A MONTH LATER
Emily was asleep when she started feeling a very sharp pain in her stomach.
She screamed and the doctor rushed in immediately.
“Oh my God, I think it’s the baby, it’s time for you to deliver her.” The doctor said.
“Please call Delorna for me,” Emily replied in between pains.
“Okay.” The doctor said and rushed to Delorna’s room, she knocked because it was so late in the night.
Delorna opened the door.
“What happened doc?” Delorna asked with her visible belly too.
“Emily is in her labour and she said she wants to see you.” The doctor answered.
“Oh, I will wake up Alpha Jefferson and we will come together,” Delorna replied.

Delorna and Jefferson rushed to Emily’s chamber as she kept screaming while the doctor took care of her.
“I’m so scared, will she be fine?” Delorna asked.
“I hope she will be, and the baby too.”
Alpha Jefferson answered.
** HOURS LATER **
The doctor came out of Emily’s room looking sad.
“Is Emily okay? And the baby?” Delorna asked worriedly.
“Emily is fine, but unfortunately she lost the baby, it’s stillborn.” The doctor answered.
Delorna felt sharp pains in her heart, tears trickling down her cheeks.
For the few months, they spent together as friends, she came to love Emily and her baby, she had so many dreams for the little girl.
Alpha Jefferson holds her hands.
“Why will she decided not to stay with us, I wanted to give her the best life Jeff.”
Delorna cried.
He hugged her.
“It’s okay, we should be glad that Emily is fine, and with all these months I grew to start loving the baby, I didn’t even care if I’m her father or not, I just wanted to give her the best life ever as families must not be related by blood but by the love they had for each other, let’s check on Emily okay.” Alpha Jefferson exclaimed.
He wiped Delorna’s tears and they went inside the room.
Emily was facing the ceiling.
Delorna rushed and hugged her crying.
“Hey why are you crying, it’s okay, please don’t cry,” Emily said.
Delorna looked at her.
“Why shouldn’t I? Who will be a sibling to my son now?” Delorna asked.
“He doesn’t need a sibling, he needs a godmother and I will be there for him, I have to admit I feel sad for losing my daughter after all these months, I really never cared about my pregnancy and I never loved my baby until you started showing me how much you adored my baby girl, I started feeling guilty because all I think of the pregnancy was to use it to get Alpha Jefferson and nothing more, I’m so sorry Delorna, I don’t deserve your kindness,” Emily answered.
“What are you saying?” Alpha Jefferson asked.
“I know I have been hiding this for so long and after telling you this I’m sure you will hate me but I can’t hide the truth forever.”
Emily answered.
She took a deep breath and wiped her tears.
“The baby was not for Alpha Jefferson, when I made him have sex with me it was me for me to get pregnant so I can force him to be with me and when it failed, I went to a random club and had sex with a guy and I got pregnant, the baby wasn’t yours, I’m so sorry, that’s why I want to leave from here forever, I have caused so much trouble already, all I wanted was to feel loved by someone who will love me sincerely.” Emily narrated.
Delorna stared at Alpha Jefferson.
“I always knew the baby was not mine because if it was, I would feel attached to it but I never felt that kind of connection, but I understand why you did all that you did for the sake of love and now that you have truly repented, I don’t think you should leave, you should stay, I’m sure you will get a perfect husband very soon and my baby boy will have a good godmother, who knows maybe you can even get pregnant again.” Alpha Jefferson exclaimed.
She was so shocked she almost didn’t believe it.
Delorna smiled at her.
“You should be focused on getting well okay, I’m sure very soon there Will be a wedding, and that wedding will be your wedding,” Delorna said and hugged her.
“Now what should we do with the Diamond shirt?” Emily asked.
“We will dress the stillbirth baby with it before burying her so that even in her grave, she will know that we love her, and Delorna her aunt loved her so much and wished she has stayed with us instead.”
Delorna answered.
“You are the best,” Emily answered.
“Hey, guys.” Abigail joined in.
“Where is the baby?” She asked.
“The baby didn’t come out alive,” Emily answered.
“Oh my God, I’m so sorry,” Abigail said and hugged her.
“It’s okay, don’t worry, I’m glad I was able, to tell the truth to Delorna and Alpha Jefferson,” Emily replied.
“Oh, I also want to apologize to both of you, especially you Delorna, you have such a gorgeous heart and please forgive me.” Abigail pleaded.
“It’s okay big head, I’m sure my Luna already forgave you.” Alpha Jefferson replied and they all hugged.
“Oh um, Emily, someone wants to see you,” Abigail said.
“Who is that? Let him come in.” Emily replied.
A tall good looking man in his late 25 walked in.
Emily was surprised.
“You, what are you doing here?” Emily snapped.
“I actually brought him here, I didn’t know how he was able to trace me but he pleaded with me to bring him to you.”
Abigail replied.
“What are you guys talking about who is he?” Alpha Jefferson asked.
“Uhm, he is the one I was telling you about, my baby’s daddy, the one I had a nightstand at the club,” Emily answered and they opened their mouths.
