Nicole looked around, admiring the beautiful atmosphere, and the decorations, she didn’t know when her husband had done all these, it was their last night in Bora Bora, she has made so much happy memories here that she will hold on to for a long time, her eyes watered as she walked through the part made by the flowers and scented candles lights, her husband stood at the edge of them, smiling brightly at her, he was wearing a pair of shorts and white shirt, he looked good and hers.
“When did you plan all these?”
She asked, walking faster towards him, he smiled and opened his arms, she ran into them, drowning into the loving feeling of him, he wrapped his arms around her, who knew her husband would be this romantic, the man was much more than she thinks, every day he surprised her even more, she loved every minute and every seconds with him.
“Yesterday, when you were sleeping, I wanted to do something special for our last night here, and just got the help of the people here and viola, I admit that it did turn out better than I had imagined, so if you don’t mind having dinner with me, my lady?”
He said kissing her softly on her hair, she melted against him.
“Sure,”
She said as they broke off the embrace and he held her hands and they walked together to where the table was set in the middle of the decorations, the night sky tweaking, and the water moving in soft strokes, making the night even more perfect, the food tasted amazing too.
“I have something for you,”
He said getting up from his seat after they have finished eating, she couldn’t take wine because of her baby so she settled for juice, she watched him walk to where she sat wondering what more he was going to give her.
“I have had this with me for weeks now, looking for a special moment to give it to you, I think now is a perfect time,”
He said standing behind her, she tried to turn but he held her shoulders.
“What is it?”
“A present, for my love, the woman of my dream and the mother of my child, if you don’t mind closing your eyes for a moment,”
He requested.
“Okay,”
She whispered, anticipating what it might be as he fumbled with something, she waited to hold her breath, then she felt his hands at bear her neck, a necklace? She held her breath as it settled on her neck, she touched it like, it felt cold against her neck, she already loved it without seeing it.
“Can I open my eyes now?”
She asked.
“Yes, baby,”
He replied and kissed her ear, he did things like this a lot, kiss her at the most unusual places and she loved it each time.
“Wow, this is beautiful Rafael,”
She said admiring the necklace on her neck, it was simple, with his initials written on it, it had so much meaning.
“I know right, I had it made just for you, it’s a one of a kind necklace, just for the woman of my dream, the woman I love and whom I am going to spend forever with,”
He said making her feet turn to jelly, thankfully she was sitting down because she knew she would have collapsed had she been standing.
“I am guessing this is your initial but what is this?”
She asked pointing at the smaller letters, it was obviously not English as she couldn’t make out the word.
“It’s my love in Italian,”
He revealed.
“Wow, I love it, thank you for this and for the meal and for your love,”
“No, thank you for coming into my life Nicole and giving it the color, my life was meaningless when you weren’t here, all I could think of is make money, get richer and richer, it was all work, work, work until you came into the picture and showed me there is so much more to life than earning money and being enemy to so many people, you showed me just what it is like to love and be loved, in all my life this, you are the first person who truly loved me and I will do anything to keep that love,”
He replied, she wiped off the happy and emotional tears that gathered in her eyes, stood up, and hugged him.
“You deserve all the love and care, my love, you deserve it all,”
“I never thought I deserved love and you showed me I did, I won’t ever take it for granted, Nicole, you showed me what it is to have a family, even made me see that I can be loved too, that I can have those emotions too, and even turned me into a weak man,”
He added the last part laughing, she knew what he met and loved him even more for admiring it.
“You are not weak Rafael, you are strong, the strongest man I know,”
“For real, you have the best words, anyway, when we get back to Florida, there will be a month until the grand opening of my new hotel, the one at the place where Vhrisma is,”
He announced, she didn’t know he had completed it, the last time she had visited Vhrisma, it had looked so small among the tall building that now surrounded it, Rafael kept his promise of not tempering with Vhrisma, instead, he did a demarcation that separated it from the main hotel and it had its own entrance and exit.
“That’s great to know, I am happy for you,”

She said following him back to their room.
