When Mario left, Eduardo Tercero came out of the studio with the German shepherd and went downstairs.
Eduardo Tercero asked, “Did my men, just now, say anything to you?”
Claudio Belles made a mental note to Mario that only a woman and a man are hard to bring up, the old saying is true, “Your man just flirted with me and said I was pretty and that I looked like a woman he liked.”
Edward the Third didn’t seem surprised, whether he really believed it or not, and emitted a faint “hmm” before sitting down on the couch, followed by the German shepherd.
The man’s voice was soft and low as he began, “Next time we meet, punish him with a few months in the desert.”
“…” he laughs.
Claudius Belles saw the big dog sitting limply beside him and asked, “Is this big dog a gift from your underlings?”
“I got this, I just brought home a stray cat the other day and I was so busy looking at it that I didn’t pick it up.”
Claudius Belles was stunned, his watery eyes searched around for a while, “Stray cats? I haven’t seen any cats in all the days I’ve been here, where are the cats?”.
He had a dumbfounded look on his face, his watery eyes wide, that look of rare dull cuteness that, at this moment, was uncharacteristic of the oh-so-elven fox.
Edward the Third hooked his thin lips and stroked the dog with one hand, his cold eyes watching her with a meaningful smile, the traces of which were intriguing.
Claudio Belles inadvertently caught her gaze and was slow to react.
The stray cat this man was referring to was her, wasn’t it?
That innocent but charming little face blushed slightly and replied proudly, “I am neither a cat nor a dog!”.
After saying that, she thought of something else and added hastily, “I’m not a fox either! Anyway, I’m not a bug!”.
She argued forcefully and puffed up, which was a bit like an eighteen-year-old girl.
As she should have been.
Edward the Third stroked the German shepherd with one hand and lifted the other to pet the girl’s head and smooth her fur. “Well, you’re not a small animal.”
“…” it was never meant to be.
Claudio Belles looked at the big dog with a look of slight disgust, and Eduardo Tercero stroked her head with one hand and the dog’s with the other, as if both she and the dog were his pets in his mind.
I am not convinced.
He shot a cold glance at the big dog out of the corner of his eye, “What’s this dog’s name?”
“HAHA.”
“…?” Claudio Belles suddenly froze, “What are you laughing at.”
Eduardo Tercero looked at her playfully, “I mean, his name is HAHA. ”
Claudio Belles: “…”
Three crows flying over his forehead.
He looked at the big, naive dog and muttered, “He doesn’t look festive, he’s fierce, and his name is HAHA, why not HEY.”
Claudio Belles kneels on the thick carpet and leans back on the edge of the sofa, childishly pinning his eyes on the big dog.
Eduardo Tercero’s eyes were slightly downcast as he watched that man and that dog, wide-eyed and surprisingly welcoming, and a warmth seemed to creep into his heart.
As Eduardo Tercero nonchalantly picked up a book and read it, Claudio Belles stole a glance at the man next to him, cocked his head and asked, “Am I really considered your girlfriend?”
At this question, Edward the Third raised his eyebrows slightly, put down his book and turned his eyes to look at the girl kneeling next to the couch.
Her eyes were deep and burning, and Claudio Belles looked inexplicably vain, as if he wanted to explain himself, “Your subordinate just told me that you said I was your girlfriend.”
“What do you want to ask?”
This man, it’s not a question of knowledge.
Claudio Belles was a young girl at heart, even if she was straightforward, she was a little shy and murmured, “I wanted to ask, do you really like me?”
She had also been at La Villa Real for a month, but how could she feel adrift for having taken Eduardo Tercero’s heart in a month?
Eduardo Tercero stared into her pretty eyes and dropped the lofty words, “If you have me in your heart, I will have you in mine.”
“…”
He was asking if she liked him, why did he bring up the question of whether she was in his heart or not!
