Tina greeted Abby with a smile and said, “If we’re not in a hurry, we won’t be here to pick you up. Let’s go, get in the car first.”
After getting into the car, Tina couldn’t stop talking about how that uncle used to treat their family. And she also said that he took good care of Abby when she was young.
However, Abby had known he was her father’s friend. If she hadn’t known about that, she would have thought that Tina was going to introduce the man to be Abby’s blind date.
Abby really didn’t remember having met this kind uncle when she was a child, so she just nodded perfunctorily.
In the president’s office of Davies Group, Brian was about to get off work. He checked the time and got up to leave. At this moment, Ben Harris pushed the door and came in.
“Mr. Davies, the supplier responsible for the project cooperation is here. He arranged dinner tonight…”
“Cancel it.”
“Cancel?”
Ben was slightly surprised.
“Yes, help me cancel it. I’m not available tonight.”
Ben was suspicious. The president didn’t have any entertainment arrangements tonight. How come he wasn’t available? Maybe it was a private matter, so he nodded and said nothing.
Brian put on his jacket and picked up the phone. On the screen of his phone, a reminder of a missed text message caught his attention.
He touched his screen and saw the message. The name of the message attracted all his attention.
It was Abby’s message.
But when he saw that she couldn’t make it to the dinner, all his good mood disappeared.
He put away his phone and stood there motionlessly.
Ben had reached the door and was about to go out, but he heard the man inside suddenly say something.
“Go and arrange the location. I’ll be there in a while.”
Ben Harris was stunned for a long while before he came to his senses, “Yes!”
In a private room of the restaurant, Abby finally saw the so-called “Kind-hearted Uncle”.
How to describe him?
He was fat with a beer belly.

He got a big head and a thick neck. He was either a rich man or a cook!
“This is Abby, right?” The fat big guy stared at Abby sinisterly. His big grin had squeezed his face together.
Abby was stunned.
To be precise, she was disgusted by his look.
“Abby, show some respect.” Tina nudged her arm and urged.
“Nice to meet you,” Abby said obediently.
“Ha-ha, very good, very good. Come on, have a seat.” The fat man said, pointing to the seat to ask them to sit down.
“Thank you.” Abby thanked him politely after sitting down.
The waiter came to pour the tea for them. The fat man took a sip of water and moistened his throat. His eyes narrowed. “Don’t be so timid. We’re about to become a family.”

Abby was suspicious and glanced at Tina.
Tina said cheerfully, “Oh, Levi. We’ve always been a family. You’ve helped our family a lot for many years.”
“Oh, that’s what I should do.”
For some reason, Abby always felt that the so-called good uncle made her feel so uncomfortable.
Tim Jones took the menu from the waiter and handed it to Levi, ” Levi, you can order. I’ll treat you this time.”
“Don’t be. Abby is here. How can I ask you to treat me?” Levi Henderson said, took the menu, and handed it to Abby, “Abby, just order whatever you like. It’s my treat today.”
Abby wanted to reject, but Tina who was sitting next to her took the menu, opened it in front of her, and said, “In that case, Abby, you can help us order something.”
The waiter came over and asked carefully how many people there were at this table.
“Five in total,” Levi replied.
Five? Abby thought about it. There were only four of them here. Was there anyone coming here?
Thinking of this, Abby dispelled her doubts and quickly ordered a few dishes on the menu. She just wanted to end it as soon as possible, so she could go home early to be with Ethan.
After a while, the waiter began to serve dishes and wine.
Levi kept asking Abby to drink. Abby made an excuse about not feeling well, so she drank less and just ate some of the food.
Tina seemed to be very familiar with Levi. The two of them kept flattering each other, which made Abby feel so superficial.
The two of them were obviously not so familiar with each other. Even her father didn’t say anything to Levi Henderson. What kinds of close friends were they?
After three rounds of drinks, the waiter suddenly brought in a man.
To be precise, it was a fool.
Levi Henderson got up, brought the silly man to his side, and made him sit next to Abby.
“This is my son.”
Abby saw that the man was about 30 years old. He looked like Levi. He was so fat and had dull eyes and stared blankly when he looked at people. Looking carefully, Abby found that there were still some saliva on the corner of his mouth.
It seemed that he was mentally disabled.
But what Tina was about to say shocked Abby.
“Oh, this is your son? He looks so charming and handsome.”
Like father, like son.
Abby lowered her head, holding back a smile.
“Thank you.” Levi was happy to hear that. “It’s all about the good genes. Ha-ha… He looks just like me.”
Abby curved her lips. Could this father and son be weirder?
“Abby, this is my son, Tate. Tate, this is Abby Jones.” When Levi introduced her to his son, his filthy look didn’t change.
“Tate, hello.” Abby smiled and nodded.
“Ha-ha… Ha-ha…” Tate suddenly grinned and started to drool, which wetted his collar. “What a beautiful girl. Tate likes her. Tate likes a beautiful girl.”
Upon hearing this, Tina and Levi secretly exchanged glances.
“Okay, let’s dig in. Come on, Abby, have a drink with me.” Levi picked up the glass and raised towards Abby.
Abby put down her chopsticks and smiled apologetically, “I’m sorry, Levi. I really can’t drink. I’ll be allergic.”
As soon as he said this, Levi immediately showed an unpleasant look.
It seemed that he was saying that he was showing some respect through toasting. How dare you not drink it?
As Tina saw this intense atmosphere, she forced a smile and tried her best to lighten the mood. She poured some red wine into Abby’s glass, “Come on, Abby. Since Levi has personally toasted you, you should show some respect. Drink it up.”
“Mom!” Abby frowned and protested softly.
“Come on, the last one.” Tina coaxed her and then said to Levi, “Levi, this is the last one. If you want to ask her to drink again, I won’t agree, let alone Abby not willing to drink.”
