Third Person’s POV:
“Oh, no! I was in Arizona. Playing chess with Giselle’s father but then she texted me that she needed my urgent help and I should come as soon as possible. So, I had to come here quick” Natalie explained in a casual tone.
“How?” Riven asked eagerly.
“Teleportation spell!” Natalie replied nonchalantly.
“Oh God! Don’t you dare talk about it!” Giselle shouted in frustration.
“You have experienced it?” Kevin asked in a damn curious tone.
“Yeah. You feel like you are on a freaking roller coaster ride without a seatbelt but a lot.. lot.. lot.. faster. After reaching your destination, you feel nauseous all day!” Giselle said in a frustrated tone while rubbing her chest.
“Haha! It is not that bad!” Natalie said while waving her hand.
“By the way, what did you say to dad? Did you tell him that I called you?” Giselle asked in a worried tone.
“Of course not! I told him I needed to be home due to some urgent undone work and then left. Don’t worry about that. He doesn’t doubt me”, Natalie said in a reassuring tone.
“Thank God!” Giselle took a deep sigh of relief.
“Now, tell me about your accident. How did this cute guy get so hurt?” Natalie asked as she noticed Stefan’s wounds. He was still bleeding.
“Why didn’t you treat them yet?” Giselle asked in an astonished tone.
“I can’t until everything is back to normal. What if my brother needs my help? But I will do that as soon as we are done”, Giselle said while caressing her cheek.
“Aww! You cuties!” Natalie said with a pout and then turned towards Giselle again.
“So tell me about this attack” Natalie asked, her complete aura changed into serious one.
“Well, the werewolf community and foxes have been each other’s rivals for centuries. Over a few centuries ago, a huge battle took place between werewolves and foxes and the Dark Sapphire pack here, leading the werewolf community….” Giselle explained everything in detail about Fox community and Werewolf community’s rivalry along with the Dark Sapphire pack’s role in the battle last time.
She also told her about her accident where some foxes called Stefan from Caleb’s phone and fooled them to come here and how they caused the deadly accident.
Riven explained her how they used their weakness, the blue desert project, and called them here before attacking Stefan and Giselle.
Kevin and Stefan also took part in explaining to give her every minute details of their fight with the foxes today.
“What the bloody hell! They planned all this! There was a master mind behind this!” Natalie said in an aggressive tone.
“We already know that. We just need to find out who this master mind is” Riven replied seriously.
“At first, I thought it was Riven’s ex, Erica, who caused the accident, but then it turned out to be foxes”, Stefan said, and chuckled at his own joke.
“Stefan!” Riven groaned in anger.
Caleb did his best not to laugh or smile in front of Riven.
“How many times do I have to tell you that Erica is not a threat! She is just a normal weak werewolf!” Riven growled at his brother and began to move towards him.
Before he could reach Stefan, Giselle stood between Riven and Stefan.
“Don’t try to hurt him. It’s not like he is putting the blame on her. It was just a joke and anyone could have thought like that. Everything was going normal till that date. She came this morning and this accident caused in the late afternoon. Anyone can be mistaken!” Giselle growled at Riven.
Everyone was ready to drag Riven away from Giselle before he would say something and ruin their relationship, but Riven’s answer shocked them all.
