Chapter 60 Molly’s Provocation (2)

Book:Crush on You Published:2024-5-1

Molly looks at Roi and is stunned as tears stream down her face. “Even you are saying this? Then who’s to blame for turning me this way? I have to stay in the hospital half the time. whose fault is it?! How can you guys deny everything in the blink of an eye?!”
Roi feels a little uncomfortable because of Molly’s words. Her gaze becomes a little intense as she appears serious, befitting of her position as the leader of the He family. “You are of the younger generation. I can understand that you might cross the line with your words. But I don’t want to listen to these words anymore. Thank you for bringing these things over today. Go back and tell your parents that we won’t trouble you anymore.”
After speaking, Roi walks into the hall, no longer looking at Molly.
Molly feels more embarrassed than ever. Roi’s words are like slaps in her face, making her feel very ashamed.
Even if she broke up with Quinn when he was experiencing difficult times, the He family did not reprimand a word to her.
Now because Yaffe is here, Roi’s attitude is different.
All this is caused by Yaffe.
A look of hatred shoots from Molly’s eyes.
**
Yaffe is not familiar with the He family and the surroundings, so she lets Wiphy lead the way.
The adult and the child walk out of the Hes’ garden and head up the mountain without realizing it.
The trails here are very well constructed. There are summer houses and benches every hundred meters so passers-by can take a rest.
Yaffe sees that Wiphy is very interested, so she follows him slowly and continues climbing the mountain.
She takes out her phone and takes a picture of Wiphy.
Wiphy hears the shutter sound and looks back suspiciously.
Yaffe raises the phone towards him.
Wiphy runs over and climbs up Yaffe’s legs with both his hands and feet.
Yaffe holds his small butt with one hand and adjusts the angle of the phone with the other.
Wiphy’s bright eyes stare at the two faces that appear on the screen, still without a smile.
Yaffe takes a few photos. Wiphy keeps the same expression and only changes his posture occasionally.
On the other hand, she laughs foolishly, looking a little stupid.
Yaffe rubs his little face. “Baby, how come you can’t speak or smile? You look so cute. You’ll be super cute if you smile. Please smile occasionally, okay? You are so cool. I am under a lot of pressure.”
Wiphy rubs his face against her neck, not wanting to continue this topic.
Yaffe sees that the little guy doesn’t want to walk, so she holds him in her arms and walks slowly. “Actually, it’s not bad for you to be like this. No matter what you turn into, dad and mommy won’t dislike you.”
Wiphy writes on the tablet, “Daddy dislikes!”
Yaffe laughs and says, “He was teasing you. He is the one who is the last one to dislike you in the whole world. He is willing to do anything for you.”
He is even willing to marry a woman he isn’t familiar with.
There are few dads who can go this far for their son.
Wiphy nods.
“It doesn’t matter if you don’t want to talk now, maybe you don’t realize the impact of not talking on your life. But why does dad insist on you speaking? It’s because if you do not speak for a long time, you will slowly lose the ability to speak. At that time, even if you want to talk, you won’t be able to because your language skills weaken.”
Yaffe doesn’t know if Wiphy can understand. She continues speaking very slowly, “If we, the adults, don’t think about your future when you cannot be responsible for yourself, it would be irresponsible of us. Your dad’s wealth is more than enough to last you a long time, but we still can’t let you do whatever you want.”
Wiphy hugs Yaffe’s neck with a pair of small arms, burying his little chubby face in it. His bright black eyes are a little confused.
Yaffe is about to say something more when she hears a scream from the side of the road.
Yaffe stops, and after listening, notices that someone is indeed calling for help.
Yaffe puts Wiphy down. “I’ll go down and take a look. Stay here and don’t move around.”
Wiphy hugs Yaffe’s leg, not letting her go.
Yaffe pats his little hand and puts the phone in his hand. “That person may be injured. I am a doctor, so I have to go over and see.”
Yaffe speaks while turning around.
Seeing Yaffe disappear in the woods, Wiphy uses her phone to call Quinn.
**
After Yaffe walks into the woods, she realizes that the woods are bigger than she thought.
It gets dark early in winter. Everything feels dark as soon as she enters the woods.
Yaffe can hardly see the road.
“Hey, whoever is calling for help, can you hear me? Is the injury serious? Answer me if you hear me!” Yaffe repeats then stops to listen to any movement around her.
After listening for a while, she hears the sound of someone moving.
Yaffe follows the sound for a while and pushes aside the bushes in the woods.
She sees a figure that surprises her.
Molly sits on a rock unharmed. Her eyes fix on Yaffe tightly with frightening hostility.
Two men stand beside her.
Yaffe secretly cries out, “Oh no.” She immediately turns around and takes the same path that brought her here.
Upon seeing this, Dennis runs towards Yaffe quickly.
Yaffe complains while running.
Fuck. She looks pure yet everything she does is evil.
Molly should have had been awarded the Oscar.
This child’s play is such a waste of her acting skills.
Yaffe notices that the steps behind her are getting closer and quickly avoids an attack from the person behind her.
Before Yaffe has the chance to celebrate because she avoided the attack, she flips and falls down the slope.
“Ah!”
Yaffe screams and quickly curls up. She covers her head with her hands to avoid being injured by the branches in her fall.
Dennis Wen watches Yaffe disappear from his sight. He snorts and says to Molly and Benson Wen, who are walking over, “What are we going to do now?”
“I want her to die!”
Before Molly’s finishes speaking, they hear a voice that sounds like it comes from Hell. “Who do you want dead?!”
The expressions on Molly, Dennis, and Benson’s face all change as they look in the direction of where the voice spoke from in disbelief.
Quinn walks out of the bushes coldly. He looks daggers at the three of the Wen family.
Benson is the first to come back to his senses and smiles, “Quinn, why are you here? We are looking at a pheasant. It just fell off.”
“Really?” Quinn says to the men in black behind him, “Go down and bring the young lady back.”
“Okay.”
The two men in black responds and takes a detour down the slope.
Quinn looks at Molly like a falcon, “You don’t have to act in front of me anymore. Even if nothing happened in the past, I never thought about marrying you!”
“Quinn, what are you saying?!” Molly looks at Quinn in disbelief.
