Inge wasn’t injured seriously. She just needed some ice to relieve the pain.
“Manager Jayne, sorry. I didn’t expect that Dell Yun would be so crazy.” Inge apologized to Jayne.
“Don’t say that. It’s not your fault. Just go home to rest, and I’ll ask some work injury expense for you.” Jayne comforted her. They had conflicts before, but today Inge’s help finally moved Jayne.
If Inge didn’t help Jayne run away, both of them would have been rapped.
“OK, thank you, manager Jayne,” Inge nodded.
“Just call me Jayne. I’ll recommend you when Jay Sis Technology’s manager comes to ask for employees again. Even if they refuse, I’ll try my best to help you be promoted.” Jayne said.
Inge was qualified to be a supervisor with her ability and experience.
“Thanks, Jayne!” Inge was moved.
“Don’t worry. Jay Sis Technology will certainly hire you.” Chase promised.
Not to mention Inge’s ability, just with her help today, Chase should appoint her quite a good position.
“Chase, you’re so interesting. It seems that you’re the boss of Jay Sis.” Inge smiled.
“I just guess you’ll be lucky next month.” Chase laughed.
“Don’t say something uncertain.” Jayne glanced at Chase.
She knew Chase would look for Wall’s help. Wall Wang was the vice general manager of Jay Sis now.
But Chase had looked for Wall’s help for so many times.
He couldn’t trouble Wall all the time.
Chase smiled.
Inge didn’t think it true, as well.
“Should we call the police?” Jayne asked.
Chase shook his head. “No need. Don’t worry. They don’t have time to bother you again.”
Chase was preparing to ruin Wang’s family, so Wang didn’t have any time to care about others.
“Alright. I’ll send Inge her home, so you bring Cassie back today.” Jayne proposed.
“You bring her later. Dad calls me to Shangri-La Restaurant today.” The Antique Gathering was about to start.
“OK.” Jayne agreed.
Then Jayne left with Inge, and Chase went to the restaurant.
Zuo’s Family had prepared this gathering for more than a year. Numerous antiques were displayed there, making the gathering the most popular antique gathering these years. Even some collectors from other provinces would come.
The gathering was divided into three sections. The first was a showing and price making of antiques.
The next section was the bet. People should bet on guessing unknown jade’s name, value, and weight.
The final one was the auction, the most significant part of the gathering.
Before it started, all the significant media came there already, preparing a live broadcast.
In Jol City, such a big event was attracting numerous people.
Maybe only Chase wore so casually there.
Originally, he wanted to dress more formally.
But because of the matter before, he had no time to change.
Even the guards wouldn’t have allowed him in if Chase didn’t drive the A6.
The gathering was held in the biggest hall on the 28th floor.
“Chase, over here,” Jeannie called Chase when she saw him.
Chase came to her. Doug Lin was also there, with Todd and two strangers.
“Let me introduce to you. This is my son-in-law, Chase Lu, who gave me the phosphorescent jade cup before.” Doug introduced Chase to the two strangers.
They nodded, peering Chase with surprise.
“Chase, this is professor Todd Yu. This is professor York Huang, and this is professor Milton Lei. They are all experts in antique.” Doug introduced them to Chase.
“Nice to meet you.” Chase shook hands with them.
“Good. I heard about your great insight. You’re a promising young man.” York admired.
“Oh, I was just so lucky.” Chase was humble.
“Well, show your insights to us later.” Milton nodded.
Milton didn’t believe such a young man could compare with them in recognizing antiques.
“Hello, professor Todd.” Chase reached out his hand, but Todd didn’t respond.
Todd was still angry with Chase because Chase didn’t sell the cup to him before.
Doug felt embarrassed, but Chase just smiled and retracted his hand.
Chase began to eat then.
“Chase, please help me to get a treasure today. I come with all my money here. If I can’t get a valuable one, your mother will bark me.” Doug urged.
He trusted Chase’s ability well because of the phosphorescent jade cup, so he banked all his money on Chase, hoping Chase would help him get some precious treasures.
“Chase, cheer up. I trust you, too.” Jeannie cheered Chase up.
“I’ll try my best.” Chase was speechless.
Doug was henpecked, so it was great braveness for him to bring all the money here.
“Professor Yu, you’re here! Please help me to judge its value.”
At this moment, a young man came with a painting.
It was just Chase’s classmate, Terrell Zhao.
