Chapter 681: Becoming Mrs. Eleanora

Book:Devoted Love, Mr. Hayes' Darling Wife Published:2024-6-2

When Jonathan Tasis was in love with Analena Lozada, they were all students and did nothing out of the ordinary.
However, for the ten or so years leading up to his encounter with Eleanora Lozada, Jonathan Tasis had to admit that he was pretty much a jerk.
At the time, he was lonely and had no regular partner, he was single, and a single, wealthy man naturally doesn’t need a partner in that arena.
Eleanora Lozada smiled and said, “Mr. Jonathan, would you like to tell me about Miss S, Zanetta Calvo, Miss R … and various models and celebrities you used to be with?”
Mr. Jonathan: “…”
This damn Perla Prats, why doesn’t she become a gossip reporter!
All those people, who she didn’t remember, Perla Prats had even signed her up, not to mention going to Eleanora Lozada to tattle on her!
Don’t let him ever see Perla Prats as a person again or he’ll throw Perla Prats into the Sahara desert to eat sand.
Jonathan Tasis hurried to put down the dishes, how could he continue eating his food, and immediately got up from the other side of Eleanora Lozada’s table, sat down next to Eleanora Lozada, put his arms around Eleanora Lozada, looked sincerely at the woman and said, “Eleanora, all those women you were talking about, I don’t remember any of them, I really don’t.”
Eleanora Lozada gave a meaningful “oh,” her watery eyes shone at Jonathan Tasis with a special calmness and even a slight smile on her face, “So, is President Jonathan a noble man who forgets things? Or does President Jonathan only have … 419 with them?”
A one-night stand with someone who fucking remembers.
Jonathan Tasis wanted to burst out but restrained himself, he certainly couldn’t admit to having a 419 relationship with those women, whether he had one or not, he couldn’t admit to having one yet.
“Eleanora, those are things of the past, and I haven’t been around those women since I met you.”
The more a man tries to explain, the darker he tends to become, as Jonathan Tasis is now.
Eleanora Lozada nodded, stating, “So Perla Prats is not lying to me, you have had a very rich history of past affairs.”
Jonathan Tasis: … fuck.
Eleanora Lozada, almost having eaten, stood up and said, “I’m full, take your time.”
Jonathan Tasis followed with a quick, “Are you full or are you full of gas?”.
“I’m not mad.”
Eleanora Lozada went up first to rest, while Jonathan Tasis clutched his phone and sent a harsh message to Perla Prats.
“Don’t let me see you again, and the next time I see you, I’ll cut out your tongue!”
Perla Prats calmly replies, “It’s called a gentleman’s revenge, not a decade too late.”
Who let him cheat on her in the first place!
After this revenge, Perla Prats has really let loose.
Over here, Jonathan Tasis came up with his long legs in the bedroom.
Eleanora Lozada is standing by the window, rubbing her bulging belly as she looks out at the view.
Jonathan Tasis approached, somewhat ingratiatingly, “It’s a nice day outside, would you like to go for a walk outside, the doctor said proper exercise is good for pregnant women.”
“I’ve eaten enough and now I’m going for a walk, it’s easy for my stomach to drop.”
“…”
Jonathan Tasis, upset and knowing that Eleanora Lozada was upset, said, “Eleanora, I was just playing with those women.”
Eleanora Lozada opens nonchalantly, “Will President Jonathan ever say in front of another woman, oh, what about me and that Eleanora Lozada, it was just for fun?”
“…”
Jonathan Tasis chokes out.
“You are Ms. Eleanora, how can those women compare to you.”
Eleanora Lozada brushed the corner of her lips, “Normally the main court maid is not as favored as the side chamber maid.”
Jonathan Tasis holds his forehead, What is this, what wife, what mistress.?
“I have only one wife for you, and I will have only one wife for the rest of my life. Tomorrow we’ll go get our license.”
When Eleanora Lozada lowered her eyes, Jonathan Tasis thought she didn’t believe him and continued, “Eleanora, I may have had one-night stands with women, I can’t deny that, but I also didn’t have you with me at the time, and that can only qualify as the normal needs of a normal man, but over the years I can assure you there have never been more than ten such occasions.”
Eleanora Lozada grunted slightly, “No more than ten times is worth bragging about.”
Jonathan Tasis: “…”
Well, she was wrong.
Jonathan Tasis wrapped his arms around Eleanora Lozada and looked at her with a deep, exclusive gaze, “Eleanora, it’s true that I’ve had many women in the past, but ones I really didn’t have the hots for, and I don’t even remember the faces or names of those women.”
At cocktail parties, there are always fellows who make a smart move and cram in a good-looking beauty, and as a man with normal needs and a long history of bachelorhood, it’s only natural for me to accept.
Besides, Analena Lozada died before he met Eleanora Lozada, and Jonathan Tasis didn’t want to keep his body for anyone.
Since there is no one you really like, sleeping around is just a way to relieve your physical needs, and I think most men in this world have experienced this.
Eleanora Lozada gave him a pouty look and said in a deliberately cold voice, “When you marry me, you’ll have to clean up your act with the outside world, and if I find out you’re still seeing them, I’ll take the kids and leave you.”
Jonathan Tasis is not likely to have any dealings with these women, basically sleep with them and give them a check, no second time around.
“Ms. Eleanora, after meeting you, I’m your very own Mr. Jonathan. ”
Eleanora Lozada’s small, white face flushed slightly, “Go take a walk.”

The next day, Eleanora Lozada slept until after ten o’clock.
Eleanora Lozada got out of bed, put on her slippers and went to the bathroom to wash up. While brushing her teeth, she suddenly saw in the mirror that she was wearing a diamond ring on her ring finger.
Eleanora Lozada stretches her hand out in front of herself, staring at the diamond ring.
It was Jonathan Tasis who had put it on while she was sleeping.
Eleanora Lozada looks at herself in the mirror and arches her eyebrows.
After washing up, Eleanora Lozada went downstairs and saw Jonathan Tasis sitting at the dining room table.
Eleanora Lozada sat down next to him and asked, “When did you put the ring on me? I didn’t even feel it.”
Jonathan Tasis took her small, white, thin hand, rubbed his fingers over the diamond ring on her ring finger and said, “I got up this morning to put it on you, and since you were asleep, I didn’t call you.”
“When did you buy it?”
“I had it ready a long time ago, but I never had a chance to help you put it on. When I had already prepared the marriage contract and was going to help you put the ring on too, you ran away.”
When he said that, Eleanora Lozada felt a little embarrassed, “I couldn’t have married you under those circumstances.”
“I know, I don’t blame you. But now that we’re in this situation, shouldn’t we get the marriage license as soon as possible?”
Eleanora Lozada’s ears pricked up and she avoided looking away, lifting her toast to her mouth and, a little shyly, whispered, “You fix it.”
Jonathan Tasis’ thin lips curved and his long arm rested on the back of the chair she was sitting in as he approached her, “Ms. Eleanora, did you just say yes?”
Eleanora Lozada tore off a piece of toast and shoved it directly into Jonathan Tasis’ mouth; eating should gag him.
The man was very pleased with himself for getting a good deal.
