Beeeeeep… The call was cut off again. Amy did not give up and continued to call her father. However, his phone had already been turned off. Dad, how could you be so cruel?
Her father treated her well when she was with Zack. However, his attitude toward her changed when that b*stard dumped her.

Amy immediately bit her lip to stop her tears. “Cousin Sister, I can’t continue to live like this. You have to help me.”

“But Cousin Sister, you… haven’t you cared for me the most? I… I dealt with Emily. I did that all for you!” Amy was overwhelmed with grief. Did her cousin sister forget everything that she had done for her?
Amy said in a hoarse voice, “You reminded me to launch an attack on Emily’s friend. Before that, Emily almost died when she fell off that building. Everyone blamed me for that…”
Wendy pouted. “Come on, don’t talk such nonsense. I didn’t ask you to do anything. Emily had destroyed you. Now, don’t try to drag me into the muddle.”
“Cousin Sister…”
“Whatever you do now is useless. Your entire life has been completely destroyed. No man in Bentson would want you anymore. Furthermore, with today’s social media, everyone would know about this and treat you like a pile of worthless rag.”
“Everything is useless now. There’s nothing you can do to get out of this mess.”
“Cousin Sister…” Wendy’s words were cruel. They pierced Amy’s heart like arrows. She had no more courage to continue to live.

Sally looked at Joe with excitement. “You are brilliant! And you made it happen so timely too!”
If they had been delayed, those stupid and impulsive boys might have struck Emily.
Joe put a finger over his lips, a sign that she should not talk about that. Sally covered her lips and nodded. She understood that they should never bring up the matter again.
However, she was still curious about one thing. So, she focused her attention on Terry. “What happened? How did you find those footages?”
“Liam gave them to me.”
“The bad guy who was always with the Eldest Young Master Jackson?”
Sally’s face changed when he mentioned Liam’s name.
“What’s wrong? What did Liam do to you?” Emily looked at her as she wiped her hand.
“It’s nothing.” Sally was uneasy with Emily’s sharp stare, and her face turned red instantly.
Sally shot another question at Terry in an attempt to change the topic. “So, what happened? You didn’t make it clear yesterday. The people who had wanted to kill Emily the other night, how are they related to Amy?”
