Sabrina smiles, “Yaffe, it’s fine. No worries. Thanks to your preventive inoculation, Quinn won’t scold me. Let me deal with him first. Then I’ll call you back.”
Saying so, Sabrina hangs down the phone.
Hearing the busy tone from the other side, Yaffe becomes worried.
…
Sabrina opens the door and lets Quinn in.
Quinn looks at her seriously, “I guess Yaffe has called you. Don’t I need to repeat my attitude?”
“Bro, I don’t want to listen to you this time.”
“Are you insane?!”
“No, I’m not. I am very clear.”
“What’s your plan? Do you wanna live with a kid? What can you give the kid? How can you ensure his happiness? Are you sure you can make it?”
“Definitely!” Sabrina gazes at Quinn without blinking, replying determinedly.
Quinn sits in the sofa by the window. Coldness and seriousness on his face have no sign to melt.
Finding Quinn is not persuaded, Sabrina opens her mouth, in hope to say something.
Quinn starts first, “Do you think I haven’t done enough to Willouphy? Do you think I haven’t given him enough love?”
“He’s special.”
“He is indeed special, but it also proves what you pay might not necessarily get returns. As a man, I feel tired with a kid. Once I wanted to give up. Do you think you have more energy and perseverance? Can you deal with the kid’s future by yourself? I admit you’re better than many men and women, but I’m not sure whether you can support another life’s future.”
“Bro, you’re right, but I don’t wanna give up. I wanna give birth to the kid. Even if I’m single in the future, I wanna do so.”
“Reason? You wanna give birth to this kid. You must persuade me first, then parents, grandparents. Now tell me the reason. Why do you have to do so?”
Sabrina turns her head aside, “No, I refuse!”
“Don’t challenge my bottom line!”
Sabrina immediately gets irritated by his words. She’s never an easygoing person.
Instead, she’s aggressive and she is less aggressive in face of her family.
Facing Quinn’s powerful attitude, her hidden rebellious character is touched.
“I’m an adult. I have right to choose my life. It’s my right to decide whether or not to give birth to this kid. You can give me suggestions but the final decision is made by me. Bro, I’m bad tempered recently. Don’t stimulate me.”
Quinn watches her calmly, “Now you feel unhappy. What about future? When others say you have a kid without marriage, what will you do? When others point at your kid and call him bastard, what can he do? Why should he bear the result brought about by your selfishness?”
Sabrina’s heart trembles. She answers calmly, “I’ll get through it. If the worst comes to the worst, I’ll take him abroad. And my kid won’t be so vulnerable.”
Quinn folds his arms in front of the chest, “Like what I’ve done to Willouphy? All solutions come to your mind have been tried during the past 5 years. Do you think they work effectively?”
“Willouphy suffers autism. Before that incident, he was normal.”
“Are you sure your kid won’t suffer any accident that makes him abnormal?”
“Are you cursing me?” Sabrina’s words reflect her dissatisfaction.
Quinn ignores her, “I won’t talk more about major principles. You’ve thought much before making the decision. I just wanna tell you I don’t agree your decision to give birth to this kid! I disagree!”
“I want him!”
“It’s fine.”
Sabrina looks at Quinn in a surprise. Unexpectedly, he agrees.
Quinn continues, “Let’s draw back one step. I allow you to give birth to the kid. Tell me who is his father, ok?”
“No, I won’t.”
Quinn’s face becomes dark, “Sabrina, is it your attitude to solve this matter?”
“I’m an adult and I have right to make any decision. You can suggest. It’s my business to accept or refuse it. You have no right to force me to follow your instruction!”
“You are right, but it doesn’t mean you can apply it in reality!” Quinn looks down at his watch, “I’ll give you 3 days for consideration. Abortion or tell me his father. Make a choice. You’d better have a serious consideration.”
After these words, Quinn leaves.
Sabrina sees the door shut down. She becomes so angry that she throws the stuff in hand onto the door.
The sound of the shaking door can be heard in the villa.
Quinn stares at the closed door without any facial expression. He says coldly, “Watch her. Don’t allow her to leave the room within 3 days!”
“Yes sir.”
…
Yaffe doesn’t wake up until 3 in the afternoon. The first thing comes to her mind is that Quinn looked for Sabrina.
She thinks for a long time, finally deciding to call Quinn for the details.
The phone rings for a while before being picked up by Quinn.
“Rich Man, do I disturb you?”
Quinn raises his chin, indicating his special assistant and financial manager to leave. Then he replies, “Do you wanna know Sabrina and my dialogue?”
Yaffe coughs embarrassedly, “Sorry, I didn’t mean to conceal it. Nor did I mean to reveal Sabrina’s secret.”
“None of your business. She’s out of control after staying abroad for some years.”
“What’s your plan? Sabrina is not a person who makes an important decision without consideration. I think she has the right to make a choice according to her willingness.”
“It’s not that simple. Compared with whether she can give birth to the kid, I’m more curious about the kid’s father.” Quinn says calmly.
Yaffe nods as usual. Then she finds Quinn can’t see it at all. She says, “I don’t understand. But, I think you’re right.”
“Go on to sleep. What do you wanna eat? I’ll bring it home.”
Yaffe smiles like an idiot, “Buy whatever pleases you. I’m not picky about food.”
“okk.”
Yaffe hangs down the phone and stretches herself. She gets refreshed immediately.
She jumps out of the bed, washes her face and rinses her teeth and looks for Willouphy in the study.
“Son, can you go shopping with me?”
Willouphy is studying by his exclusive desk. Wheele is sitting by his feet, putting out its red tongue to lick Willouphy’s toes from time to time.
Hearing Yaffe calls him “son”, Willouphy’s face turns red immediately. He slowly types on the Ipad, “Where?”
“Where do you wanna go? I will go where you wanna go.”
Willouphy gives a pretty and shy smile, making Yaffe wanna swallow him up.
Yaffe comes up to him and holds him, “Son, can we live more effectively? The time you spend typing is enough for several words.”
Willouphy’s face collapses right away.
Yaffe pinches his face, “Ok, I won’t force you to speak. Change your clothes. Let’s hang out.”
