Third Person’s POV:
“You should be thankful that I mixed chloroform with wolfsbane otherwise she wouldn’t even have been unconscious!” said the first guy with a chuckle.
‘Why didn’t such a high concentration hurt me?’ Giselle thought, baffled.
After making countless attempts, Giselle succeeded in opening her eyes.
“Ah! My head! Where am I?” She asked when she looked at the unknown place with unknown faces.
“Welcome to hell!” said the blonde girl. She was beautiful but her aura was the worst thing she could ever experience.
“Who are you? Why did you abduct me?” She asked in a demanding tone.
She tried to move but she realized that she was tied to the chair with silver chains.
“Its always the same question” said the blonde guy they met just yesterday.
‘Isn’t it the leader of foxes we met yesterday? The foxes abducted me?’ Giselle thought, looking at her surroundings.
“Yeah, ‘who are you?” Ira added after her leader, followed by Michael,
“What do you want?”
“Why did you kidnap me?” Nina said after Michael.
“Nina? You are a fox?” Giselle asked in a flabbergasted tone.
“Yes, sweetie. I am a fox! That’s why I stole your boyfriend in the past to stay close to Tyler’s pack”, Nina replied in a nonchalant tone.
“Why did you do such a thing?” Giselle asked in shock.
“Gosh, Giselle! Stop being so naïve! By now, you know that we foxes are keeping either one or more foxes in different werewolf packs in the form of their own pack members to keep an eye on everyone”, Nina informed her with a chuckle.
Giselle heard some faint noises coming from outside. She looked around the room and observed the glasses were soundproof.
‘If the room is soundproof, why am I able to hear those noises?’ Giselle thought, baffled.
She heard a deep howl and, being a pack member, she recognized the howl of her Alpha immediately. She understood her family and friends had come to her rescue and is fighting with the foxes outside.
But she couldn’t understand why nobody informed those four foxes in the room!
She also understood that foxes do not have such a sharp ability to hear as werewolves. Hence, they were unable to listen to the noises from the soundproof windows.
‘These bloody foxes! They shouldn’t call themselves sly creatures. Why did they make a soundproof room when none of them is strong enough to hear what is happening outside!’ Giselle thought, laughing internally.
Giselle didn’t bother replying to Nina and turned directly towards the blonde girl.
“Why do you want me dead?” She directly asked the blonde girl.
“Why didn’t wolfsbane affect you? What is your relationship with vampires?” The blond girl counter questioned Giselle rather than replying to her.
Giselle remembered that the guy standing there said he injected ten times the concentration of wolfsbane required to kill a strong Alpha into her system, but it had no effect on her.
‘How did wolfsbane did not affect me at all?’ Giselle thought confusedly and then only one name popped into her brain,
‘Natalie! She did that! So that’s what Stefan, Natalie and Kevin were talking about in that room! They put a protection spell on me!’ When Giselle got the answer, she tried not to smile in front of them.
“Hello, I am asking something! Why didn’t wolfsbane affect you? What is your damn relationship with vampires?” the blonde girl snapped her finger in front of Giselle’s face.
“That is not the answer to my question!” Giselle said arrogantly.
“You are tied in front of me and you still have the audacity to question me!” the blonde girl marched towards her but the blonde man stopped her.
“Calm down, Ira. She is going to die soon, anyway. Have some mercy” the blonde guy said while looking at Giselle with a disgusting smirk.
“Oh yes. Just because you are dying soon, let me tell you a secret, an interesting secret! Do you know who I am?” She asked with a laugh and Giselle shook her head.
She snapped her finger and changed into the face Giselle was not expecting.
“Erica?!”
