Diana’s pov.
John rushed in and I looked up at him from the magazine I was flipping through.
“I thought you left.”
“I forgot something.”he dashed to his closet and brought out a red shirt with white stripes.
“My favourite shirt.”he grinned.
I scoffed.
“I can leave now.”
“Go and never come back.”I mouthed.
“Nayyy… wife! I will come back after six months to sign the divorce papers.”

Mara’s Point Of View.
I scooped some rice into a bowl from the pot and added some meat on it.
I walked out of the kitchen, heading to the living room to watch a movie.
I met Adrian there, watching a football match.
I glanced at the wall clock.
It’s past seven o’ clock, so, why is he still home.
He glanced up at me and I quickly bowed my head and turned to leave.
“Where is my food?”he asked behind and I froze on the spot.
Food?
He came to collect the bow of rice from me.
“I’ll just go with this.”
I watched him as he return back to the seat.
Woah; I’m i dreaming?
If it is so, then it’s a dream I don’t wish to wake up from.
He has never tasted the food I cooked ever since we got married.
And, when I even decided to bring in a maid because of that, he was vehemently against it.
He looks at me with raised brows.
“What?. You want some?”he scooped some rice with the spoon and pointed it at me.
I shook my head.
“Are.. aren’t you going out?, it’s past seven.”
“I will just stay at home tonight.”he said, mouthful of the food.
I went to the kitchen and came back with a glass of water then went to place it in front of him.
“Hmm, just at the right time.”he carried it and gulped it down.
“Arg. Oh, well. It’s a bit refreshing.”he sighed.
He suddenly stares at me.
“Even though we don’t like each other, but let’s be best of friends. I don’t wanna argue with you and leave at seven o’clock anymore. Today that I didn’t do any of that, it sure feels refreshing.”
“But, I like you.”I said inwardly.
I wasn’t ready to buzzkill the atmosphere so I just offered a small smile.

Aysel’s pov.
“Ral..”
“It’s.. fine.. I will give you time to think about it. Two days should be enough for you to fathom the kind of feelings you have for me, no?”he rushed his words.
“You.. you deserve someone way better than me.”
“You’re perfect for me, Aysel, and you’re more better.”
“I…”I paused to catch my breath.
“I don’t deserve someone like you. You’re kind, Ralph.”
He stood up and grab my hand in his, rubbing it softly.
“I love you, Aysel, huh?, stop saying all these please. Love conquers all. It’s fine if you have flaws, nobody is perfect. I have flaws just as you do also. So, please, let’s come together and make ourself a perfect match.”his voice cracked up.
I slip my hand out of his grip and shook my tear.
I shut my eyes momentarily to keep my tears in check.
“Don’t love me, Ralph. I’m not the person you think I am.”
And I turned around and left.

Juliet’s pov.
“You say what?! Thea is the person that separated us?”the queen was flabbergasted.
I nodded.
“Yes. You have to punish that evil girl, mum.”
She scoffed and chewed her teeth.
“And, how did you find out about that?”that was more of an attack.
I jerked back a little.
“I.. I have been in contact with Kelvin. I was so obsessed with catching the person that gave me an ugly life and I only found out yesterday that through his research, Thea, whose real name is Aysel, is the one behind my past misfortunes.”I lied.
“She dared to step inside my house, knowing fully well what she has done?”
“Mother, what will you do about it?”
“Let’s wait and see. Why did she come in here despite knowing the implications?. We can only know that if we wait patiently.”
I felt the inside of me burn in fire.
What the hell is that?
I can’t afford to wait.
I have to do something before my secret get to her.
What I’m i even saying?
The secret is already leaked to her.
She already knows I’m a fake.
God.. what do I do now.
What if I I just croak her up?
But what if I don’t succeed? Then she might disclose my secret to mother.
Ugh!
“Mum?. She is not your mom.”Kelvin’s voice rang in my head.
Geez..
She is not my mum! For real. Juliet, get a hold of yourself.
“I’ll leave now.”I stood up.
“Make sure she doesn’t know that we already found out her identity.”
I nodded and went back to my room in exasperation.
That fucking queen!
Aargg!!

A Month Later.
Emily’s pov.
I looked at my face in the mirror that was in my hand.
Compare to that witch, I’m more pretty.
I frowned when I saw a pimple on my forehead.
Gosh!
I’d better go see a dermatologist.
I can’t afford to get a stain on this face.
I lifted the mirror down on the table and crossed my legs.
“I heard you are a sharp shooter.”I said to the man before me.
“You’ve heard well.”he responded.
“Nice..”I smirks.
I’ve waited for too long.
Now is the time to make a strike!
“I want you to take someone down for me. The name of your is Diana Robinson. I will give you a signal when the time is right.”
“Money comes first..”he played with his chin.
“Give me your details.”
I took my phone from the table.
He called out his account number for me and I transferred some money to his account.
His phone chimes.
“Check.”I prodded.
“Huge!”he exclaimed when he glanced at his phone.
“Expect a clean job. Nobody has ever survive my bullet.”
“I hope that’s not just a mere bluff.”
He snickered and stood up.
“I will wait for your call.”
And he walked out.
It would be all bloody soon.
