Alexia’s eyes widened. She wanted to ask why they had to go tonight but before she could ask, the witch queen dragged her out of her bed and soon, they were walking across Harriet’s backyard. Alexia could see a dark mist covering the air.
“That is the portal between the dark fairies and the light fairies.” Amanda swiftly explained.
Both women walked over to the dark mist and walked through it. When Alexia walked in at first, she could not see. The place was different from the light fairies’ territory. It was dark and Alexia wondered if this part of the realm experienced sunlight.
Though it was dark, Amanda seemed to know where they were going and she held Alexia’s hand and led her. After a long while, Alexia too could see, the place was like a forest, there were tall trees everywhere and a dim light in each house, just enough for someone to see around the house.
Amanda knocked on a door Alexia didn’t know they had come a woman opened the door and they went inside. Immediately they got inside, Alexia could feel how chilly it was even inside the house. The house was big enough and while Alexia was looking around, a high voice spoke.
“Amanda.” It called out.
“Claudia,” Amanda called back.
Alexia was still wondering where the voice was when a woman suddenly came flying to them. That was Alexia’s first time seeing a flying being. She was flabbergasted and she watched as the woman flew to them and stood in front of Amanda.
Alexia watched in awe as the woman’s wings disappeared behind her back and Alexia was tempted to tell the woman to turn around so she could see if the wings lay behind her or if they just disappeared into her back. The woman stood in front of Amanda and both women squinted their eyes at each other, they were not fans of each other. Amanda hated Claudia the same way Claudia hated her.
“What brings you to this other side, Amanda,” Claudia asked in a mocking manner.
“I hate to come but I had to. A friend needs your help.” Amanda replied in an equally mocking manner.
Claudia turned to Alexia and she could see how beautiful the woman was. Not wasting any time further, Alexia explained to the fairy why she was there. She needed to break a protective barrier that her rival had cast on someone.
The woman laughed evilly and she turned around and flew away. Alexia took the opportunity and looked at her wings, they popped out of the woman’s back and spread quickly as she took off. Alexia turned to Amanda.
“She left. Doesn’t she wants to help me?” Alexia asked curiously.
Amanda hushed her and told her to remain still. She did. The woman came back after a long while and handed two bottles over to Amanda.
“The bottle with the white content is to neutralize Harriet’s protection barrier. The bottle with black content will help you kill your target faster. Only a drop is ok.” Claudia explained.
Amanda took them and turned around but Claudia called her name and she turned around again.
“What!?” Amanda barked at the woman.
“Only a drop of the poison and neutralizer. Just a drop dear Amanda.” Claudia said.
The witch queen took Alexia’s hand and started casting spells. Alexia stood silently in the dark environment and in a split second, she was back in her room in the light fairies territory. They had teleported and Amanda was with her. Amanda handed over the bottles to Alexia, she told her to keep them safe and use them as instructed. Alexia thanked her so much and Amanda opened the door and left.
The next day, both Amanda and Alexia woke early in the morning and headed back to the witches’ territory.
They arrived at dusk and Alexia spent the night at the witch’s mansion and headed back to the Lycan clan. She got to the Lycan clan days later and she went straight to freshen up.
She got out of the closet and lay on the bed and slept off. She did not know when Lucian came back and slept on the bed with her. He was relieved she was back.
They woke up the next morning in each other’s arms. Alexia was the first to open her eyes and she smiled when she saw Lucian beside her. He looked peaceful and handsome while sleeping and Alexia just slept there looking at him.
He woke up next and smiled at her when he saw her staring at him. They whispered greetings to each other and Lucian bent down and gave her a soft and gentle kiss.
“How about I give you a warm welcome,” Lucian whispered when they broke the kiss.
He licked his lips with his tongue in a seductive way and Alexia laughed and pulled him in for a kiss.
This time, the kiss was fierce and passionate. They invaded each other’s mouths roughly, moaning softly into each other’s mouths. They broke the kiss after a long while, panting heavily.
“I missed you,” Lucian whispered again.
“Show me,” Alexia whispered back.
Lucian smiled and pulled Alexia in for another kiss. It was equally fierce and after a while, Lucian started trailing kisses down Alexia’s body. She was moaning softly and it felt so good. She had never let a man pleasure her in bed, she felt inferior if they did and they never did.
