That guy annoyed Ry so much that he pulled me back into the VIP section where there was still song played but controlled by us. Since all our friends were on the dance floor, it was just us in the room so Ry changed the song, to a song I loved so much ever since I watched the sitcom F. R. I. E. N. D. S. ‘Endless love’.
As the lyrics where being sang he pulled me closer to him. I put my arms around his neck while he wrapped them around my waist pulling me even closer to him if that was possible. We both swayed to the song. His touch made the butterflies in my stomach go crazy. The tingling feeling I felt was making me crazy. I looked in to his eyes filled with nothing but love for me making my heart beat faster wanting to get out from my chest and into his hands, because it was his from the start and till the end.
I started to sing the lyrics.

“Oh, I know.” He began singing too smirking but his eyes didn’t show the smugness but love. I shook my head and we both sang the lyrics to the song. We pressed our foreheads together while looking into the other person’s eyes.

But soon our peaceful romantic was ruined when we heard a loud bang outside when we looked through the one way window downwards we saw Neocount on top of another guy and Amanda crying to stop him, while Jason, Gabriel, Richard tries to pull Neocount off the guy. We both ran towards them, Ryder ran towards Neocount while Raven, Martha and I went to a crying Amanda and pulled her into my arms much to her protest. I made her understand she will only get hurt if she tries to stop him.
Ryder made Richard pull the guy away while Ryder and Gabriel managed to pull Neocount away.
“What the hell happened?” I asked Amanda. It hadn’t even been 5 mins since Ryder and I was away. It was when I looked at the beaten up guy that I understood it was the guy from earlier who tried to force me to dance with him.
“That drunk bastard was touching me inappropriately even after Neo threatened and scared him away.” She hiccupped, looking at now angry Neocount trying to get away from the hold of his friends.
If you ask me that guy had it coming. Some people just doesn’t take no for an answer. What people don’t understand is ‘no’ itself is a complete statement.

So that’s how we are in the situation I mentioned earlier on.
While Ryder managed to calm Neocount down Gabriel called police lest someone else does it and gives them the wrong information making the problem bigger than it already was.
While Neocount got out of the issue easily since he was not the one who initiated the fight and the fact that all three of them, Ryder, Gabriel and Neocount himself was powerful that the police officers didn’t want any trouble. While the guy got arrested with the case of molesting and got blacklisted from all the clubs in the entire state.
It was after much investigations that the police officer said the guy was on lookout for several similar cases but since he was son of a business tycoon, who happens to be ally of Gabriel and Ryder, those girls and the club owners didn’t want trouble, they removed the charges. When we went to the police station his father was there begging Neocount to not charge his son.
We were angry at the fact that instead of chastising his son, he was insulting those poor girls his son molested. Unfortunate for him when he began insulting Amanda, Neocount got angry and slapped the father. To not let the matter out of our hands Ryder pulled Neocount back and to my surprise he and Gabriel cut off all the business ties with him claiming he hurt someone whom he considers as his sister and the other girls. What surprised me was not the fact they both cut all the ties with him but the fact Ryder called Amanda his sister. From her face it was clear she too didn’t expect that. When Ryder turned towards Amanda, he gave a look to her that said don’t-say-a-word-about-this. Neocount being the mayor made sure his businesses would be brought to bankrupt for his crimes and trying to seal the crimes of his son.
I cant even imagine what would have happened if Ryder, Neocount and Gabriel weren’t powerful. Amanda would have been just another unfortunate girl. Who wasn’t powerful enough.
The life is very unfair to the one with no power.
