“What are you doing here?”
Ava pushed Elena toward a big tree, and Elena did not fight her. Her body hit the tree trunk behind her with a loud thud.
“Nothing to say? I thought you were quite bold just now? Have you lost courage now that you know that Eldest Young Master Williams is with me?”
Ava felt so proud when she realized that Michael supported her. She had become so arrogant! Elena only looked at her and did not say anything else.
Ava narrowed her eyes at her sister. “Don’t think that I don’t know what you’re thinking. You are jealous of me, aren’t you?”
“I’m warning you now. If you want your friend to survive, you had better disappear quickly!”
“How could I disappear when Eldest Young Master Williams was the one who brought me here?” Elena blinked; she did not even look afraid.
“Elena, you are truly fearless! How dare you disobey me?”
“So?” Elena leaned on the tree trunk and smiled. “Why should I be afraid of you?”
“You!” Ava thought Elena allowed her to drag her and did not refute her because she had been afraid. Why was she so calm? Was she not scared of Michael’s anger?
“Michael will not let you go if you go against me. Didn’t you hear him just now?”
“Oh, I didn’t hear him clearly. Why don’t you get Eldest Young Master Williams to explain it again to me?”
“Don’t even think about it! He only has me in his eyes now, don’t you dare go near him!”

“I will kill Layla. You just wait and see! I will kill her!”
“Then shall I expose your crimes before you kill Layla so that Grandfather can see through your tricks?”
“You… What are you talking about?” Ava panicked, and her eyes flashed. Elena narrowed her eyes and stepped forward to close the distance between them.
“I said that I would expose your crimes and let everyone see your true colors!”
Ava was frightened. She subconsciously retreated, but each backward step she took, Elena would take one forward. If she only had speculations, then she would prove her hypothesis soon!
“Ava, you are a liar! You are not the Garcia family’s granddaughter!”
“What are you talking about?” Ava almost screamed. “Grandfather and I did the DNA test. How dare you say such vicious things!”
They did take the DNA identification test… However, Ava’s reaction clearly showed that she was guilty.
Elena sneered. “Well, let’s go find Grandfather and repeat that test.”
“Elena, what do you want? What does it have to do with you?”
That b*tch, had she found out about their scheme? Ava had a murderous look in her eyes. She should not have let Elena survive! She should have known that as long as Elena was alive, the truth would surface sooner or later. Ava calmed down and squeezed her palms as she stared at Elena coldly.
“Don’t think that just because Grandfather likes you, you can do whatever you want. Grandfather likes you because he thinks that you are my sister!”
When she was finally calmed, she had a murderous look on her face. She wanted to kill Elena. However, Elena stared back at her. They were at the Gu’s mansion, and Ava had lived there for more than a month. She was familiar with the surroundings. It might not be impossible for her to create an ‘accident’ to send her to her death.
“Oh, now you’re afraid?” Ava took another step forward with a cold smile.
“Grandfather personally took me to the hospital for the test. Do you know the Garcia family? Who do you think Grandfather is?
“If he were not sure, would he bring me home with him? Would he transfer ten percent of Garcia Corporation’s shares to me?”
Elena squeezed her fists and stared at her sister, momentarily. Ten percent of shares was a humongous amount. If that were the case, no one would be able to match Ava’s status in the Garcia family. During their confrontation, Elena’s cell phone suddenly rang. She took out her mobile phone and was about to answer the call. Ava suddenly pounced on her and pressed her hand against the back of Elena’s hand.
“What do you want to do?” Elena glared at her, and she was ready to protect herself.
“What are you scared of? Are you afraid that I would kill you?”
Ava was pleased. “Oh, why should I kill you for no reason at all?”
“Let me go!” Elena threw her hands away before she picked up the call. “Yes?”
“No.” Caleb whispered on the other end of the phone.
“Elena, no, you are not the old master’s granddaughter, the DNA report is out.”
“What did you say?” Her phone almost slipped off her fingers. How could she be wrong about it?
“It’s true, Elena. The two strands of hair that you left at the front desk counter were sent to the hospital as soon as I got them. I paid a lot of money and got the result as soon as I could.”
He had just received the report, and he had not expected the results.
“Elena, I know that you might not want to hear this, but…”
Caleb was silent for a moment before he said, “We might have gotten it wrong from the beginning.”
Elena hung up the phone with a blank expression. She looked at Ava again, and she noticed her sister’s puzzled stare. Elena felt like she wanted to laugh out loud, but she was unsure if she should laugh at all. Should she laugh at her own stupidity?
When she knew that she would visit the Garcia family in City L, she immediately sent a message to Caleb and asked him to take the same flight to follow their trail. She wanted him to help her with her DNA test with Old Master Garcia when they had a chance. She wondered about the issue for more than a month, and she could not do anything about it while trapped in WongRiver Pavilion.
However, she did not expect the result to say that their DNA had not matched. Why did she feel like she was the Garcia family’s real granddaughter? Why did she not believe the DNA test that they had done? Why was she so sure of her own instinct? It turned out she was too smart for her own good.
