Vanessa returned to her dorm and was just about to pack up the stuff she didn’t take with her last time, but found that her stuff were all broken and her bed had a large stain on it.
Yolande was back already, and was clutching her hands and looking at Vanessa, the depths of her eyes were full of resentment.
Her parents spent almost all of the family’s money to get her out, and she was still on bail.
And this was all because of Vanessa!
If it weren’t for Vanessa, how would she be in the jail?
“How does our genius girl have time to visit this little dorm?” Yolande sneered with a smile and kicked Vanessa’s chair.
Lauretta and Sarah were standing to the side, and Sarah wanted to say something but was pulled back by Lauretta.
Yolande looked at Vanessa with cold eyes, “Vanessa, I just said a few bad words about you, but you want to send me to the police station. It’s so lame to do so, isn’t it? We are all roommates, so why make it so awkward, right?”
Vanessa did not say anything and picked up the overturned chair.
Yolande suddenly got cranky, “Little bitch, I’m talking to you, didn’t you hear me? Get the hell out of here, this is no place for you!”
Vanessa looked at her and said in a light voice, “You have no right to kick me out.”
Sarah also chipped in, “She’s right, Yolande. This was your fault in the first place, why do you still blame her?”
Lauretta echoed, “Yeah, when you wrote that post to slander Vanessa, did you ever think you would end up like this? You wouldn’t want lawyer Brown to come to our school again, would you?”
She turned to look at Vanessa after saying that, “Am I right, Vanessa?”
Yolande remembered Laurence, her face changed and she became scared.
She was just about to speak when Lauretta hurriedly said, “You are the one who should get out.”
Sarah nodded in agreement.
“You, you guys…”Yolande’s body trembled because of anger.
She also knew that she could not stay in this dorm anymore, grabbed her bag, and did not forget to yell at them, “Don’t get too excited!”
Yolande finally got out of the dorm.
Sarah sighed in relief and walked to Vanessa, looking at her guiltily, “I’m sorry, Vanessa.”
Vanessa looked at her unexpectedly.
Sarah thought she was still unhappy, took her hand and comforted her, “We’re really sorry that we weren’t on your side before. Yolande will not come back anymore. Don’t worry, I will be on your side in the future.”
‘me too!” Lauretta leaned over and said happily.
The three girls formed a small circle, while Vanessa was in the center.
Vanessa suddenly wanted to cry, and her chest was filled with indefinable emotions.
She never sensed any emotion.
And in this moment, she felt happy because of her friend’s help.
“Thank you.” Vanessa said seriously and solemnly.
Sarah smiled, “We are roomies! We don’t need that.”
Lauretta pouted, “If you really want to thank Sarah and me, treat us to a fancy meal!”
Sarah frowned.
Vanessa didn’t notice it, took out a membership card from her pocket and handed it to Lauretta.
Lauretta’s eyes lit up. This was the membership card of the restaurant they went to eat at last time!
She hurriedly took the card and heard Vanessa say.
“Feel free to swipe this card, it’s all on me.”
Lauretta excitedly hugged Vanessa and almost kissed her, “Love you, Vanessa! I want to marry you!”
Vanessa was very uncomfortable with this kind of intimate contact, and felt unnatural all over the body like on fire.
At that moment, a noise came from downstairs.
“I like you!”
Both Lauretta and Sarah ran to the balcony to enjoy the show.
And Vanessa ignored it and continued to pack up her things.
