I went into security room along with the manager.
There was a man in that room sitting in a chair. In front of him was lots of screen and different camera’s footage was being played there. All the cameras of different floors, was recording everything there.
“Hello sir, ” the guy bowed to the manager soon after he noticed him.
“Show me the recording of first floor, dining area from 1 hour ago ” manager didn’t responded to his greetings instead he asked him to show the footage directly.
“Okay sir, wait a minute. ” He sat on his chair and typed something on the keyboard.
After a few while there were a footage of dining hall from four different angles. I have been here for a while but i never noticed that there were four CCTV cameras in the dining area.
“This one… Make it full screen. She is being clearly seen here. ” he said pointing at one of the footage.
The guard entered something in his keyboard and soon the footage became bigger..
The footage was been rewinded and played from the part where she entered the resturant with that guy.
“Here, it is sir. ” the guy stood up and moved a side. Then he make his chair forward. “please have a seat ”
The manager didn’t answer him nor he sat on the chair. Our manager looked very different today. I have never seen his this side. He was always warm and caring but today he was cold and aloof. He seems so careful when it cames to his work.
I looked back at the screen.
A girl and a guy entered the resturant. The girl was holding the guy’s arm, they surely were a couple. After entering they sat on my table. After a while i entered the scene . I gave them the menu and went away. They both were chatting happily till then.
I entered the scene again with water in my hands. I put the water on the table. Then i stood at a side. The girl kept flipping the menu.
After taking the order i went towards the kitchen. Then at the table the girl and that guy seemed to argue about something. The girl was angry while the boy was trying to calm her down. But she kept making fuss, she was pointing fingers at him. It looked like she was shouting at him….
The boy tolerated her a few moments . But then he also seem to be angry, he got up from his seat and then left the table. He didn’t stopped anywhere he stromed out of the resturant in anger.
The girl on the other hand was not anger anymore instead she was panicked. It was clear on her face that she was afraid. She got up from her table too but then I came out of kitchen with some glasses of water. It was when I was going to take orders from the girls.
The girl sat back on her seat, she was looking at me time to time. She was so panicked. After a few moments she slowly took her hands on her hair and pulled it. She was busy on herself and didn’t noticed that I have noticed that. She then put that strand of hair on the top of her food.
After some time she shouted again and I went to her table. Whatever happened after that was pretty clear to everyone.
I looked at manager. I was so relieved that the mistake wasn’t from our side. She had intenationally put that hair on her food.
I went out along with the manager to the dining hall.. The guards were still holding her by her hands but she had stopped struggling now.
When she saw us coming out of the security room she lift up face and said ” Look, I know it was your fault. But we are all human beings. And humans make mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, today you made mistake but it’s OK. I forgive you. I will forget everything that happened here, I won’t post anything about it nor say anything to anyone… You just let me go. Let forgive and forget about this thing OK? ”
Wow… What an irony. She still has guts to say all these? I thought to myself.
“I’m talking to you damn it.” She shouted. “Get off me ”
Our manager went to her politely and asked ” Was it our fault mam ?”
“Yes ” she nodded her head. ” but I forgive you all. Let’s forget about this and move on. OK let me go now. ”
But the guards didn’t listened to him. Manager didn’t said anything and stood their still staring at her.
The girl stopped struggling and looked at the manager. Her face became pale after looking at him. She was not so good in shape. She closed her eyes and blurted ” I said I have forgave you. I won’t pursue this matter forward now please let me go. ”
The manager turned his head to another direction and then he moved towards that direction ” I’ve checked the footage, if you still say so then I can’t do anything. Wait for your parents to came here. ” he said coldly.
“Wait.. Please.. ” the girl pleased but the manager didn’t stopped. He kept on going without looking back. He was going back towards the security room.
“Wait ” The girl struggled in between the guards but the guards stood there unharmed like nothing is happening.
The manager stopped but didn’t looked back.
“I accept it…. ” the girl kneeled on the ground. ” I accept it was not your fault. I was the one to put that hair on my own food. ” she said with eyes being full of tears ” my boyfriend take me here for lunch but we had a big fight . And he left me here alone. I didn’t have so much money to pay for all the foods. So I thought of this way. I thought if i will do this, I don’t have to pay for it. I didn’t thought that she would saw me pulling my hair. ” the girl looked at me with the eyes filled with hatred.
