“She is not our family anymore ” Sarah’s cold words get Riley back from memories. The reality was cruel. Yes she wasn’t member of Wilson family nor she was her sister anymore.
“What? ” Rose and Emily gasped.
“When? I mean you didn’t told us? ” Emily added.
“Let’s not talk about this ” Sarah said.
Emily looked at Riley with great satisfaction. She was so happy from inside.
“No wonder she is a waiter here. ” Emily mocked Riley.
“This job suits her ” Rose added.
I felt anger inside me whenever I saw them. They were one of the reason that Sarah hates me. I don’t want to their mockery anymore. It’s better if I went back to kitchen.
“Hey you, waiter came here” Rose’s annoying voice came from behind…
I turned around. They were both smiling at me. Sarah wasn’t even looking at me.
“Why are you going back? Isn’t it your job to serve us ? ” Rose said smirking.
“It’s not mine duty at table no seven today. The one on duty at that table will serve you soon” I said to them. It really was not my duty at that table. If it was others I would have never spoke back but I don’t want to serve Rose and Emily.
“What if we insist ? You won’t say no to your customer right? ” James walked to the table and sat next to Sarah. He was very handsome with dimples in his left cheek. He was rich and young master of White family that every girl dreamed off.
He then pulled her towards him and kissed her forehead . James White was son of Thomas White that basterd pervert old man. James was the only son of White family. It was common for him to come and eat here.
“It’s not my duty at that table sir ” Riley said again.
Rose and Emily looked at Sarah. Sarah didn’t have choice. She pulled James T-shirt and said in a seductive voice “Baby I want her to serve us”
” ” I looked at them and don’t know what to say.
“Lady if you don’t want to serve us, just call your manager, I’ll talk to him” James said on a loud voice.
I looked around. Many people were looking at me. I had already made a scene at that day I don’t want to create any scene again.
“She is just a waiter. Why is she so arrogant? Don’t she knows who you are? ” Sarah said in a loving voice to James.
That made me laugh. I laughed at myself. Yes I was just a waiter. Even though Sarah will always be my little sister in my heart, even though I will love her always, I am nobody to her.
I didn’t want to argue anymore. I silently went to their table.
“What do you want to oder? ” I asked them.
“Don’t your restaurant serve water first? Don’t you know how to give menu or how to talk to customers? ” Emily busted to me.
“The menu was right in front of you guys. As for serving water you were the ones who stopped me to go back to the kitchen. Where should I got water ” I said as I pick up the menu. Emily really never expected me to talk back. I used to be quiet back to Wilson house. She still was in shock.
“Here your menu is. Please pick your meals. I’ll go get you some water. ” I lift the menu and five it in Emily’s hand. Then I turned back to go back to the kitchen.
While I was about to reach kitchen I met Cami. She was holding waters in a tray. It was her duty on table no seven today.
“Are you going to table no seven? ” I asked her.
“Yeah, I saw there are some people there. I am going there ” she replied.
“Give me your tray. You go and serve at four. ”
I said to her.
“Why are we switching by the way? ” she asked.
“They specially want me to serve them. ” I said.
“Really? ” she asked again.
I nodded at her question.
“What did they order? “she inquired.
“Not yet, they asked me to bring water first ” I told her.
” Here take this then. ” She gave me her tray. And we exchanged our trays. I don’t want to talk to anyone. I silently went back to the table and put the water on table one by one.
” What are you ordering? ” I asked them after putting down the water.
“Baby, go ahead. Order something you like “James pushed the menu towards Sarah.
Sarah’s face lit up with happiness while Emily and Rose’s face were pale. They knew that James White was Thomas White’s son. They thought James was fooling around with Sarah. They never thought he would treat her so nicely. They felt so envious of her.
Sarah take the menu and ordered few dishes. Then she passed menu to Emily and Rose.
“Are you sure you can pay for all? ” Rose asked to Sarah. It was not a concern but if Sarah didn’t pay, she have to pay herself and she can’t afford one item even she sighed out her whole bank balance.
“I’m paying today. I promised my babe to treat her good meal. You can have all you want. Afterall you are her friend. ” he said as he hugged Sarah.
Emily felt bitter in her her out of jealous. She was Rich and beautiful already, now she had gotten a rich, handsome and loving boyfriend. She felt so unfair everything good was only happened with Sarah not them. Bit still she was happy she would be able to eat in this high end restaurant once in her life.
She picked a lot of foods. She had never eaten so much expensive food in her life. She can’t lose this chance . At least she can show off in front of others now.
I took their order and went back to kitchen. They had literally ordered a lot of food. I don’t know how am I going to take it to their table.
