I pulled my hand out of Daniell’s.
But by this time, Angie had come to me with her eyes fixed on the wrist I had just been held by Daniell.
“Why haven’t you left yet?”When Daniell saw Angie, he didn’t seem to think anything wrong with his behavior. Instead, he said to her, “Go back home and take a rest.”
He was driving her away.
Angie smiled and nodded.”I’ll go first, and I won’t disturb you.”
Just as she was about to turn around, Daniel added, “June Carter is my junior schoolmate in my university. You take more care of her.”
Angie stopped. She looked at me and said slowly, “Okay, you can rest assured.”
When they talked, I knew I was going to have a bad time next.
When Angie left, Daniell said he was taking me to dinner.
I promised and got into his car. I grabbed Daniell Cook’s hand which was about to turn the key and said,” Mr. Cook, I have a few words to say.”
Daniell seemed to realize what I was going to say and was trying to talk, but I raised my voice and said, “I got pregnant in prison. The baby was aborted.”
My words stopped what Daniell was going to say.
I looked at him and told him all about the pregnancy before I went to jail and the forced abortion.
Finally, she added, “I went to the hospital to have a check-up. The doctor said that my uterus was damaged and I could not conceive for the rest of my life.”
I lied to him about that.
After all, Daniell is so good that I don’t deserve him.
I think every men want to have their own children. He will certainly mind it.
At the time, I did see the hesitation in Daniell’s eyes.
I thought I was right.
