EPISODE TWENTY ONE
TITLE: YOU DISGUSTS ME, IN EVERY WAY.
Azazel woke up in the middle of the night with a headache. His head hurt so much as he tried turning to the other side of the bed. Onida was still fast asleep with her hair all over the place.
He hissed in anger as the memories of last night flushed into his head.
How could he act so weak in Onida’s presence?
He hates it so much when people see his weakness.
He shot her a stare before stepping down the bed.
He grabbed his coat and wore it on the light cloth underneath.
Adriel wasn’t asleep yet. He was taking rounds along the other guards to check if there was any unusual movement in the castle.
This has become their normal practice after an unexpected attack by the surviving Neanthals years ago.
They were just back from war but Azazel couldn’t sleep that night so he took his usual stroll.
They attacked him out of nowhere and due to their large numbers, it took him time to take them down.

He bumped into Adriel behind the castle while the other guards weren’t in sight.
Adriel bowed slightly before making his way but Azazel stopped him.
“Is there something bothering you?”He asked and Adriel shook his head almost immediately.
“I’m fine Master”He mumbled.
“What are your plans for Yuna?”Adriel asked curiously and Azazel walked closer to him.
“She will join the other low ranking slaves in the mines as from tomorrow, I’m giving her the grace of today to mourn her parents first”
“One day isn’t enough to mourn her parents, It was unexpected and…”
“And what?, Isn’t that the normal procedure for the newly acquired slave?, Talking about giving her more time, You always get infuriated anytime I give Onida a special treatment which made me stop it, You think I would do something uncomfortable because of you?”He yelled angrily at him and Adriel moved back immediately, almost scared.
This is the first time Azazel got overly angry at him.
“I beg of you, Give her two days to mourn her parents”He sank to his knees and pleaded to him.
Azazel took a deep breath and turned to the other side of the yard.
“She hasn’t impressed me in any ways, I will continue increasing her workload until she do something remarkable for her to become your personal slave, You slayed her father, And she will be under you after three months of working in the mines, If you disagree with that, I won’t hesitate to kill her”He threatened sternly and Adriel nodded immediately.
He didn’t take his face off the ground until he was out of sight.

THE NEXT MORNING ~
Azazel didn’t return to the room until dawn and Onida was just wearing her clothes the moment he entered.
Her legs were all cleaned and left without a blemish.
Azazel rolled his eyes inwardly thinking of how he wiped his memories again.
This might have an adverse effect on her if he continues doing this.
“I’m sorry for sleeping off the bed”She knelt down in front of him and Azazel walked past her.
“No one must hear of this, not even Rita”He warned in a harsh voice before dismissing her.
Onida returned back to her room in confusion and curiosity.
“How did she end up on his bed last night?”
“Why is he not reacting to her sleeping on his bed?”
A slight ache hit her forehead immediately as she tried racking her voice and a sob left her mouth.
“Ouch”She whimpered in pain.
After the headache went down, she slept for a while before going to the farm.
She met Rita on the way and greeted her briefly but she stopped her.
“Where were you last night?”She questioned and Onida pressed her lips together, nervously before answering.
“I can’t say”she stuttered shaking her head and Rita walked up to her, slightly pissed off
Even though she knew Azazel must have warned Onida not to disclose anything to her, she didn’t expect her to reply in such a manner.
“I asked you a question, Onida”She repeated and Onida bowed immediately.
“I’m sorry but I can’t disclose to you”
“What came over you?”She asked amidst labored breaths.
“After all what I’ve done for you?”
“Until you started treating me like a piece of trash again!”She countered back at her.
Rita tried talking again but Onida beat her to it.
She withdrew her hands from her grip and bent slightly before walking away.

Somehow, Onida felt guilty for talking back at Rita in such a manner but it can’t be helped.
It’s better for her to offend Rita than get in the bad books or Azazel.

Adriel woke up the next morning and rushed to the cell where Yuna is.
She was still in the same position he saw her last night.
The guards standing beside her cage paid their respect to Adriel.
“You’re dismissed” He ordered and they scurried away.
Yuna looked up at him and glared at him before looking away.
He opened the door to the cage and walked inside. He knelt beside her and stared at her for a while before speaking up.
“Have you been well?”He asked softly and Yuna didn’t reply.
“Yuna”He called softly and the latter looked up at him
Her eyes were puffy and reddish due to incessant cries.
“Why did you do it? Why did you kill my parents and leave me alone in this world? I saw you slay my father without mercy, You should have killed me with them you wicked human!”She sobbed and Adriel bent his head immediately.
“I couldn’t help it, He was a bad person too, The slaves suffered so much because of him”
“But that doesn’t mean you should kill him”She broke down in tears grabbing her hair in agony and he tried touching her but she swatted his hands away.
“Don’t you dare touch me”She warned sternly and Adriel took a deep breath.
“I will do everything I can to take you out of this place, You just need to be in your best behavior for the next three months”He mumbled and she pushed him away in anger.
“So I can be your sex slave? Is that the plan you want for me?…”
“Yu…”
“You disgusts me, I mustn’t see you anywhere around me again, And don’t you dare show your sympathy to me because I don’t need it”
