“It’s okay come here,” I said and move closer, I wipe off her tears
“Don’t cry it’s going to be fine” I said and embrace her in a hug
Were still in each other’s arms when the door opened and Lady Olive stepped into the room. We disengage from the hug wiping away our tears for her not to notice, but I guess it’s too late already cause she already saw it
She lean against the door with her two hands folded below her boobs, she stare at us suspiciously from eyeballs to eyeballs, and then she came forward and sat before us not taking her eyes away
“What happened?” She asks the both of us,
We shifted uncomfortably, “Nothing mam” I answered while Diamond continue to fiddle with her finger.
“I have something to say so cheer up both of you,” She said with a face full of a smile
“What!!!” We chorus together
“Since those two have refused to act like men, I mean since they chose to continue acting like kids that they are not” She demonstrated with her hand, rolling her eyes in the process.
“Well I have decided to marry the both of you out to loving men”
I don’t know why but I felt a tingle in my ear, not like I don’t expect it but it’s suddenly too sudden, I know I wanted it at some point but I don’t think I’m ready to walk through that path yet! And that’s maybe because I’m not over Rudolfo…. I don’t think I can ever be over him.
I sighed and turned to look at Diamond only to see that she was as surprised as I am.
“But Aunt…..” I made to say something,
“No, but…..” She said shutting me up with her hand.
“I give the both of you only one week to get ready, Aqua you’re getting married to the president of new york, and Diamond you’re getting married to the Alpha of light moon pack.” She concluded
“Aunt…..” I made to stand up, but a glare from her left seating back down on the bed.
“Good girl,” She said with a smile and walk beside us holding both of our shoulders
“Whatever I’m doing now is for the good of you too…. understand?”
“Okay” We replied nodding our heads together. She smiles and walks out of the door.
I don’t know but I felt like my head is about to spin-off. “What do we do?” Diamond ask, but I was lost of words as words refuse to form in my mouth. I staggered to stand up but fell back on the bed
“Careful….” Diamond cautioned, but my mind is far gone to comprehend whatever she’s saying. I manage to stand up with my hands I try my best hard to hold onto things while walking. I walk towards the door and pulled it open. The room suddenly felt too suffocating for me, I needed to be out of the packhouse entirely or else I might lose my mind.
As I walk down the stairs, memories of my past flooded my mind, I don’t know but it’s like my suffering are increasing by the day but then…. what if this is my fate, what if the moon goddess suddenly want to show me, love, through this man I don’t know.
I was lost in thought not knowing I was already out of the packhouse.
The screeching sound of a car brought me back to reality “What!!!” I screamed……. finally coming back to my senses, only to see that I’m in the middle of the road, people stare at me like I’m but, or seconds I stood still staring into space,
“Hello pretty…..” I felt a tap on my shoulder and flinched back immediately,
“Yesss.. sss” I stuttered… but was cut short of words on seeing the handsome man that stood gallantly before me
“Who are you?” I ask, looking around to see so many guards surrounding him, I don’t know but for some reason, he has a strong Aura like that of Alpha Rudolfo
“Why comparing him with mate?” Scar asks, but I only huff inwardly.
“I’m President Raymond,” He said extending his hand for a handshake, I was about to shake his hand when I felt a loud bang on my head
“President of New York, …… no….. no” I screamed mentally and made to turn back and a gasp tore from my mouth, as I saw Alpha Rudolfo as he stood in his glory staring at us.
