Eric and Suzan’s eyes popped up as I placed the lycan’s chopped off head on the table.
“You killed him?” Suzan was the one to speak first amongst them. Her voice expressed shock as much as her eyes did.
“Was his life any beneficial to us?” I questioned and they smirked.
“What next now?” questioned Adam.
“Gizelle. It’s time for her death” the answer came instantly on my lips.
We spent two hours in planning a perfect plan against her considering every little detail very carefully.
“But above all, we have to get Zane’s body here” I said.
“Leave that on me and Suzan” said Adam.
“By the time you two return with Zane, me and Blaire will keep all the materials ready, that’s required for the plan” said Eric.
One hour passed,
Two hours passed,
Three hours passed, we arranged all the things that was necessary to kill Gizelle one and a half hour ago, and still Suzan and Adam didn’t return. I hope everything’s fine over there.
“Eric, it’s been three hours and they still haven’t returned yet. Can’t we go and check whether everything’s fine?” I asked.
“You’re right, we must go and check. They should’ve been here by now. Don’t know what’s taking them so long”
We went to the same place in the forest where Gizelle had kept Zane’s body, where Suzan and Adam should be but they are nowhere to be seen.
“They were supposed to be here” said Eric. Eric opened the lid of the coffin and instead of Zane, there layed a piece of paper. Eric picked it up and his face turned pale.
“What happen? What’s written in it?” I asked realising that the contents weren’t pleasant. I took the letter from Eric’s hand when he didn’t reply.
‘Bonjour Eric, and sorry for the loss of your girlfriend and other two friends. Sorry but I had to send them to the prisoner’s world.
Lots of love,
Gizelle.’
What!! My head spinned after reading that. She sent Adam and Suzan to the prisoner’s world, the place where souls of vampires are sent and kept trapped and tortured.
“How did she knew that they were going to come here?” Eric shook his head.
“How does she know about you? Did you know her from before?” he again shook his head.
“She knows everyone of us. If she knew that Zane was going to be a pureblood then she has done her homework very well, of collecting all the information of Zane, who is related to him and stuffs like that” he said.
“We need to bring them back” I said.
“And that’s possible only when Gizelle is dead. When she dies all her magic will be over and Suzan and Adam will be freed from the prisoner’s world” I had never seen anger raging like fire in his eyes before. He is a pureblood vampire and nothing can be bad and dangerous than a pureblood’s anger and I can see that through his eyes.
“Plan won’t be changed. We will do everything that we were going to do before” Eric directed “Just the difference will be that now it’s going to be only two of us to execute the plan and so we have to be extra careful” he added and I nodded in agreement.
“And remember to mix salt and pepper and put them in your shoes, it will protect us from her witchcraft” Eric warned.
The next day we waited for the sun to set and the sky to appear dark. This would be the perfect time to attack Gizelle, we thought because The Night is Our Day. And when it was finally dark, we decided to execute our plan. I placed her favourite pizza that she always was found eating near her window to distract her. It is said that when a witch sees her favourite thing, she forgets everything else. Distracting her would keep her mind away and she won’t know when Eric entered her house. I threw a stone at her window to break the glass so that she comes near the window and sees her favourite pizza.
And then as per our plan, while she was busy taking a bite of that pizza, Eric switched off all the lights of her house by doing damage in the meter box. This had to be done because being in the dark or unable to reach the target prevents the witch from casting a spell and using her magic. I then secretly entered the house.
“Welcome to my house, Mr. Pureblood” Witches have high sensing power and that’s why she could feel our presence even in a darken room.
“How fool I was to wait for Zane to turn into pureblood when I already had a pureblood in waiting” she continued. We ignored her talks and used our Vampire speed to spill the kerosene around her in a way that she stood in the centre of the circle. For sure she could smell the kerosene but by the time she could understand what is actually happening, we were rapid enough to throw the lighted matchstick on the kerosene.
“FIRE” she panicked, realising that she was now standing in the middle of the fire ring.
“Let me out” she screamed.
“Sure but after your death” I spat anger.
“Blaire?” she said in her terrified voice, recognizing my voice. “You were dead, weren’t you?”
“Oh I get it, Zane turned you into a vampire” she said followed by another scream.
“Enjoy your death witch” Eric said when the fire caught her body and her skin was burning and bleeding.
“It’s not that easy to kill a witch” her laugh echoed the entire house before she fell on the floor and closed her eyes. The best time to attack your enemy is when they’re least expecting it, this won’t give them time to prepare themselves for the fight or defend themselves and victory shall be in your favour. CHAPTER of a greedy, filthy and crummy witch is now over and so is our revenge.
