going to do just that if the chance came.
Suddenly, the whole hall became quiet like a ghost had passed, but no, it was Jason and his woman entering the hall.
As Jason and his mate Ariella made their grand entrance into the hall where Jason’s coronation party was being held, all eyes were drawn to the striking couple. Jason, exuding power and confidence, was clad in a tailored black tuxedo with intricate gold embroidery tracing along the lapels and cuffs. His hair was styled in a sleek, back-swept manner, adding an air of sophistication to his commanding presence.
Ariella, Jason’s enchanting mate, was a vision of elegance in a flowing gown of deep sapphire blue silk. The dress is adorned with delicate silver bead work that catches the light with every graceful movement. Her hair is swept up in an intricate braided up do, accentuated by sparkling jewels that glint under the soft glow of the chandeliers.
As the couple swept into the hall, their regal attire and impeccable grooming reflected their status and nobility. Jason’s tuxedo symbolizes his authority and strength, while Ariella’s gown embodies her beauty and grace. Together, they make a formidable pair, exuding an aura of power and sophistication befitting their esteemed positions.
“Long live the King!” The people cheered, and beautiful petals began to fly all over the places. Daisy entered the hall immediately after Jason and Ariella got seated. Seeing her, the people began to gasp.
“Oh my goodness, she’s a real life fairy.”
“She’s so pretty, even more pretty than the fairies I have ever seen in pictures.”
“Look at her wings, they are so big, bright, and colorful.”
“Her hair looks so beautiful and silky.”
Daisy, who had never been complimented like that all her life, became nervous because of that compliment people kept throwing at her.
Her legs became weak, and her wings felt heavy to fly due to the embarrassment she felt, she kept walking slowly like someone who was still learning how to walk.
She wished for the earth to open up and swallow her, this was just too embarrassing.
“Oh My, she walks so beautiful too,” A lady complimented, looking at Daisy so dreamily. It was at that point, Daisy felt like she could die in the next few minutes if she didn’t leave there.
Suddenly, a soft hand entwined with hers, she turned beside her to see the royal doctor smiling brightly at her, thank goodness he came, he was God’s sent.
Finally, they got to the seat that was specially reserved for those who were close to the Alpha.
“Thank you for helping me out, how can I repay your kindness?” Although Daisy couldn’t place a finger on why the doctor kept coming close to her, she hated to be indebted to anyone, she always repaid kindness.
“Just love me, that’s enough,” The doctor spoke and Daisy stared daggers at him but instead of being getting scared, he chuckled. To him, she was just so cute, no matter the expression she had on her face.
Halfway into the party, Ariella felt very pressed and excused herself, but not without letting Jason know. Jason signaled one of the soldiers he assigned to watch over her, and he discreetly followed her.
Meanwhile, Matias watched Ariella heading to the restroom, he also saw the signal Jason gave to that soldier, although Jason made it not noticeable, he noticed because before they became enemies, they used to be friends, so he knew just how Jason sends signals.
He needed to distract the soldier to enter into the restroom.
The soldier who was oblivious of Matias plot stood watching vigilantly when a man suddenly bumped into a woman, pushed her down and just passed by without even turning or apologizing.
The soldier left his post for a moment to help the woman out, then the man who had pushed down the woman gained access to the female restroom.
“Just as expected,” Matias exclaimed. Jason trained his soldiers to be fighters and also gentlemen.
Ariella was already done using the restroom and had just finished using the mirror to reapply her makeup when she sensed a presence outside the restroom. She thought it was another female like herself.
The door opened, and she saw Matias standing right behind her in the mirror. Ariella became alerted and turned to face him
“Hello beautiful,” Matias greeted, smiling so brightly. Now that he was standing right in front of her, she looked even more beautiful than the first time he saw her. No woman’s beauty in the whole kingdom could outshine her beauty.
“You look even more captivating than the moon,” Matias complimented.
“What do you want? Just cut to the chase. Go straight to the point,” Ariella ordered, she had already spent much time in the restroom and Matias stood at the entrance of the door, thus preventing her from going out.
“She’s quite the feisty one,” Matias thought inwardly, and that made him like her even more.
“Jason isn’t what you think he is,” He uttered, and Ariella burst into laughter.
“I can’t believe you followed me all the way just to spill out this rubbish. Next time, please come up with something convincing. Now get out of my way!” Ariella ordered, and Matias gave way to her.
Ariella was about to turn the doorknob when Matias spoke,
“What makes you think you wouldn’t end up like the others?” Matias knew how much Jason loved to keep his things private, so he was sure, Jason never told Ariella about Roselyn and this was the perfect opportunity to change the narrative.
“What do you mean by that?” Ariella turned and asked. What was he talking about?
“You are not the first woman in Jason’s life, and he dumped all of them after he was done using them. He dumped Roselyn, she was his first mate, and I’m also sure you saw how he left Jacinta on the altar on their wedding day.”
“That’s not true, Jason will never do that,” Ariella defended.
“Jason has a thing for beautiful women, once he finds someone more beautiful than you, he’ll dump you, but I can treat you even better than him. Think about it.”
“There’s nothing to think about, you one-eyed moron,” Jason barged in and cursed at Matias. Matias clenched his fist in anger, but he controlled himself.
He had just sown a seed of doubt in Ariella, and he’ll watch it grow and bloom.
